My Own SP Horror AU!

It's called the South Park Hotel AU. Do I have a proper name for it yet? Not really. Click the link above, I am not copy and pasting the entire AU's text.

Ya'll can help with naming the AU, I just wanted to post about it onto Tumblr just so I can show my refs (+ sneak peek sketch at the one I am going to finalize in the morning (hopefully))

Published: 8-21-2024 | Updated: N/A SUMMARY I’ve repo’d several glass deco objects to my Plain Glass TXTR Repository and/or BuggyBooz’s Master_Niche (REQUIRED! – get them HERE). Other meshes from the reference sets, original recolors, and new recolors are included as well.

DETAILS Requires All EPs/SPs.  ~152-1624 poly §50-250 | Build > Misc > Columns and Buy > Seating/Deco All files with MESH in their filename – such as “Glass_rounded1-metalMESH-glassREPO”—are REQUIRED. You’ll also need the Glass TXTR Repository mesh from my Repository Pack (Simmons, 2023). GUIDs are the same as in the original meshes – replace old files! DOWNLOAD (choose one) from SFS | from MEGA

NOTE: These objects share metal recolors – but the larger roof MESH is mapped differently. This just means that there are about 10 recolor TXTRS which won’t look right on other meshes – there are 20+ other recolors which look fine. I left XM’s dents in one of the benches – I like that as a detail. See below.

Objects are 1-tile,  visible from hood view, and need to be combined with other objects if you want to prevent rain, snow, and sims from intersecting them.

BUILDING TIPS If you want them to function like walls, combine them with invisible walls, fences, windows, etc. You may need to use the grid on/off cheat to move pieces slightly outside of a four-walled room. Otherwise, the game will consider the object “inside” the room and it will go dark. Fencing is recommended when placing floor tiles directly above the pieces to reduce flickering. Also, you can fill gaps with Roof Niche 001/002, Wall Deco 001/002, and the Corner Niche.
