I’ve been meaning to introduce more characters and art on here, so let’s keep it rolling with a Bleach OC, my dear Red Spider Lily, Haibana Umi! Below you can find her ref sheet and lore alongside a cozy chibi I did on a separate occasion! My chibi art is constantly changing, but I'll find something I'm happy with with some hard work!

Tecteun in Fugitive of the Judoon

The Fugitive Doctor was on the run from the Time Lord black ops organisation she used to work for, Division. But that also means she was on the run from her adoptive parent Tecteun as well, and I believe while we don’t see her, she is present in other ways.

I think this is an allegory of the Doctor and Tecteun, with how the Doctor rebelled against her and ran away. And having Ruth’s parents live in a lighthouse in the middle of nowhere who weren’t good with people, a metaphor of Tecteun’s cold and distant nature. In universe, I think the TARDIS created an identity when the Fugitive Doctor used the chameleon arch, in order to reflect her true identity, to make her rebellious in case Division found her.

As shown in this scene, the Time Lord and Division Operative called Gat wasn’t the person who had hired the Judoon. The contractee was a Time Lord much higher in authority who put on the contract that the Judoon bring the Fugitive Doctor to them at Division, who Gat said she was there on behalf of, so a person not multiple people. That being Tecteun makes perfect sense.

This was an earlier scene, but I put it after the other two examples as this isn’t as obvious. But I think that this moment of Ruth’s true identity breaking through, and her talking about bullies, was talking about Tecteun, because she liked to pick on the Doctor’s vulnerabilities.

Tecteun survived (Bi-generation theory)

I haven't seen this theory anyway else but I think it makes some sense:

So Tecteun supposedly is killed by Swarm at the end of "Survivers of the Flux" after her confrontation with The Doctor I believe that before this Tecteun had already Bi-generated and this Bi-generated incarnation is already in "universe 2"

Okay so we still don't quite know how Bi-generation fully works in "the giggle" it seems 15 is in 14's future and has been sent back however in the episode "the devil's chord" 15 says his soul was torn in half which implies an actual split? Only the future theory works for this so I'm gonna go by that for this theory.

Firstly how much does Tecteun know about Bi-generation? We know it's a Time Lord myth but has anyone else experienced it we know it can't happen too often to Time Lords as it wouldn't have been a myth if it did but has Tecteun Bi-generated before during the dark times maybe? So she could know how to trigger one or she hadn't figured it out for a long time but did during flux? I guess it is possible it could have just happened without planning but I feel like she used the Flux and released Swarm to trigger her Bi-generation

We know she released Swarm to damage time by releasing the Mouri she even says this was intended, so I think she figured out with both the damage from the Flux and Swarm letting time run wild she can trigger her own Bi-generation so this most likely happens during episode 3 of Flux "once, upon time" when Swarm gets rid of the Mouri making time go wild so I think while the Doctor was in the time storm Tecteun Bi-generated

Tecteun 1 = "Awsok" Tecteun

Tecteun 2 = Future Tecteun (in universe 2)

So Tecteun 1 triggers her Bi-generation into Tecteun 2, Tecteun 2 already knows the fate of Tecteun 1 at the hands of Swarm, Tecteun 2 explains as much as they can to Tecteun 1 (just like 15 did to 14) maybe getting Tecteun 1 to have the conversation with the Doctor at the end of the "once, upon time" episode and bringing her to Division HQ in "Survivors of the Flux" or Tecteun 1 could just do this without information from Tecteun 2, Tecteun 2 goes into universe 2 while Tecteun 1 talks to The Doctor at the end of "once, upon time" about how this universe is over and she released Swarm etc

Then the events of "Survivors of the Flux" happen with the Doctor and Tecteun 1 having their confrontation and then Swarm touches Tecteun and she disappears now this is a big theory of what most people think will happen to 14 is that when he is on the verge of death he will fade and appear back at UNIT as 15 so this is what I believe happens to Tecteun

Tecteun 1 disappears and goes back to the point of the Bi-generation becomes Tecteun 2 and leaves for universe 2.

am I the only one who thinks the Division/Flux storyline is confusing as hell? like at this point I'm considering just giving up and watching a previous doctor for my episode tonight

I've kinda wanted to talk a little about other ocs so this should be nice for that. Opinions will be only about Hawu'li, bc listing all ffxiv ocs would make this even longer than it already is.

Doctor Riri (Arknights Doctor oc) - Probably yeah? Riri is way more overworked and tired than Hawu'li but I feel like he'd like how this weird feline would do his best to cheer him up. Maybe they can take a nap together and exchange tips on how to keep their tails nice and fluffy. Or maybe Riri can give Hawu'li some tactical tips for his next primal fight.

Seele (Arknights oc, Riri's close friend/bodyguard) - Absolutely! Seele might be completely mute but he wouldn't mind listening to Hawu'li talk. They both like similar stuff and would eat snacks together. Hawu'li might get tiiiiny bit intimidated seeing tiny "hyur" (Seele's like, barely 150cm) beat things up with just his fists but he's seen enough lala monks to not question it too much.

Enli (yup, another Arknight's oc, also friend/bodyguard) - Kinda, but Enli needs to take some breaks from this "feline who talks non-stop". Hawu'li would also pester the poor man for treats continously if he ever learned about the lateran desserts, and possibly be really, really curious because it's not like you meet angels every day on Eorzea.

Kuroto Hirose (originally Bleach oc, later adapted to general oc) - Hawu'li is actually kinda really vaguely based on Kuro so I'd say they'd do well together. Both have strong morals and want to help/protect others, and both have jobs that consist of travelling and dealing with various threads (WoL / shinigami respectively). Kuro is a lot calmer and they both come from very different backgrounds (Kuro having an aristocrat upbringing), but I think they'd befriend eachother quickly and like, watch movies together while talking about their interests. Or about keeping their companions out of trouble (Kuro's bf is a bit of a troublemaker) They are also both tied to "light" element.

Kohaku Sakurai (another Bleach oc, yay) - I honestly would never wish for anyone who values their life and sanity to meet Kohaku. That man can and will make you into research project if you show literally anything that gets him interested. He'd lock Hawu'li up somewhere and do endless testing on Echo, Hydaelyn's blessing and various other things. Hawu'li would be so afraid of him and just bolt it out of there the second Kohaku get's his caffeine crash.

Bonus: Kuro's zanpakuto spirit Tsukiakari - he'd hit on Hawu'li so hard, get frustraited with this cat's denseness and just flat out kiss him. They are also both purple

Have a Bleach extended-winter-war time-travel-fix-it idea. In this AU Kaien's death happened before the whole turn-back-the-pendulum arc. (Yes, another Bleach time-travel AU, I know, shut up.)

As Ichigo and Kisuke are planning to go back to the past, Kisuke makes sure to emphasize to Ichigo that they have to protect Shiba Kaien. Apparently, it's of the utmost importance.

Ichigo doesn't know exactly how Kaien's continued well-being plays into saving the future. Kisuke never really explains it, or gives him a straight answer when he asks. But Ichigo knows that the Shiba Clan-Head carried a great deal of political power, and Ichigo also knows that Kaien -- according to Kukaku and Rukia -- was highly competent, incredibly noble, and fundamentally kind. It's not exactly unintuitive that a person like that could be important to bringing down Aizen.

So Ichigo listens, when Kisuke tells him to protect Shiba Kaien. He memorizes how Kaien died in the original timeline. He's attentive as Kisuke reiterates for the thousandth time that Aizen will keep trying to assassinate Kaien until he succeeds. He takes notes when Kisuke hypothesizes about what Aizen's various assassination attempts might look like -- poison during a meal, hired assassins at night, an ambush during a mission.

Ichigo ingrains the assignment into his core: protect Shiba Kaien, because if Kaien falls, the mission fails.

So when Kisuke slips a paralytic into Ichigo's tea and places Ichigo in the middle of the time-travel kido array and drains the entirety of his own spiritual energy to activate the array, a sacrifice that Ichigo never would have agreed to--

Well. The first thing Ichigo does when he arrives back in the past, numb and alone and only able to function by focusing on the duty that is his purpose -- is track down Shiba Kaien.

After all, if Ichigo is going to kill Aizen -- and he is, no matter what it takes -- he needs to keep Kaien alive.

Ichigo goes straight to the Shiba family grounds. In true Shiba fashion, they accept him immediately as family. They tend to his wounds and give him a meal and welcome him home. They let him get away with his weak excuses and explanations, and they defend his presence to the rest of Soul Society.

Kaien, in accordance with everything Ichigo has heard about the man, personally takes the newest addition to the family under his wing.

Ichigo's plans to deal with Aizen take shape around his need to keep an eye on Kaien.

Ichigo, instead of running as far and fast as he can from the Shiba clan, accepts the offer to live in the Shiba compound. He gets to know every clan member and retainer, subtly vetting for traitors. He sleeps in a room near Kaien's, allowing him to both guard against assassins at night and place warding runes around Kaien's door without having to worry about being caught somewhere he has no business being.

He joins the Court Guard in the 13th division instead of the 5th, because the only real way to protect Kaien on a mission is to be there with him. Ichigo knows that if there's an ambush, or if the mission details have been tampered with, he'll be more than enough fire power to get Kaien out of it. And it's easy to always get paired with Kaien; Kaien -- reliably taking every opportunity to hover around Ichigo that he's offered -- does most of the work, leveraging his status as lieutenant and Ichigo's combat ability to keep them together.

Ichigo finds himself frequently taking meals with Kaien and Kaien's friends. Kaien always invites Ichigo, and Ichigo accepts so he can subtly check the food for poison.

(Ichigo does not tell Kaien about Aizen. Ichigo is still unsure what Kaien's role is in the whole fight, and in the meantime, telling him about Aizen is a sure way to get him killed.)

Things heat up. Ichigo prevents both Miyako and Kaien's death, killing Metastacia before it can hurt anyone. Ichigo's shadow war against Aizen gets more intense. Ichigo sneaks out regularly to dismantle Aizen's illusions, destroy his labs, and attack his network of power, slowly weakening him.

Ichigo waits for the assassination attempts against Kaien, but they don't come, even several weeks after Metastacia fails. Ichigo takes it as a sign that he's got Aizen distracted.

Things continue for a while. Ichigo falls into a strange routine.

(And Ichigo tries not to break, seeing so many of his loved ones alive and unknowing of him. It is agony, to be around Shunsui, who is not his mentor, and the Visored, who are neither visored nor pack.

But the worst is when Captains Urahara and Shihouin catch on to his war against Aizen. He finds himself working with them as allies.

Allies. Mere allies, instead of --

Well. Not that it matters anymore.

All that matters is his duty.)

Time passes. Aizen weakens. There are no attempts on Kaien's life yet.

And then Aizen's web has unraveled enough for Ichigo to attack.

It's a long battle. It's a bloody battle. It's a very public battle.

Ichigo wins.

And it's only after it's all over -- after Aizen's crimes are revealed and Soul Society is at peace and the future is saved; after Ichigo finds himself still alive and adrift, with nothing left obligating him to keep going and everything telling him to give up; as Kaien refuses to leave Ichigo alone and escorts him to regular appointments with Unohana and forces him to talk about the truth of his past --

It's only then that it clicks.

Ichigo is whispering secrets about the future into Kaien's chest, Kaien's arms wrapped tight around him, when Ichigo confesses that he messed up, that he put the Shiba clan in unnecessary danger. Ichigo tells Kaien about his death in the original timeline. He talks about how Kisuke told him that in this timeline, Aizen would try and kill Kaien again if the first attempt failed. Ichigo promises desperately that he never would have sought out the family -- would have kept the danger far, far away from them -- if he hadn't thought he had to watch Kaien's movements so closely.

And Ichigo admits that Aizen never actually tried again. Ichigo admits that he and Kisuke miscalculated, that Ichigo brought danger to the Shiba's doorstep for nothing.

It happens like this:

First, the words leave his lips, "Kisuke" and "miscalculated" in the same sentence. Hearing himself say it lays bare the absurdity of its premise.

Then, Kaien draws away slightly, to look Ichigo in the eyes. Ichigo sees, plain on Kaien's face, a terrible, damning gratefulness.

Then, Kaien says -- fierce and defiant in the face of what could have been -- "I am so glad you came home."

And it clicks. At last, Kisuke's final manipulation reveals itself to Ichigo's eyes.

The emotions flash through him: the sting of betrayal; a flavor of love that bursts across his tastebuds as hurt; a familiar brand of exasperation that, a split second later, has his knees giving out under the weight of old pain made fresh.

Kaien catches Ichigo before he hits the ground and holds him as he shatters. And Ichigo can barely breathe through the knowledge that Kisuke would have been so smug to see them.

A sob rips itself from Ichigo's chest, and it's followed by another, and another.

Ichigo's older cousin holds him, in the home of their family, through it all.

THE END except not really.

This must immediately be followed by a whole arc where Kaien, much to his own dismay, finds himself trying to hook Urahara up with his little cousin.

After all, Future-Urahara sent Ichigo to the Shiba clan. Future-Urahara tricked his little cousin into bypassing his own self-destructive tendencies to seek out family and love and support. Clearly, Urahara would actually be good for Ichigo.

And, you know, Ichigo clearly loves Younger-Urahara, judging by Ichigo's whole... well, everything, whenever the two interact.

(This whole matchmaking endeavor is made easier by the fact that 1) Kisuke is already infatuated, fascinated, and not a tiny-bit madly in love, and 2) Yoruichi is also, from the other end, trying to set Kisuke up with Ichigo.

This whole endeavor is made more difficult by the fact that 1) Ichigo is in denial that he loves this younger Kisuke since he never thought this younger Kisuke could also fall in love with him, 2) Kisuke is in denial that he loves Ichigo because that is a Shiba and he himself is a creepy low-born ex-assassin mad-scientist, and 3) neither Ichigo nor Kisuke know what it looks like when someone is interested in them.)

Poor Kaien. He succeeds eventually, but not before witnessing truly legendary social ineptitude.

Plot: Y/N Leclerc grew up attached to her brothers, being a twin to Arthur and looking up to Charles and Lorenzo meant that you'd always been extremely close to your brothers and you travelled round the world with two of them as much as you could, but your brothers weren't the only reason why you attended races when you got older.

You'd know Pierre since 2010 when you and Arthur followed Charles to karting. Arthur was obsessed as much as his older brother over cars and so all three would kart.

You and Arthur were in the same division but still followed Charles to the higher levels too see him perform which is how you met Pierre.

You were 10 and he was 14, just a kid where you had a crush on your older brothers friend.

It was stupid and went away with time as Pierre was just someone kind to you when you were around your brothers. You saw him every race weekend. You'd bring him cookies you'd baked and he'd bring you a charm for your bracelet which he got you another one off on your 13th birthday as there were too many.

As you got older karting yourself became less and less of an interest and you only would show up to watch your bothers. Arthur continued on like Charles through the feeder series.

But as Charles progressed he became more and more absent. You weren't allowed to travel across the world with Charles unless your parents or Lorenzo were there too look after you, and you started to miss your brother more and more until it took a toll on you.

You started acting up, not going to school and it put a strain on your relationships with all of your family.

Charles wasn't around enough to see it but the rest of your family did.

When Charles finally got to F2, your mum promised you could go more, and it was great until your dad got sick and he couldn't travel anymore.

You were angry, not at anyone in particular but at the world for everything it was throwing at you. And you tried to run away, you ended up outside the casino in Monte Carlo, lost and upset.

It was actually Lewis Hamilton who found you, he couldn't comprehend why this 16 year old girl was alone in the streets of Monaco. You guys talked for ages and he convinced you to go home, you parents were so angry with you they grounded you and you were banned from going to any of Charles races.

Then your dad passed away, and you were devastated and were even more angry. You were 16 and had so much hate for the world, Arthur, Lorenzo and Pascale had no idea what to do with you. So they sent you to boarding school for a year until you were 18 and could make up your own mind.

While you were there you clicked with a group of people who all were influencers of some sort, and having Charles as a brother and him being announced into F1 for 2018 it wasn't hard to accumulate a following.

You stayed in the UK until you were 21, all you friends from boarding school went to university so you decided you'd stay with them and get a degree. Despite missing lots of school you were actually a very smart girl and had excellent grades.

Once you were 18, Arthur started to invite you to more of his races. And Lorenzo and your mum were always asking for you to come home... but your Charlie still hadn't realized everything you'd been through.

It wasn't until his 24rd birthday you saw Charlie properly. He noticed how different you were, you weren't the 16 year old he left all those years ago. He just pulled you into a massive hug and it didn't seem like the time to unload everything on him.

You saw Lewis that night, and he recognized you right away coming over and laughing about how he didn't think you'd end up being his competitions little sister when he helped you out all those years ago.

Then, you saw him ...

Pierre and that was night everything changed.

"Pierre?" you asked looking over the taller male, smiling softly not having seen his face in person for a while.

"Y/N?" he asks in shock, cocking his head to the side.

"The one and only" you grin and he just stares, still shell shocked about your presence.

"I haven't seen you for years!" he says pulling you into a tight hug that you melt into, his big arms encasing around you and making you feel safe.

"Where have you been?" he asks, looking over you face.

"Argh i just obviously got so sick of seeing you and Charlie all the time!" you smirk, taking a sip of the Negroni in your hand.

"Mmmmm, and to think. I thought you used to have a crush on me" he chuckles looking down and laughing.

The few drinks you'd had brought for you by your brother and all the drivers who recognized you had got to that confident place in your mind.

"Oh i did, hard core" you say with a straight face making him squint his eyes at you seeing if you were telling the truth.

"You sound ... different" he offers leaning in and tucking some hair behind your ear. If Pierre was being honest he'd never seen you as anything but a little sister, that was how he treated you when you guys were younger.

He didn't know if it was the club lights, the alcohol, your changed accent and looks, or a mix of all of them but he was looking at you like you were the only girl in the world for him.

And you noticed.

"That's what years of schooling in the UK will do for you and having friends who love to take the mick when you butcher the pronunciation of something" you giggle.

"You still sound Monegasque though" he grins, still hearing that twang.

The rest of the conversation was history as you went back to Pierre's hotel room, spending the night with him.

At this point you'd been dating Pierre for 4 years. Everyone noticed since 2021 how much more common your appearance in the garage was. Obviously your twin was there as a development driver for Ferrari, and Charles as a Ferrari driver also meant that people knew you were there for your brothers.

But little did they know you were sneaking off to the Alpine garage in search or your boyfriend.

“Hey baby” you grinned to Pierre, happy to see his face and plant kisses all over it.

“Ahhhh, how are you cherie” he mumbles into your neck. 2024 hadn’t been a great season for Alpine, and 2025 hadn’t started off great either. So you being there in the garage to cheer him up or calm him down was a must.

Charles never really questioned where you left too, he assumed it was to see Logan and Oscar who would often be found teasing Arthur all still being relatively close from their F2 days in Prema.

“Im good, just a little tired” you smile cuddling up to him on the little sofa in his drivers room.

“Mmmmm” he says and he seems like he isn’t fully there with you.

“What’s wrong, somethings on your mind” you ask, looking over him.

“I’ve been thinking” he says looking down at you.

“That’s never good” you joke but his face tells you that this will be a pretty serious conversation. One that you could tell had been playing on his mind.

"What is it what's wrong?" you ask, taking his hand in your own.

"We need to tell your family soon... it's been 4 years of being a secret and I want to show you off. I want to be able to take you out for a nice dinner in public and not fear getting caught. I want you to move in with me, and I just think it's time we tell them!" he admits, all very quickly and he watches as you take the time to process what he has just admitted.

"You want to tell my brothers?" you ask making sure you weren't jumping the gun.

"Yes, I cant help but feel ... guilty is not the right word but do you get what i mean?" he asks and you nod.

"Yeah, why don't I ask maman... she can make us a nice dinner tonight after the race and I'll say I'm bringing my boyfriend?" you smile and he nods.

You walk away to call your mum, leaving Pierre to leave his drivers room and walk to the garage where he would be starting the race soon.

"Maman?" you ask into the phone as it connects.

"Y/N darling where are you. We've all been in the garage waiting for you!" you hear in French and you chuckle.

"I've been, somewhere else. Maman i need to ask you something!" you ask as you exit the Alpine hospitality, trying to go as unnoticed as possible.

"What is it?" she asks, concern washing over her voice.

"I want to introduce you all to my boyfriend tonight..." you say although it comes out as more of a question that anything.

"WHAT?" she yells down the phone and you visibly cringe.

"Y/N Leclerc, get back to the Ferrari garage now!" she chides before hanging up the phone making you bite your lip anxiously.

You walk back to Ferrari as slowly as possible not wanting to feel that wrath of your mother who has probably already told Lorenzo and Arthur.

"Hey..." you say awkwardly as you go to where they are sat in the garage with all their headphones on.

"You have a boyfriend?" Lorenzo asks

"And you didn't tell me... us i mean!" Arthur cries out as Lorenzo elbow his side hearing him talk about himself.

"Maman! You told them!" you exclaim, not in shock as it was highly likely she would spill the beans to your brothers, but more in frustration that she did.

"Y/N! Why would you not tell your family about this... how long has this relationship been for?" your mum asks making you bite your lip and look down.

"4 years" you mumble and you mother huffs asking you to speak up before you say it in French, turning away not wanting to see their reactions.

"You've been with a man for 4 years and not told any of us! Not even Arthur! You tell everything to your twin!" You mum exclaims in shock.

"Obviously not everything ..." Arthur says sounding really upset before walking off, making tears fill in your eyes.

"I'm, we're ... happy for you. Really! But you know we worry about you... especially Charles. I dread to think how he's going to react when we tell him!" he laughs.

It was just you and Lorenzo right now, your mum having gone off to find Arthur.

"Loz, can i tell you something that you cant tell anyone?" you ask looking at him. Your oldest brother was always the best at knowing when you really really wanted his attention and that it was something serious.

"Go on!" he says, looking over you.

"You promise you wont say anything!" you look over at him and he nods, holding up his pinky which you swiftly take with your pinky too.

"I promise!" he sighs.

"It's Pierre" you blurt out, an eyebrow of Lorenzo's raising.

"What's Pierre?" he asks.

"The person who I'm dating... it's Pierre!" you admit and his eyes widen.

"Oh... you are royally fucked!"

And that you were. When Pierre entered the house all hell broke loose. Charles was yelling, Arthur too, Lorenzo was trying to calm everyone down. Maman was being quiet just watching the chaos erupt. Alex and Charlotte didn't know what to do. Pierre was just listening to everything that Charles was yelling at him.

It wasn't until you started sobbing that Charles stopped and looked over at you.

"Y/N... I'm sorry. I didn't mean any of that!" he exclaims looking over between you and Pierre.

"I guess I'm just shocked... we were all friends and I didn't expect it!" he admits and you look down.

"Please, Charlie. I love him... just like you love Alex and how Loz loves Charlotte. He makes me happy, the happiest I've been probably ever!" you sigh and he nods.

"God, i cant believe your growing up!" he sniffles and you pull Charlie into a hug.

Characters featuring : Jushiro Ukitake, Shunsui Kyoraku, Byakuya Kuchiki and Unohana Retsu.

Format : One-shot

Context: You become the lieutenant of the 13th division, but in order for you to become a lieutenant you to become a lieutenant, Jushiro needed to see your skills. After seeing them he was amazed and decided to show the other captains.

After Kaien Shibas death, Jushiro was ordered by central 46 to pick a lieutenant. You knew Kaien very well, just like everyone. He was a great man and a wonderful lieutenant. He was a man who you could not replace.

So it was understandable that Jushiro refused to pick another person to become his lieutenant, but central 46 was not going to have it and made him pick a seated officers, to see if they were capable of holding the lieutenant’s rank.

So that is when you came in, you held the 4th seat of the division. Jushiro was fully aware of your abilities, he has always been curious on how they worked since he himself has not seen it—because he is locked up in his own room, due to his sickness— so this was a opportunity to see it finally.

“Please send in the 4th seat officer, Y/N L/N.” Jushiro politely ordered that you come to the room now, you were nervous.

You knew that you could never be as good of a lieutenant like Kaien Shiba—if you picked to be the lieutenant— But you would for sure do your best, for yourself, your captain and your squad.

“Good morning, Captain Ukitake!” As soon as you stepped into the room, you bowed your head to your captain. He lightly smiled at you, nodding his head.

“Good morning, I’m very excited to see your abilities. Kaien would often talk about your abilities, so please show me everything you’ve got!” Jushiro could tell you were nervous, he could only hope that his words brought at least some comfort to you.

“Of course!”

You took a deep breath in, then one out before calling the incantation of your zanpakuto.

Suddenly, the blade of your zanpakuto was no more. The blade turned into a collection of razor sharp paper sheets.

His breath was taken away when seeing you control the paper sheets with just your hand, you continued to show your skills with the dummy that was laid out there for you.

You were truly an angel, you manipulated the paper sheets to become wings, beautiful paper made angel wings.

After a while, you thought you showed everything that was needed to show. You were truly magnificent, your performance was just perfect.

You manipulated the paper sheets once more, swiftly and elegantly you made a swan, you did it so effortlessly. You blew the paper swan to Jushiros direction, he carefully caught it, making sure that the swan was still in its perfect condition.

“I must say, your abilities are truly remarkable! The way you can manipulate paper with such grace, it is a work of art. You possess a rare strength, one that is not only powerful but also beautifully refined.”

Your cheeks flushed by such compliment, and because it was your captain giving you the compliment.

“Thank you captain Ukitake!” You bowed your head once more, you assumed that you weren’t going to be given the lieutenants rank because he has not said anything. You thought he was just giving you a compliment and waiting for you to leave now.

“I’ve watched your performance very closely, I can see you have both the strength and heart of a true warrior.”

You picked your head up, eyes glistening with hope.

“The position of lieutenant requires more than just skill; it requires someone who can guide, protect, and inspire those around them. I believe you have the potential to do just that.”

Your lips parted slightly, was he really going to trust you with the title of lieutenant? Yes, yes he was. Your abilities captivated him, he simply couldn’t resist you.

“If you accept, I would be honored to have you as my lieutenant. I truly believe that you are ready for this kind of opportunity.”

“Yes!”

Jushiro laughed lightly by your response, it was clear that there was no hesitation behind your answer. He felt some pride in himself for having you as a lieutenant, he can’t wait to show you off to the other captains.

“Thank you for coming today, I apologize for the inconvenience. But I just had to show you my new lieutenants abilities! I believe each one of you will be impressed.”

You panted softly after finishing your little performance for the captains—the ones that came— You didn’t expect to use this much energy for something like this.

Shunsui hummed, rubbing his chin as he inspected you. “I have to say, there’s something captivating about the way you command those papers. It’s like each piece dance at only your will, I’m sure the other captains would agree.”

“But.. if you ever get tired of the responsibility of entertaining others, you can always come and only entertain me.” Shunsui chuckled softly, winking at you.

“Yes I agree with captain Kyoraku, If you ever care to share more about your techniques.. perhaps you could with me over a cup of tea. There’s much I could learn about you and from you.. I would also enjoy the company.” Unohana said with a soft and gentle tone. Her smile seemed to be genuine—and it was—

“What about you captain Kuchiki? What did you think of her performance?” Unohana turned to Byakuya who seemed to be in a daze, he quickly snapped back, clearing his throat.

“If you ever require assistance with your techniques or any other matter, I will be available to support you, you may come to my estate whenever. It is a matter of honor.”

The other captains were rather surprised by his response, it seems like you really are special if Byakuya Kuchiki took a liking to you, to the point he invites you over to his estate whenever you’d like.

“Thank you so much! I’m truly honored for these opportunities you have all given me!”

After that little performance of yours, you became closer to the captains that were there for you the first time.

Shunsui would often come by to see you and Jushiro, he would ask you to teach him how to do certain origami things, such as a flower, a heart and swans—to impress the ladies—

But there would be times where he suddenly brings you a paper rose, on his own. He’d do it to impress you and see that little excitement in your eyes.

Unohana will always invite you over for tea or prepare you two a meal to share. You’d usually be the one doing all the talking, but neither of you had a problem with it, she was more than happy to hear you yap about your abilities, the new objects you could create.

She ended up taking a liking to origami just because of you, you would never know but she would often practice during her free time. She created a flower for you once, placing it into your hair.

And now that flower stays in your office, grateful that Unohana made it just for you.

Byakuya, would help you with your training. Since your zanpakuto is almost the same as his—both controlling something— he would demonstrate his own techniques, you would notice that he was trying to show off..

After training, he’d invite you to chat a bit before going back to your captain. He found comfort by your presence, he loved watching you shape your paper into something beautiful.

You would offer him to try, and he’d try but would fail miserably. Which kind of irked him.. you made it look so easy, so why couldn’t he do it just as effortlessly as you? But he wouldn’t mind in the end, that just means he could watch you swiftly do it.

As for your captain, Jushiro Ukitake. You’d be by his side most of the time while he rested. The two of you would talk about the different art could be put.

But his favorite type of art, would have to be yours, the art of your origami skills, the art of your zanpakuto, the art of your beauty, everything.

He appreciated you in every way, complimenting you and thanking you for everything. He loved having you as his lieutenant.

If he wasn’t in bed resting, you two would be out in the garden, talking about the recent events, art, and maybe even the recent gossip in the seireitei..

Of course you two wouldn’t badmouth about anyone, but you would talk about the juicy little drama going on and he’d listen carefully, and he’d stop you time to time to make sure he was understanding everything.
