I happen to be one of the fans who used to hoard every 1D content i saw, and i happen to have kept my old 1D folder, full of these photos from tumblr and we heart it and even some insta and twt. And i decided to share it with everyone, to bring us back to the old days 🥹

It would be nice of you to reblog to reach more directioners who need the comfort of nostalgia

There are thousands of pics in this folder and I'll post most, except for the fanarts whose artists might not be ok with them being reposted :)

Where do you think zayn ties in to the ownership of 1d name. Do you think he sold his stake before leaving?

After leaving, but yes. Apparently he did sell his share back to the company that holds One Direction's ownership, 1D Media. Now the company is represented by Lawrence Engel and Alan McEvoy on behalf of Harry, Louis, Liam, and Niall. However, we don’t know whether he still receives royalties and profits from his time in the band. I assume he does?! But it's very unclear what sort of arrangements were made when he left. From the public information we have available though, he resigned from all 1D related companies.

I don’t know how to describe this without sounding crazy but lately I’ve been struggling with feeling completely disconnected from myself, especially myself before I started to make a true recovery from my mental health issues. Almost like I have memories but it doesn’t feel like they happened to me, like I’m not that person and never was. Today actually makes my nostalgia feel tangible. I feel connected to myself from 2015 who fucking loved one direction and blogged about them every day with my friends from all across the world. I can feel that these things happened and it’s the most strange, visceral experience. It happened to me and it’s causing me pain but at least I know it was real
