So today's challenge is "which exercise is a challenge? go tackle it"
The upright barbell row still kills me every time and I knew my torture class would do that exercise so I went....But we did so much more and I am dead 😅
We started with barbell biceps curls, then barbell upright rows, barbell overhead press. Then we switched to the legs and did some barbell Squats. After that we incorporated some kind of balance pad (?) and did Squats with either one or both legs one them. Also one leg on the pad ->squat - >up and starfish 🙈 We switched to dumbbells and did chest flyes and Triceps extensions. After that Triceps dips. Then some barbell presses and something like v ups with the barbell
At the end we did 3 different sets of push-ups, one with our knees on the balancing pads, one with one arm further than the other and the starfish kind.
Sorry that this text got a bit long 😅 now I will eat everything and wait for the soreness
