On Thursday I saw a squirrel at my backyard for the first time ever! (been living here 14 years) We have a big mountain pine bush with small pines so the squirrel has been eating them, leaving a huge mess behind, hahaha! :'D
On Friday there was no squirrel but a male Robin! VERY RARE SIGHT! I have plants (natural and planted) which attracts bugs so he has found a good feeding spot.
Today, there's both squirrel AND Robin! How amazing is that? But there was new visitor today as well, very rare sight as well and I haven't seen it before: Garden Warbler (light gray in color).
I've been thinking this as a possible sign of home's energy's rising, my own energy rising to more positive and the wild life senses this, feeling safe and comfortable enough to come to my backyard :)
I heard sounds again, after a gap of 3 sessions. For at least 3 meditations before this one, I concentrated at a depth of mind that’s shallower than the the level where one can hear sounds in one’s own head.
It was comforting to know that I had returned to my best depth of concentration. This is a depth that is so full of Peace that it turns silent. And such interiorised silence helps one hear one’s own head.
