The resonant throb in my left temple as I opened one eye after a restless toss of a sleep had me searching for answers.

My mind scanned, who could i have take me to the emergency room if this was an aneurysm..

I'm not immune to Death. The reminder is just over my left shoulder.

I rubbed some CBD cream on my temples. My mind flashed back to the trigger the aura of this migraine:

That smell of tuna fish and perfume as i left the gym yesterday got to my gut. Many many many moons ago i ate enough tuna to make me sick. Just because it's protein in a can and cheap didn't make it worth it.

And then..staring my disease in the eyes warning him and warning myself. My heart

Wouldn't be able to take the stress of those long forgotten substances no longer whole from the medicinal plant but adultured for the insulfation of those who want to escape into scarfaces world

I've BEEN the illness.

The dis-ease.

Hole on my heart i could envision that occuring if i ever was to BE tempted.

My body didn't realize it never happened this time or again. The images were so vivid the memories of wandering around in a shell of a soul the shame the hiding the abuse

My migraine this morning i shook thru it took a shower heart racing

Ive got so much to live for as long as i can.

I talked to my very good girlfriend she understood. She validated confirmed energetically this was a point of healing

Recovering from a migraine and stress takes a toll on the body. I'll build my appetite up again. I ache right now in my gut. But I'm listening. I'll stay strong.

trên đời có 2 cái blog, một cái thì follow lia lịa, bất kể là ai miễn là người việt và không post sex là mình follow suốt, còn một cái thì cứ ai follow là block. mình rất hứng thú đọc nội tâm của các bạn, nhưng mình cũng sẽ đọc thôi. thi thoảng, mình sẽ thả nhẹ một chiếc like để bạn biết rằng, bạn ơi, tâm sự của bạn tôi đã nghe thấy rồi. tôi sẽ không comment gì cả, lặng lẽ như một con bot thôi.
