the best thing I did for my mental health was to move a 5 minute walk from the supermarket because when convincing myself to go outside for fresh air when depressed a 5 minute walk is like a digestible amount. and if necessary I can buy an emergency fresh rotisserie chicken and fast walk back home to my cave
