To most people, this is a day where one can wish to their heart's content on what to get on this day——as a way to celebrate the day of when they are born by receiving a gift that they most desired. ⁣

⁣In this world there are a lot of ways—— for one to get a gift. It can be done by the exchange of a valuable price to obtain something which can't be gotten in the usual daily life. It can also be a heartfelt piece of heart gifted– by someone who you truly care about, made with love and effort.

As one receives those presents, they will show that they are very delightful. For on the things that they received on this day, comes more valuable than any other day, more meaningful than usual.⁣

As for me…⁣

Even during life’s hardest days, when mishaps happen and calamity cause all seems to be ⁣be hopeless beyond saving——

However once I get home, upon the door that opens at my face, the first sight that greets my view—— is you, standing right there.

Plastered on your face always, is the smile that welcomes me home, bright and filled with heartfelt warmness.

Your opened arms that embrace my sore and exhausted body, are like the pair of wings grown on an angel ⁣

Listening to your voice sounding close to my ear, it carries such loving gentleness, as you mutter line after line of sweet nothings to my ear—— about how proud you are with how I pulled through this day.

Just like that, you have always been in such an unconditional⁣ state, being relentlessly patient, healing that broken soul of mine.

Making everything…seems fine again…

There were many times where I've given up upon myself, yet you had never given up the faith that you bear in me.

As disappointed with myself and ⁣negative as I can get you—— you remain prideful, confident in all that I can strive…

Faced by such an insecure little me, you were always the number one fan that had stick with me through thick and thin, cheering me on, and filling me with new motivation to move on. ⁣
