Tuy nhiên vẫn còn một bộ phần người chơi mới chưa hiể#chắc hẳn mọi người sẽ thấy nó được gọi bằng rất nhiều cái tên khác như O/U 2.5#tài xỉu 2 trái rưỡi#… Theo các chuyên gia trong lĩnh vực bóng đá#cửa cược này chỉ xuất hiện khi 2 đội bóng ít có sự chênh lệch về trình độ chuyên môn. Khác với kèo tài xỉu 2.75#kèo tài xỉu 2.5 chỉ có 2 trường hợp trả thưởng là thắng đủ và thua đủ. Đặc biệt#khi tham gia trải nghiệm hình thức cược này#mọi người cũng không cần quan tâm câu lạc bộ hay đội tuyển nào sẽ giành chiến thắng. Thay vào đó là tổng số bàn thắng#thẻ phạt#penalty hay trái góc.
