By popular demand, here is the 1000 Calorie workout! Intensive burn, suitable to be performed at home with just the weight of your body. The workout activates all the major muscles areas in your body: Lower body, Upper body and Abs/Obliques. It's an excellent training routine to perform if you want to get a leaner body, burn the excessive fat and achieve great weightloss results! NEW: This 84 minute workout combines HIIT cardio, strength training, and core for a serious endurance challenge. Warm up and cool down are included, all you need is dumbbells, and this is, as always 100% free. We've provided advanced and low impact modifications all throughout (please note this is not a beginner workout).
These workouts are FUN! Using the word "fun" loosely here, but you'll feel great by the time you reach the Workout Complete screen.
These workouts are lengthy, they are total body, and they are intense, which means that you need to use them with caution, care, and moderation. They are not meant to be done every day of the week. They aren’t meant to be done every other day, or even every third day. These are an endurance challenge, and they should be done 1-2x/week as an absolute max. Rest is so very important; don’t make the mistake of thinking that more is better; it’s not. Overdoing it can actually backfire and end up setting you further off from your goals. Your body needs to heal in between these workouts. Treat them like an endurance challenge, try it 1-4 times a month, and see if you feel stronger each time around.
Love & respect your body! You can both need to make changes for your health, AND appreciate your body. Push yourself during this workout, but don’t be afraid to stop and take extra breaks, drop the weights, modify the exercise, etc - Make this work for you. There is no shame in modifying a workout to make it work for you and as long as you’re pushing yourself, it is no less effective. Listen to your body.

Saw this on #pinterest claiming you could burn 1000 calories if you repeated it 10x. Now I know there are several factors to be considered in this (including the accuracy of my cardiac monitor) and who knows whether there was any science behind this claim. I was skeptical, but decided to try it.
