I kind of made this on the down-low and tucked it away in the Series & AU masterlist, but the Creepy Castle AU has its own playlist. Each song corresponds to each chapter in order (including Parts 5 and 6 lol).

The "main" inspirational track for Part 4 is Witch by Cold (especially ~2:00 onwards—ignore the gendered lyrics).

The other main inspirational track is 1Stp Klosr from the Linkin Park Reanimation album. I listened to that on repeat when I wrote the fight scene for this fic.

Reanimation album was quite an amazing album by Linkin Park. It had remixes of original songs from the album 'Hybrid Theory' by Linkin Park. I feel like Reanimation was the album that we didn't know we needed. Its amazing how they created those remixes again with a different feel to the existing songs. Happy Anniversary "One Step Closer" (September 28th, 2000)❤

"One Step Closer" is the debut single by the American rock band Linkin Park. It was released as the first single and second track of their debut album, Hybrid Theory. The song was featured in the 2008 music video games Rock Band 2 and Guitar Hero On Tour: Decades, and the soundtrack to the 2000 film Dracula 2000 in the end credits.

A remixed version of the song entitled "1Stp Klosr" was featured on Linkin Park's remix album, Reanimation.

This song was merged with another song off Hybrid Theory, "Points of Authority" and "99 Problems" by Jay-Z on the EP Collision Course.

Joe Hahn of Linkin Park and director Gregory Dark came up with the concept for the video. The original version of the video was supposedly meant to be live footage of the band with fans (similar to their music video for "Faint").

The video was directed by Gregory Dark and shot in Los Angeles, sixty-three feet underground in an abandoned LA Subway tunnel, that is adjacent to an abandoned V.A. hospital. The video starts out with a group of teenage friends hanging out around a dark alley. Two of them (the male is played by local LA artist Tony Acosta who goes by the moniker "TonyMech") follow a strange man wearing a black hooded robe into a door which leads them to a dark, misty room where the band is playing. Monk-like men are performing martial arts moves throughout the video. Midway through the song, they knock over a crate, drawing the attention of the monk-like men, causing them to flee the tunnel. Eventually the strange man appears at the end of the video. While Bennington screams the songs bridge, he is also upside-down as if gravity is inverted for him.[4]

Stand-in bassist Scott Koziol can be seen in several shots in the video.

"One Step Closer" is the only Linkin Park music video to be filmed with SD cameras, which can be seen in 480p and is available in the US exclusively on the Warner Bros. Records YouTube channel.

Atiny Anon Project - Second Mission

So, I was supposed to make a playlist for my anonnie (and I’m really sorry it took me so long, a whole lotta stuff happened today, mainly me being dry like a raisin from crying because I’m proud of Ateez but that’s besides the point-) The order is completely random, and I doubt that you will like these songs and the descriptions are kinda long (sorry) but here you go anyways fjkvfnkdf:

Ateez - Pirate King  - we’re starting out with Ateez since this is Atiny project. Well, Pirate King is a really happy song for me, because it’s the first song they performed on their concert. It reminds me of that, how excited I was, how SHOOK I was, finally being able to see them perform in person. Literally every time I hear it I go !!! :D Also, it’s a bop.

EXO - Monster -  well, this song got me into kpop (well, seriously, because I knew few kpop songs before) so it’s EXTREMELY important for me. Also, EXO is first kpop band and being an EXO-L is basically a trait of my personality now.

Hollywood Undead - Usual Suspects - on a different note here, Hollywood Undead is one of my favourite bands. I’ve been to two of their concerts and this is the song they started the first one with. Like with Pirate King, it brings happy memories to me (well wildly different feel to both shows here but both are happy for me) and it’s really good to jam to.

Linkin Park - The Catalyst - good old times. This song got me into them, all the way back in 2010-2011. Being their fan is most definitely a part of me now, and since I got into their music so many good things happened. I met my best friend because of them, and they’ve helped me through bad times as well.

BTS - Don’t Leave Me - well, this isn’t the song that got me into them (twas Blood, Sweat and Tears) but I think it’s my favourite. I don’t even really have a proper explanation here, their vocals just pull some strings in my soul

Stray Kids - Get Cool - another happy song of mine. It lifted my mood when I was at someone’s place, nearly having a meltdown and works wonders ever since. Also it’s literally adorable.

Linkin Park - Shadow Of The Day - this one is very is special to me. I attended their concert in 2014, I wasn’t really fond of this song but when I was kind of “getting myself in the mood” by listening to them I thought “I really hope they will perform this one”. And guess what, they did. No, I didn’t look at the soundtrack for this tour.

Linkin Park & JD from Korn - 1stp Klosr - well since both Korn and Linkin Park are my favourite bands this just makes my little heart very happy. Highkey sad I won’t be able to see it live but still

Monsta X - Dramarama - my first Monsta X comeback! Also the song they won their first award (don’t kill me, I’m stupid in this topic) with. I cried like a baby, watching the awards show. And it’s another bop. And tbh I like the performance video more dsskfjvsd
