Getting up to run at 7:30 this morning was not exactly how I wanted to spend my morning but it gets a little better when your favorite movie is on. I didn't work out officially today, but I could have done equivalent of two miles today at work because of the fact that we are going to be moving floors the next few days, moving heavy boxes...running around like crazy. Good Morning!! I've had a lot of things on my mind lately, but I still showed up & shred up this morning. Felt good to start the day with a #sweatsession releasing some of my anxiety. Trying hard to not fret, but I got a phone call no training again this morning at Delta Life 😟 but I'm going in later today to talk/evaluate. Which by the phone call did not sound reassuring. 😁. You know it was a tough workout when you see scary faces in your shirt 😮. Let's hear it for @orangetheoryfitnessregina for a tough but amazing workout tonight 👏👏. Truly one of the TOUGHEST workouts I've had since I've been a member there, but I'm glad I pushed through it 💪. Plus - more miles for #100forcharity!! Yoga tomorrow will feel oh so nice 🙌.
