It's going much better than expected! I am very happy with the designs of the characters and with the studies I've been making... I thought I'd post some of the stuff I made so you can see it but I will keep some other things to myself👹

1 & 2 - Understanding how the children are drawn was relatively easy, but trying to keep the proportions consistent is a nightmare. A lot of them have MASSIVE hair and a tiny face, so I tried to reflect that with Noone.

3 - Otto will be such a pain in the ass to keep consistent... There's no other adult to take as reference for the face, but I think I have the body down!

4 - Concepts for the cover(s?) of episode one. I already made the draft of the first 14 pages (approximately 6 minutes in), so if I keep this pace up I should have the first part ready soon enough. I will make a Q&A explaining how I intend to divide the parts.

5 - My designs of baby Otto and Sisi! I went out of my way to make him look like Chicken Little. And a ginger. It's an inside joke.

After watching SuperHorrorBro's video on the Little Nightmares lore now that the podcast came out, I took notice of the fact that he spelled Otto's sister name as "Sisi".

Since he worked on the script for episode two, where Otto mentions her by name, I'm assuming this is the definitive correct spelling of her name. Sisi. I went to look up if her name had any particular meanings, and...

... We finally have a Seven in the Little Nights franchise. I think we can safely rule out that she is Six, and by association, probably anyone that came before her. The prime suspect for her identity was RCG as she is the only one who started out with her raincoat, meaning Otto would have known about her wearing it and the color, but taking this into consideration now I think we can assume Sisi is unrelated to all these people for the most part.

For what's worth, Otto's name is also a number. It means "eight" in italian, my mother tongue. With him being the younger brother, it makes sense.

SECRET SWEETH TOOTH: Sweets turned out to be one of Sisi’s favorite over-indulgences, and she was known to splurge on confections and pastries. The actress portraying Titania wore a sprinkling of glittering stars in her hair; inspired, Sisi then requested her own fairy stars from the imperial jeweler. She saw herself as the fairy queen Titania, and her bedroom (which she called "Titania's enchanted castle")  was painted at great expense with scenes from A Midsummer Night's Dream by a young Gustav Klimt. THE LOOK: Her beauty routine was legendary. She used facial waters of rose, chamomile, lavender, and violet to remove impurities, and she would slather her cheeks with pure honey, rose petals and crushed strawberries. After her Rapunzel-esque hair was done to her satisfaction, it would be sprayed with Creed’s Fantasia de Fleurs, a heady floral fragrance created especially for the Empress, with a regal bouquet of the best Bulgarian roses.
