The tumors may have been stopped in their growth, from causing damage, but they are still there and they HURT. So he does the only thing he can do. He sits beside Wade and pulls him into his arms. Strokes his back in silence. Just holding him. He sits there for hours, holding him until the pain has faded away into the usual dull ache and Wade can finally function again. They look at each other, not saying a word. Logan looking at him with the understanding only a man can have, whose entire skeleton is coated in metal and cells constantly fighting against poison seeping into his blood.
