90 Sittings in 90 Days

Meditation is such a big part of my recovery. We sought through prayer AND meditation to increase our conscious contact with God as we understand him. I'm great with prayer, I talk to God all day everyday. However, I usually skimp out on meditation. The excuses are endless. I'm too tired, I can't sit still, I don't have time. So I was told to treat it as 90 in 90 and to do it for a minimum of one minute per day. So far I've ranged from 1 minute to 20 minutes. It's going really well so far. What a miracle that I even care to invite God into my life when alcohol and drugs used to be my God. Thank God for what my life looks like today.
