i had a fantastic dream about starting a new d&d campaign as a player and i'm obsessed with the character dream me came up with, the dream started like a classic stress dream where we started playing and i realized i had prepared nothing so i had to come up with something on the spot without admitting to it and i shifted his story around while we started playing and in the end i ended up with a dude that had been part of a rich family and in an attempt to run away from their expectations joined a war where a friend of his died and he decided to take up his identity cause they looked similar enough and it seemed like even that guys loved ones did not notice the switch, so now he had to try and fit into this life without people noticing, he spent a lot of time fishing and chilling, which was a fun contrast to the other players who were more typical adventurers, cause my dude pretended just to be a regular little village family guy tm, dream me was very inspired by uuh whats his name, blonde matt mercer vo in pillars of eternity

he fought with a bow but no idea what class he was, in my dream bow user was class enough lol
