HAPPY 16TH BIRTHDAY!!! To this elderly bapy boye!!! he...!!!

#cats #ghhbbb this is the first time I've genuinely considered tumblr blazing a post lol but no.. i shant.. I feel too weird putting financial #information into tumblr or whatever unless I made like a seperate bank account or something not associated with anyhting else lol #but I gave it serious contemplation which is really sayng something (the evil magical spell that all cats cast over u by their perfection)#ANYWAY.................... old man!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!#it's technically like march 8th but I did his party a little early. I have other pictures to post later maybe too..hrmm #The '1' candle is actually a '4' candle with the side part cut off because they didn't have any 1s #I went all out (like under $15 still lol) and got new birthday decorations for him instead of using the same old #ones from the past like 5 birthdays that I've done for the cats lol..#His theme was rainbows mostly in as light of colors as I could find #The legal age to drive a car in the US is 16 so.... honk honk beep beep.. I shall go out and buy him the most expensive car on the market #as soon as March 8th comes. then he can run little errands (probably mostly getting kibbles or chicken somewhere)#stealing the rotisserie chickens from walmart or something lol #AND they would let him have them. He would drive up and walk inside and they'd call the manager to come over #and they would be so moved by his presence and his big goofy stare that they would just be like..... okey.. have all the chicken in the #entire store. Actually. have the store. it's yours now. And This would continue all the way up the chain until he was handed #the entire walmart company. And every other company. a boy who owns everything. probably wouldnt use it for evil. he'd just abolish #everything and then focus on eating chickens.. ........ chibken son...

when I give up on fully drawing Strive so my boy despawns for a solid 6 frames

#twrp #starlight brigade #almost there >:D #What I have so far is straight ahead so the hair isn’t as flowy as it should be but hey surprisingly everything else is #I’ve been eyeballing everything frame by frame but the later frames take their time so I’ll be keyframing it #And then inbetween like a normal person. Struggling on drawing 20 unfortunately T~T #Trivia nugget to my fellow animators if your out there: The frame rate varies from being on 2s 3s and the occasional 4s #Only one frame stays on 1s so this whole shot most closely resembles 8fps. The original shot #(When including the blank start and end frames) lasts 5-7 seconds but there are only 29 unique frames #WHICH BREAKS MY WESTERN (disney) ANIMATION BRAIN BECAUSE HOW TF IS IT THAT SMOOTH??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????#Usually what’s expected of a smooth shot is a lot of frames but mother flipping India Swift has such an understanding of timing and spacing #That with the power of a measly 29 frames created ONE OF THE BEST 5-7 seconds of animation I have ever seen‼️‼️#Am now considering to expand on my “:0” moment but I’m to far in the tags and still haven’t finished animating #Oh one last thing. Girl help I'm getting ambitious ideas for my book series that'll make book one probably take like twice as long to be ready to publish :(

#it's a high fantasy story #and of course with that comes the chance of using other languages #now i'm me and love languages irl so i figured i'd just take preexisting languages and use them #but then. Then.#i got the idea to take those languages and through research and a lot of bullshitting #change some of the words #so that those who know the language can tell what it's based on and how to pronounce it #but can also tell it's been stretched for good ol' fantasy originality #bc i realized i could do some cool stuff with some of the different cultures and religions in this story #after all a lot of words and phrases in various languages stem from religions and cultural values.#but also girl help this idea is cool enough im almost totally gonna do it and i can take as long as i want thank you #but i do really want to begin to share this story already its been in the works for 3 years :(#im probably gonna end up continuing to work on book 1s first draft and just leave spaces for bits in other languages to fill in later #that sounds like the fastest route

HEHEHEHE I've had these two REALLY tight range gen 1s for a while now and finally bit the bullet and breed changed em both to sandsurges. they still need to be gened but this is the end goal hehehe

i feel like if you walk away from ddlc thinking of monika as a bad person you might have missed the point

#was what she did Wrong? i mean. yeah sure #but what do you expect from a teenager that just realized nothing around her is real and all her friends are just a collection of 1s and 0s #she was Desperate. she was scared. she wanted to be Seen. and Heard. and Understood. she wanted her own happy ending!#but no such thing was ever written into the code of her little world. so she had to take matters into her own hands #and since her friends aren't 'real' (her initial conclusion that she later realizes is wrong)... it's okay to mess around in their brains #it's okay to delete them. they were never people anyway. they won't even notice.#but like i said she realizes this was wrong! if she was truly a cruel manipulative mastermind i don't think she would have deleted HERSELF-#-from the game in an attempt to make everyone happy at last. because That's what she decides is important!#it doesn't matter if their world isn't 'real.' it's still their world. it's still their home. they have a right to be happy #anyway idk. i've been revisiting ddlc a lot these past few days... i always forget how much i really like it #i usually don't like when games try to be self-aware and break the fourth wall and involve the player directly like this.#it just becomes messy and convoluted and pisses me off (and yeah undertale is included in this. deltarune might be too but we'll have to see #but i like how ddlc did it. very neat very tidy very peaceful. bittersweet but peaceful.

Might opt for a job as a political speech writer for our Ministry of Foreign Affairs. It involves a temporary contract from October - June based in NL, but for the time being it would strategically boost my resumé, a lot. I was tipped by a former colleague and he is willing to recommend me. Would be super neat!

#I don't want a career in which I solely have to write... but as a temporary option and it being an ambitious position. not bad #aiming for a permanent contract of course later on. doubles the chances of being able to buy a house etcetera. but i gotta make some rep 1s #*some rep 1st (tumblr tags being cut off)#personal

finally on the fucking metro and out of the gddamn airport!!

#well technically i'm on the metro shuttle not the train proper cause of the construction #but i won't complain it's actually cheaper fare this way. and i get to sit down without wrestling rush hour train crowds.#i will have to transfer to the train (and then. second train.) later but. not now.#also fuck the world i just wanted to get a stupid cold iced tea from the vending machine but it wouldn't take my card #and i didn't have enough bills for it (only accepts 1s and 5s. bitchh)#well jokes on them cause i found a different vending machine with what i wanted that DID take my card AND was $1.25 cheaper!#don't understand the logic behind that but whatever. One of the most confusing things for me growing up was the fact that one of my brothers kept dating all the other brothers ex's and friends

#rainy talks #like between me and the brothers closest in age to me #theres a 9 year age gap #so I'm like four and all my brothers are in high school #and a girl comes home and is introduced as brother 1s girlfriend #and then later she comes hom again but shes brothed 2s??? insane #there was also like a mini family civil war because brother 2 dated one of 4s female friends #but everyone thought he had a crush on her and thought it was so fucked except for the few that were like #“well if 4 wanted to date her he should have asked befoe 2”#and then it turned out he never had a crush on her because hes gay and everyone just read to much into it jdjdjsns #where were my older sisters and brother 3 you may ask?#a different state for the girls and for 3 he was usually chilling with me or later our lil sister #someone had to keep me from assuming that the girls 2 brought back were actually 1s girlfriends still #I was a YAPPER i woulda said somthing stupid but i got kept in line #thats it for todays installment of family lore rainy thinks about at 5 am

my fav seasons of spongebob r 4-7 fr .. .

#1-3 obvi classic but i prefer the Silliociety & idiocity of the later 1s #+ i had 4 thru 7 on dvd .. we also had 1+2 (& maybe 3) but we lost a lotta them #so i probs watched 4-7 the most #& when i tried to watch 8 later it felt. Weird #but like. i love this season sm that i will remember lyrics &#licherally kno what they r going 2 say next and still laugh bc the intonation of the va'ing and timing is so perfect #i luv spunchbob... so much.....
