Guys holy shit there's something going on w SCP shit I just found out thru the reddit scp sub and I'm losing my mind so much I need to report on this OK like.

So there are joke scps. If u don't know. That are jokes. Usually digs at common tropes on scps like the rock that makes u procrastinate is probably the most famous joke scp. Or the one I can't find rn where the researchers in the article are critiquing the scp item for being too tropey.

But. There's a new joke scp. SCP-021-J. It was posted yesterday and it's fighting for its fucking life. It has been slingshotting between bein rated -5 to +12 this whole time. The discussion on it is wild people fucking hate it or love it. Hard-core scp ppl are goin on paragraphs bout how it's not funny, its not even anything it's jus the worst of 'lol random' internet humour. And then there's the enjoyers who are jus like 'lol mfer can't handle it'

And all it is. Is evil water bottle.

And ppl are LOSING IT. the discussion is full of ppl talkin like this is a sign and example of how the scp site has fallen so far, that scps are all shit now and things like this are taking away from Actually Good Scps. That it's disgusting and horrible. Like genuinely here's one dude calling it actually problematic

once again the thing for which i would be most excited to pay money in Warframe is a new mission narrator. DE please we have been so so polite about it and we have been asking since 2012.

Envisioning a checklist system where you can go into "Audio Settings" and set a default mission narrator for each kind of mission or each planet. When a new mission type is added to the game it could load in with the "default" voice pack so that you always get the walkthrough.

Additionally, they don't need to be 1:1 to the originals. I have been running Steel Path for so long. I know how Disruption works. Give me a Cephalon Cy Exterminate voice pack that largely consists of Cy complaining about how this would have been easier to do from orbit via heavy ordinance. Give me a Hex Interception voice pack where Arthur is completely unhelpful because he knows fuck all about future technology.

I even know exactly how you can start. Your proof of concept. Your trial run. The Clem mission voice pack. You'll sell thousands.

The THG Subreddit is so lowkey racist I don’t care.

Why do I have to defend myself every single time I draw my darker skin Katniss? Why do I get DOWNVOTED (-5??) for simply saying Katniss is Seam? To a response of “why is she black?” Why is always “Black” the go to question of any character or person that has darker skin tones? Not “why is her skin tone dark?” Or “why is she tan?” (because I made her that way asshole)

Her racial make up is deliberately ambiguous. Olive is an undertone that comes is so many fucking shades. Yeah, maybe my Katniss is a shade or two darker than one people think is “canonical” 🙄 but that doesn’t make her any less Seam. The Seam are their own racial identity in the books with their own culture.

Don’t like it? I don’t care. I’ll keep posting my tan Katniss every Sunday without fail. Downvotes at all.
