- I think Charles lived in Canada or somewhere North for a lot of his life and taught Arthur how to ice skate. It was a battle. (I really need to draw this)

- Modern Arthur is terrified of flying. As in, airplanes. Charles has terrible motion sickness.

- When Arthur gets woken up he stuffs his face into the pillow and huffs aggressively. Charles just looks up with a mean little scowl and goes back to sleep.

- I think collectively they've cried .02 times in their life but they definitely SOBBED during their wedding vows. If not that, then after the reception. Or maybe just the proposal. And they are both ugly criers yes Thank You. Ohh my god shut up

- Arthur is a Facebook reels warrior. Full volume, resonant throughout the entire house. As soon as Charles hears that bark of laughter he knows Arthur will hunt him down to rewatch the video with him, no matter where he hides. Bathroom? Arthur will wait outside with the video paused. He has to fake laugh sometimes but it's worth it to see Arthur laugh too.

- Overstimulating Husband + Overstimulated Husband

- I know a lot of people like to hc Charles as the bookworm, but I think they both hold a strong love for literature. They have a miniature and ever-growing library. And they do read to each other.

- Arthur's obsessed with Charles' hair. Physically has to refrain himself from touching it. There's a gravitational pull. If they're cuddling or sleeping or whatever it's guaranteed his hand will be tangled and buried in it somewhere.

- There is such a lack of PDA between them (except for how they look at each other) that 90% of the gang thought they were STILL pining for a whole extra month since when they actually got together.

- I really think Charles gives the biggest side-eyes at people. Everything about his face is the same but the sheer disdain in his glance. Arthur just kind of looks directly at them with a furrowed brow and curled lip.

- They have frequent towel-whip wars

- Yes they volunteer for the US Forest Service over the summer

Choosing Robin or Whitney allows her to run away with them and live a relatively normal life, choosing Sydney allows similar outcomes but, bound to Sydney, meaning she stays in the town.

† Choosing no one allows her to run away, and choose, to return, or not.

† Choosing not to go back just, well whatever you may expect, returning however, allows Yumei to slowly take hold of the town.

† Yumei will build her own orphanage and while on the way, torments those who did her wrong, first stop is Bailey.

I know that logically Draxum probably got away with making the mutagen and oozequitos because he was very careful about hiding his research and whatnot, but the much funnier explanation is that he's already so weird that when he rolled up to an academic conference two months after his lab exploded the first time with his 200 page paper on how he's going to bioengineer mosquitos to be the size of his hand (without giving a single reason as to why he wants to do this), the most he was met with was maybe a few raised eyebrows and a couple people wondering how he still gets grant money

Found a place that does ridiculously high-quality food, like, you can taste how carefully and well made it is with every bite, the texture is perfect, the flavours are harmonic, and yes, it's a little expensive, but for the moment of spiritual bliss that occurs when you get to eat something that perfect, it's worth the price and then some.

So, of course, every review is complaining that the food is too expensive for the portion sizes and they should make it cheaper... Sigh. No appreciation for the perfection in each bite at all. ):

It's so easy to forget how to treat a conscious patient, he thinks, when all you've ever done is work on those who can't feel the pain you put them through.

The little things add up. Forgetting to remind Fuuta that disinfectant stings and to warn that 'this will hurt', before bringing a cotton pad soaked in the stuff up to his eye. Forgetting to ask Mahiru if her bandages and dressings are wrapped too tight. Forgetting to speak in layman's terms and not medical jargon.

Forgetting how to be human to other humans.
