'Recipe'
How nice of Cho Seungyoun to use Luizy as his stage name that comes from 'Luizinho', his name when he was in Brazil. Even if he failed in some aspects in life, it will never affect his passion towards music. Though his promoting now as a soloist, he still thought that UNIQ and him have a relationship that cannot be separated. UNIQ was one part of him and he's one part of UNIQ, and thought that those things were going to be helpful to each other.

Let’s fucking add to this:
Overall there are three options for meals (yes I see the absence of one but I’m betting someone has proceeded to bring it up and one way or another has put it on either side too)
1. Fast Food: Name speaks for itself, it is food that is made fast barely a 20 minutes wait before you have your meal for the evening, and in fact many of them have been expanding into health eating. Still there are also many options which are not as healthier inclined and are loaded with calories. The question then becomes how quickly does the person burn said calories, and newsflash each people is different.
2. Home Made: A cute and great ideas if you have time, energy and money. Meals can vary from being 10 minutes to make say an hour. It all varies on what you’re making. But if you’re going for the cheap you’re options get more limited. Sure you can buy in bulk stuff and proceed to arrange premade meals as to cut time but not many families (say the family of 4 it’s parading) will have the room to store says 5 days worth of meals (dinner alone for those who don’t do math that’s 20 containers).
3. Frozen Meals: This is like to some your midway point between the two, to others they are as bad as one or as good as the other. Like with fast food, there is not much worry about the preparation time which meals someone who doesn’t having much time thanks to work, can slap this badboi into the over or microwave and in a small amount of time has a meal ready. Like with fastfood the nutritional value of it will depend on what you get OR CAN AFFORD.
Now while you all debate on what’s better consider:
- MacDonalds and other fast food chains have special offers which means (at lead here it’s like that I don’t know about you lot in the mad max worthy land of the USA) so in fact just like someone can aim to be savvy with saving during groceries someone can be savvy looking at fast food options.
- Sometimes also the ‘trying to find the specials’ at the grocery store doesn’t pay off, for a family having financial issues sometimes to cheapest options for meals can be at times frozen stuff
And well.. we know how much of a mix bag that is
https://www.thedailymeal.com/eat/healthiest-unhealthiest-frozen-dinners
- Also since we’re parading news outlets as gospel: Sometimes there’s no difference between homecook and frozen meals
https://www.smh.com.au/healthcare/home-cooked-meals-not-healthier-than-prepackaged-food-for-young-children-uk-study-20160719-gq98we.html
- *taps mic* I don’t know what’s also with the USA lot but like.... You guys do know that like... your maccas seems to be like a waste land when it comes to food???
Like the UK Macca’s has offers of Vegan options: https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-50726619
this too isn’t the only case
https://www.insider.com/swedish-mcdonalds-mcvegan-unique-menu-fast-food-2019-2
- Also let’s get out of Macca’s cause not all countries are as infamous for their supersizing as the US Maccas, the vast range of fast food that is out there, there is also a steadily growing list of joint doing healthy menus:
https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/10-healthy-fast-food-restaurants
- Home cooked meals are a great way to ensure there is no allergens involve in the meal preparation or in the contents itself (this is as long as the one cooking gives a damn about the entire households needs).
- Additionally if with ACCESS to recipes and TIME to figure out nutritional values, shop for that and make them home cooked meals are a good option.
And to be considered with this is that time can steadily be cut with the companies coming out with recipes and and ingredient deliver. THIS DOESN’T NECESSARILY CUT OUT PRICE THOUGH.
Now... for anyone who wants something more remotely scholarly to look about food and the world:
Raj Patel (2008) ‘Stuffed and Starved –The Hidden Battle for the World Food System’, Melville House Publishing, New York.
You can find the introduction here
You can find a chapter on the supermarkets here
But honestly it offers insight to what is available in supermarkets and why, the cost of major brands, and also the impact of fast food and why in some areas it holds such impact.

Kumamon
Kumamon waves and bows. He is about 1.5 metres (5ft) tall, with black glossy fur, circular red cheeks and wide, staring eyes. He’s dressed for the occasion in a white satin dinner jacket trimmed in silver and a red bow tie.
https://www.bbc.com/future/article/20160719-meet-japans-kumamon-the-bear-who-earns-billions
he has become so famous that products and brands use his likeness.
why he is popular
What is happening here? Kumamon is kawaii – the word is translated as ‘cute’, but it has broad, multi-layered meanings, encompassing a range of sweetly alluring images and behaviours. Not only does kawaii include the army of Japanese mascots, but a world of fashion that has adult women dressing as schoolgirls and schoolgirls dressing as goth heroines or Lolita seductresses, giving rise to ero-kawaii,or erotic kawaii, a mash-up of cute and sexy.

http://www.providencejournal.com/news/20160719/provport-reaches-deal-with-save-bay-over-environmental-concerns
“ProvPort Inc., the organization proposing a state-financed expansion of its Providence marine terminal, has promised not to fill in any portion of the Providence River as part of future growth, relieving concerns from environmental group Save The Bay.
“’Save The Bay raised legitimate concerns about what this project could mean for the bay in the future,’ wrote ProvPort spokesman Bill Fischer in a news release Tuesday. “When we discussed their concerns, we recognized the importance of putting to rest any suggestion that port expansion along Allens Avenue may be the first step toward filling the bay. We have assured Save The Bay that future phases of our expansion plans have been abandoned.”
