Fearing war with Iran, Israel asks the United States to approve the sale of 25 F-15EX fighters soon

The consequences of the Israeli airstrike on the Iranian Embassy in Damascus, Syria, on April 1º 2024, may mean that Israel defied an open war with Iran. Although it is militarily superior in the Middle East, and always has the support of the United States, the many fronts that Jews have to face make Israel need to prepare for various scenarios. One scenario to face the war with Iran and other Middle Eastern countries is to request the accelerated delivery of the purchase of 25 F-15EX fighters.

President Joe Biden's administration is considering whether to authorize the huge $18 billion arms transfer package to Israel, which includes the acquisition of dozens of F-15EX fighters along with weapons, three sources familiar with the matter said.

The sale of 25 Boeing F-15EX jets to Israel has been under review since the United States received a formal order in January 2023, one of the sources said. Accelerating the delivery of the planes was one of the main requests of the Israeli Defense Minister, Yoav Gallant, who visited Washington last week and held talks with those responsible ?? Americans, including National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan and Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin.

Seeing the escalation that is taking place in the Middle East, a source said that the U.S. is now considering accelerating the sale of F-15EX fighters to Israel. The Israeli Air Force also said it intends to double the number of orders in question.

The official Request Letter (LOR) for the purchase of the F-15EX fighters was sent by the Israeli Government to the U.S. Government last week. LOR is the first stage of the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) process. Indonesia had already submitted a LOR for the F-15EX acquisition plan. After sending the LOR, only then will the Agency for Cooperation for the Security of Defense (DSCA) disclose the information of the offer along with the value of the sale.

The Israeli Air Force wants 25 new F-15EX and, in parallel, will also upgrade 25 of its F-15I variants to the same avionic configuration as the F-15EX, except for the fly-by-wire system. The Israeli Air Force currently operates 50 F-15 A/B/C/D variants and 25 F-15I variants.

When Israel made the decision to buy more F-15 and F-35, it was based on the assumption that in future combat scenarios the targets would be protected by advanced air defense systems. This would require the first wave of F-35 to neutralize the enemy's air defense systems and then the role of the F-15 to carry out subsequent attacks on enemy territory.

Although Israel has asked to speed up the acquisition of the F-15EX and Washington is considering doing so, on the other hand, it is not easy for Boeing to accelerate the production of the F-15EX, unless this is done through a 'change' in the production queue of the F-15EX (Eagle II) commissioned by the U.S. Air Force (USAF).

What on earth is wrong with the Labour Party? Can Starmer get anything right? From accepting freebies worth tens of thousands of pounds to queue jumping in Madeira this man's sense of entitlement seems to know no bounds. Although Starmer is a dictator within his own party, having either expelled existing left-wing Labour MP’s or having blocked left-wing labour candidates form standing for election, he has no command of the country.

Like all dictators, he is so concerned with maintaining his own position within his own political party he is neglecting to tackle the problems facing ordinary workingmen and women within the wider country. Starmer is so out of touch with the lives of ordinary men and women that a group of 20 Labour councillors from Broxtowe, Nottinghamshire, have resigned on mass from the Labour Party.

It appears that Starmer is prepared to spend more time and energy in blocking 10 of these “left-wing" councillors from standing in upcoming local elections than he is on governing the country.

Starmer campaigned during the election on the promise of "change", yet time and time again he has hesitated, dithered and done nothing. A prime example of this is today’s announcement that instead of ACTULLY reforming social care planning for the elderly (what have they been doing during their 14 years in opposition?) there is to be an Inquiry into social care provision that will report back in 2028.

When those at the top are more concerned about their position within their own organisation rather than the people they are supposed to serve we have a recipe for disaster. When the leaders of a political party are more concerned with internal opposition and securing their hold over their own organisation rather than governing, then we have a recipe for disaster. When the leaders of a political party suffocate internal political debate and rule with an iron hand we have a recipe for disaster.

The sad fact is the people of Britain did want change and they believed Labour would provide it. After 14 years of Tory rule – austerity, public sector rundown, sleaze, lies, cost-of-living crisis,  and incompetence - the people were ready for a Labour Government.

Unfortunately, as the councillors of Broxtowe so acutely observed,  Starmer has abandoned Labour values and is more interested in absolute control of the party, where no views or opinions other than his own are to be tolerated.

What is needed is more Labour Party councillors, MP’s and party members publicly rebelling against Starmer and his acolytes,  so the Party can go back to its traditional values and regain the trust of ordinary working people.

So I made this allenkana meme just after survive came out and I was planning to post this a week or two later (since we're all mourning (well not me...yet but yk)), BUT I needed to post this now since the apocalypse is coming in less than 24 hours (probably).

But yeah I created this meme while I was working on one of my wips which is the first fic in a series about cozmez (I've definitely mentioned it before in one of my other posts but ye the first one is also allenkana) and there was a scene that I was writing where I had to look up Kanata's schedule. Then this meme popped into my head and I decided to make this with allenkana not just because I think it fits with their dynamic, but also this has literally been my sleep schedule for the past week.

[02/25] Deepspace Trials Progression

I have now reached the point where I am struggling to progress through these trials... With them costing me 20 stamina per run, protocores are hella expensive to farm >_< So I have been prioritizing leveling up and ascending memories to max level (80) -- but even then most of my cards aren't anywhere near that. To better understand what I need to do in order to push high level trials I will be doing an orbit breakdown. This will help me figure out what I need to prioritize in terms of what memories I should be leveling up/ascending in order to "perfect match" the stellactrum for the "attribute bonus.✧ Perfect Match: Resonance Skills can break 2 Protocore Shield Layers in a single strike and increase DMG to weakness by 100%✧ Attribute Bonus: For each matched Stellactrum, increases DMG Boost 5.0%

Even if I only one star the battle, obtaining 10 crystal N shards would help me in the long run.
