Incorrect shit i think Hellsing characters (and reader) would say cause mamas bored
Alucard: *holds a gun out to Reader* Reader: I-I don't believe in guns. Alucard: Well, trust me, they're very real. Now take it. ______
Reader: I still have no idea how I’m attracted to you... Alucard: Yeah, well, you’re stuck with me, and no take backs, honey. ______
Reader: I’m doing what I can to jog your memory. Seras: It’s jogging, I guess. Its tiddies are jiggling a little. Reader: Nice. ______
Reader: Go fuck yourself. Alucard, smugly: Sure, but only if you watch Reader: GET OUT! ______
Reader: Come to dinner tonight. I can’t cook, but I’ll bring plenty of free Blood packets. Alucard: Marry me. ______
Integra: We'll talk about this later. Alucard: Fine, I won’t be listening. ______
Reader: *about Seras and Integra* They make a cute couple, huh? Alucard: They certainly are standing next to each other. ______
Integra: Seras, you'll be working with Reader and Alucard. Seras: Alright! My fantasy threesome! Everyone else: *blank stares* Seras: ...Of people on a team. ______
Reader: Bad news—Seras locked herself outta the manor Reader: Good news—we didn’t have to wait around for a locksmith. Reader: Bad news—Integra finds it very concerning that I know how to pick locks, and tried to unlock my Tragic Backstory(TM). I was too embarrassed to admit that the reason I learned it was because, at thirteen, I figured that was the kind of skill that would impress cute guys/girls/enbies. Reader: Good news—a cute guy/girl/enby saw me do it. Reader: Bad news—it was Alucard, and since they’ve already seen me fall out of several trees, cry because I saw a fawn that was just too damn small, and knows I can ride a unicycle, they’ll never think I’m cool no matter what I do. It’s too late. They know. ______
Alucard: Reader! I can't do this stupid math! Reader: What’s the math problem? Alucard: Well, we have to add the bed, subtract the clothes divide the legs, and hope we don’t multiply. Integra covering Seras' ears, while Reader smacks Alucard upside the head: Not going to lie that was hella smooth. ______
Alucard: We have a problem. Reader: No, YOU have a problem. I have an idiot who keeps making them.

Hi ^^
Could I request a jungwon fluff, where he is a kinda shy and smart classmate from reader, who has a crush on him. (Reader is very social, has lots of friends, but still feels shy around jungwon but wants to Get to know him better) :)

Jungwon.
From the day he stepped foot into your school, you’d already started annotating a mental log of all his characteristics, interests, and other miscellaneous details.
So far, you had gathered just a few things about him.
Above all, he was an introvert with looks that both intimidated and captivated his fellow peers.
Contrastingly, you were more extroverted in school, though, Jungwon turned out to be one of the first people you ever struggled to approach properly.
He was cute, talented, and already making a name for himself in various subjects and extra curricular activities.
The only thing lacking from his seemingly seamless academic experience was a good friend, and you planned to be just the person who'd change that.
You called today “Day 14,” which marked Jungwon’s official first 2 weeks on campus.
One way you kept your social circle so big was by approaching everyone on your 14th day of knowing their existence, not any sooner or later than this.
You’re not sure how you came up with this method, but it proved to be successful nonetheless.
Every student here was in favor of you, their precious social butterfly, flitting in from group to group with a contagious vibrancy.
Your peers looked up to your confidence and near-perfect people skills, and by now, they were all anticipating the moment you’d approach the mysterious Yang Jungwon, earning his companionship before the day was out.
The classroom hummed with its usual energy—the clattering of chairs beneath desks, the rustling of thick textbooks against each other, and the occasional bursts of laughter followed by whispered jokes filling the space.
In the midst of it all, you sat quietly in your seat, gaze drifting toward the back row where Jungwon was... the boy whom for whatever reason decided to sit in the back of the classroom…. the quiet genius existing in his own little world.
He had a way of making your confidence falter, and though part of you wasn’t fond of it, it somehow attracted you to him even more. His shy smile, the way his eyebrows furrowed whenever he worked out difficult equations, or his habit of adjusting his glasses with a little sniffle—it all intrigued you.
As your interest in him soon developed into a crush, you made it your mission to befriend the boy who hid behind his textbooks, and who rarely spoke yet achieved high in all his accolades.
The bell finally rang for lunch, a cue for you to gather your courage before making your move in the cafeteria.
As expected, you found Jungwon sitting alone, your heart practically doing somersaults in your chest as you approached him.
“Hi,” you greeted with a surprisingly steady voice, “mind if I sit here?”
Jungwon looked up at you through his glasses, eyes wide in shock that you had even asked him that. “Uh… sure,” he stammered, shifting his books and lunch tray to make room for you.
At first, you two sat in companionable silence, the cafeteria noise fading into the background as you studied the stack of textbooks he sporadically flipped through while alternating between taking a bite of his sandwich.
“I hate to be cliché,” you began, “but what’s your favorite academic subject?”
Jungwon’s sentence-highlighting hand paused at the paper as he blinked in thought.
New mental note unlocked: Jungwon has the prettiest hands you’ve ever seen—
“Math,” he replied, interrupting your enamored thoughts, “I enjoy solving problems. It’s like... unraveling a mystery, I guess…”
“You’re a mystery yourself,” you teased with a smile, tilting your head at him. “Always so quiet… keeping to yourself even though everyone’s dying to know more about you… You’ve got this whole enigma thing going on...”
A glint of playfulness sparkled behind his shiny specs, your heart fluttering at his now blushing face. “I guess I’m just not great at small talk,” he admitted timidly. “But… I do like observing,” he went on, closing his books now that a conversation had started.
Operation Day 14 was off to a fantastic start.
“Observing what?” You repeated, leaning in closer.
“People,” he answered plainly, “Their characteristics, interests, other miscellaneous details... It’s fascinating.”
And incredibly familiar, you thought to yourself.
Just that easily, you felt a connection with Jungwon start to blossom.
“May I ask what you’ve observed about me then?” You challenged, the two of you now holding an intense eye contact.
“Hmm,” he hummed in thought, deciding on one thing to say instead of rambling, “I’ve noticed you’re intimidated by new things but nonetheless open to exploring…”
“Explain that for me, please…”
He took another bite of his sandwich before speaking, “Well, you’re an extrovert who’s comfortable with what she knows best, and that’s socializing. It’s what motivates you to succeed in class, sit with the quiet new kid at lunch, and so on…”
You chuckled out loud, watching his lips curve into a smirk at the sound of your laughter.
“That’s why,” he continued cautiously once you finished laughing, “approaching someone like me… someone quiet… different… it was harder for you.”
“Woah,” you exclaimed under your breath, thinking of how well he read you just as easily as he'd read any other book in his field of vision.
“And you’re certain math is your favorite subject and not psychology?”
Now it was his turn to chuckle, a shy hand covering his mouth as his eyes stretched into pretty crescents.
“I uh,” he stammered, still getting over the giggle in his chest, “I like to be challenged when it comes to subjects… I often ask myself why favor something you’re already good at?”
You nodded at his words before continuing, “Sooo… you’re bad at math?”
“Terrible, actually,” he admitted, a smile still faint on his features.
“We should study together then,” you obliged, voice returning to its usually enthusiastic octave, “I’m not a math wiz myself, but I’m sure our two minds together can think it through!”
His gaze fell to the tabletop, reaching out a hand to move your lunch tray closer to you as you’ve been avoiding it this whole time.
“Eat well, first… and then, I'll ask our math professor if we can maybe hang back to study in the classroom instead of attending the bake sale this evening.”
Smiling softly at his thoughtfulness, you opened your container of fruit and started to take a few bites, appreciating in your heart his efforts in arranging this little study sesh between you two.
“Sounds like a plan,” you nodded cheerfully, looking forward to ‘this evening’ with Jungwon later...
◍ ◍ ◍
Finally.
The math lecture came to an end, as a few of your friends waved you off as they went to join everyone else at the bake sale.
“I'll save you a cupcake, okay? Good luck studying!” One of your closest friends called out to you while waving goodbye, her pixie cut framing her radiant smile perfectly.
“Awww, thanks Nini! Have fun at the bake sale,” you returned warmly, watching her frame disappear with the cluster of other students bustling out of the classroom.
All except for you and Jungwon, who were given permission to stay back for an extra two hours to study the material.
“Thank you, Mr. Ha,” Jungwon bowed graciously, just as the professor locked the door behind himself, leaving you two alone to study.
You helped by pushing two desks in front of each other to create a little table for you and Jungwon to study on.
Both of you had been studying for just over 1 and a half hours before you became absolutely sick of looking at functions.
“Okay, if I mix up the input and output in these equations one more time, I think I'm gonna snap every pencil in this classroom,” Jungwon sighed, leaning back in his seat to stretch his aching back.
“Same,” you huffed similarly, eyes not being able to stop themselves from staring at him, the golden hue of sunshine that spilled from the windows painting his skin a heavenly shade. “That was a pretty aggressive statement coming from a shy guy like you, though....”
“Shy, huh?” He repeated, quirking a brow at you, “y'just think you’ve got me all figured out...”
“I could say the same thing to you about me,” you clapped back.
“Sure,” he agreed nonchalantly, “but it’s a well known fact that talkative people are always easier to read…”
You shrugged at his words. “Fine then. Tell me. What secret is the mysterious Yang Jungwon hiding about himself from everyone?”
“Well,” he started, now sitting back up as he leaned over the desk, forcing proximity, “that’s not something I can tell you in one day, but for starters, I am anything but shy.”
“Please,” you scoffed with amusement, “as if you weren’t a blushing mess the entire time we talked in the cafeteria earlier.”
“You say that like you weren't blushing, too, though?”
“Because I wasn't... it was just the makeup making me look that way,” you corrected, trying your best to seem serious even though the grin on your face said otherwise.
“Really now?” Jungwon asked with feigned surprise, “And here I was thinking you were naturally pretty...”
“Wow, you're hilarious,” you announced sarcastically, giving him a sassy look.
“Does that surprise you?” He pondered, voice falling a tone or so deeper as his eyes keened in on your face.
“No, actually… not even a little but,” you lied, just before your stomach fluttered at the playful smirk that grew on his face.
He thought on your words for a moment, watching as you started to put away your stationary before his voice stopped you in your tracks, “I bet by the end of the day, I’ll do or say something that surprises the hell out of you.”
Humming at his words, you continued to put away all your supplies, “Go for it, then… your confidence is applaudable, but I seriously doubt you'll win this little bet of yours...”
All he did was smile in response, his face reading an inaudible "We'll see" as silence soon followed his daring announcement.
Neither of you were ready to leave the classroom just yet, especially not with how much fun you were having talking so far.
That's when you both noticed how quiet the school had become with most of everyone being outside to enjoy the baked goods.
“Do you like anyone here at school?” Jungwon asked abruptly, scattering your inner thoughts back into the clouds.
“You mean like... in a romantic way, right?” You asked, only for him to give you a non-verbal cue by nodding his head.
“Well,” you started, dragging out the syllable as you got ready to tease him, “he’s around our age so you might know him, but his name is Leehan.”
You smirked to yourself at the way Jungwon's face looked now, avoiding eye contact for what felt like 10 whole seconds before looking back up at you. “Never heard of him,” he lied, and you could see right through his adorable poker face.
“What about you then?” You returned curiously, “anyone special that catches your eye here?”
“Yeah,” he responded almost instantly, “her name's Hanni... Hanni Pham.”
You felt your face drop at his words, “Jungwon, that’s my best friend—”
“Yeah, and I could tell,” his voice trailed off cheekily, watching as you got up from your seat, approaching the door with haste.
“And where d'you think you're going?” Jungwon asked, not even turning to look your way until he heard you struggling with the doorknob.
“I'm... ugh... I-I'm trying to... shit, why won't this stupid door open?”
“Okay, relax before you break something,” Jungwon warned, getting up from his seat to join you where you stood, “let me see...”
Click, click.
The doorknob twist and turned with his movements, but to no avail: you two were officially stuck in the math room together.
“You have got to be kidding me,” you sighed annoyedly, the reality of your situation setting in quickly.
“If you're in a hurry, wanna try escaping out the window?” He tried hopefully.
“Nah, the fall would be too risky,” you replied, now standing with your hands on your hips.
“Hmm. Maybe we should check Mr. Ha’s desk drawers for spare key?”
Without hesitation, Jungwon slid past you, opening drawer after drawer in his brief search, only to find nothing.
“They probably forgot we’re even in here by now,” you sulked, walking over to take a seat on Mr. Ha's desk, your arms bracing your exhausted weight behind you.
Sure, studying was tough, but the possibility of being locked in this classroom for longer than anticipated was even more tiring.
“Well… we could always go over our notes again in the meantime?” The feline eyed boy offered optimistically, voice trailing off as the sound of footsteps thrummed outside the classroom.
“Wait, I think someone’s coming—”
Before you could even finish your sentence, Jungwon removed his glasses and took your chin in his hand, guiding your gaze towards him before sealing the space between you two with a kiss.
Your eyes widened at his action, especially once you felt his free hand rest on your thigh with no intention on stopping just yet.
So you gave in, letting your eyes flutter shut as you tilted your head into the contact, the gentleness of his hands being enough to make your heart melt into this shy collision of lips.
That’s when you heard Leehan's voice, coupled with the sound of Hanni and your math professor mumbling at the door before it slung open.
“Are you guys oka- oh, you’re more than okay,” Mr. Ha stammered, turning his head at the sight of you and Jungwon making out on his desk.
Jungwon tore away from your lips with an almost embarrassingly wet smack, shyly meeting the eyes of the three people now taking in the view of this steamy scene.
“Mr. Ha, we're so sorry for—”
“First kiss with the new kid, huh? Atta girl, ____!” Hanni interrupted with an enthusiastic cheer, “Maybe I should've brought two cupcakes, hehe...”
Meanwhile, Leehan stood in utter shock at the sight before his eyes, a pink hue flushing his cheeks as he struggled to find the right words. “I uh… I think I’m just gonna go now,” he stuttered, slipping past Hanni and your instructor before leaving.
“Fantastic then. Hopefully you two had fun studying in here because it'll never happen again,” Mr. Ha clarified, thankful that you were finally off of his desk and making your way down the hall with the rest of your belongings, Hanni, and Jungwon walking beside you.
“So,” Jungwon started shamelessly, “same place tomorrow?”
“Definitely not… but I think you've at least earned a repeat at the library,” you smiled, Hanni not-so-discreetly eavesdropping as you two spoke.
“Earned it? How?” Jungwon asked, readjusting in glasses over his nose with a familiar sniffle.
“By surprising me,” you answered plainly, giving his shoulder a playful nudge. “And you're a really good kisser, by the way...”
And there it was... that same pretty pink blush that rose to his cheeks whenever you flattered him.
You liked this Jungwon... the shy one with little to say and lots to share... all sticky notes and math equations...
But... you also liked the other side of him... the side that no one else got to see... all love letters and stolen kisses.
◍ ◍ ◍
Fin.
I hope you guys enjoyed reading this lil piece here! Writing it made me realize that everything I've written for Jungwon has been only smut ;-; so it was really nice coming up with something more fluffy about him this time! And as always, feel free to request more stories like this anytime! Lots of love ~ ◍

Sucked dry
It was a complex spell. But when you saw me in the hotel I spent my vacation in your home town in, you instantly knew I was the right person to try it on. I had many of the attributes you were looking for to test your skills. A young student, an intellectual, an artist. Shy and benign. Slim, androgynous, smooth, naive and unseasoned. So you offered me a drink to lower my defense. Started small talking, nodding and agreeing with everything I said to make me incautious. You complimented on the four traits of mine you admired the most: My rather androgynous appearance, my intelligence, my gentle character and my youthful spirit. I didn’t even get suspicious that you might be after exactly these treasures of mine. And when I was intoxicated and my emotions were putty in your hands, you offered to bring me back to my hotel room.
As soon as the door was unlocked, you pushed me inside, threw it shut and me onto my bed. I stood no chance, dizzy and clumsy as I was, and in mere seconds you positioned me lying in front of you, legs spread open, ass up in the air, offered to you like an open door. You slid kneeled on my bed and slid your shaft inside me, filling my tight hole as far as it went.
Then you started humping me while wanking my cute dick off. I couldn‘t resist, not in actions and not even in words. Your spell had already begun to show its effects on me. You leaned down over me and gave me a forceful kiss, sucking on my mouth and tongue mercilessly to extract the attributes from your victim that you had been looking for.
First you sucked the feminine beauty out of me. As your skin became smoother and your main hair longer and thicker, you saw my hair thin out and my face being manned up by short stubbles. My face became sharper and more defined whereas yours softened. I lost the memories of being a girlish boy and suddenly remembered being a typical rascal in my youth, a misbehaved boy known for showing typical behaviour for boys.
You also sucked my innocence from me, turning me into a smoker from my early adolescence, and making me less naive and more keen. The boy you saw first slowly disappeared as his defining attributes went over to you, substituting him with the guy below.
But you weren‘t finished yet. You sucked harder and the more you sucked, the more of my intellect you drained out of me. While your IQ rose by at least 60 points, making you a real master mind, mine fell by the same degree, leaving me with a brain so degraded it could barely handle simple math operations. You turned an all A student into a moron, a dim-witted idiot with sleepy eyes, not thinking about any complex or abstract ideas. As my memories were altered further, removing my great high school career and adding memories of bunking off school to meet with my friends in the woods experimenting with alcohol and cigars, my body transformed further, my beard growing, my style in clothes changing. Every thrust of your lower body against my ass banged away another piece of the puzzle that made up my once complex personality.
There still was a way to go. You had to change my whole personality, as you wanted to have everything I had. The character so many liked me for would certainly be a nice addition to your curriculum. You stripped me of my gentleness, my generosity, my shy and reluctant behaviour, all the things which people found cute about me. As my lungs and my heart turned more black and my education was erased, I started to think of the many fights I had when I was a young adult. How many nights I had to spent in jail. My hair receded further and became thinner, leaving me almost bald, but my beard grew thick and long and gave me a fierce look. Nothing was left of my trustworthy face. Tattoos appeared on my skin, making my appearance fit my character. In this new person there was no room for creativity, for philosophy, for an interest in art and literature. All this became totally irrelevant to me, while you took my talents in these areas from me and added them to your own perks. You knew people would love you for your charisma from now on, while I had become a guy causing those who I held close before our encounter to change the side of the street to avoid him.
One last step to make your spell complete. You still had one of my traits to steal. So you sucked and sucked, humping me more violently and speeding up your hand movements to jerk me off. I spasmed and cramped as my body underwent the hardest change of this transformation. Dizzily looking up to you and down on me I saw the traces of age the years had left on your body disappear. You became younger. How many years, I can‘t say. As many as separated you from the age of a college student. You felt your health improve, you became more athletic and more beautiful.
Meanwhile I experienced the opposite. You drained all of my youth from me you needed to reach the age I had before, but I grew older and older. My face was marked by wrinkles, my beard grew thicker, longer and greyer. More smoke filled my lungs and my belly inflated until it fitted a middle-aged man who obviously had enjoyed his life. My personality, already stripped of my high intellect and my well-educated character, now completed the U turn as most of my conditioning changed, everything I grew up with in the late 90s and early 2000s was deleted and the millennial in me basically died. He made place for an early Gen X man or even a late boomer. And this changed everything for me. I suddenly remembered many years that had never been there before. I had grown up with far more conservative values, I had a wild youth and then settled for a more traditional life. I had spent decades working a blue collar job.
And as I realised what was happening, a gigantic orgasm built up inside me. I tried to stop it as I wanted to resist the transformation that had already happened, but it was too late. I started grunting with a deep, manly voice, rough from all the decades of smoking and drinking. Meanwhile the twink boy humping me let out a high and girlish scream. You released the last shots of spunk that were produced by your old self into my ass to give the last of the properties that you wanted to leave behind to me.
Simultaneously, I ejaculated the last remains of who I was into your hands. I cursed in my mind, but with the first shot, my anger over the transformation disappeared. The second shot I released released me from any other negative feelings about this, leaving me with a neutral attitude towards your deed. The third shot came and I started to like it. A fourth shot of cum turned that into joy and acceptance, as I realised it wasn‘t so bad after all. The orgasm continued with a fifth shot that awoke a certain gratitude to you. With the sixth shot the new personality and the evaluation of it as not only something acceptable, but even something preferable to what was before was completely embedded in my mind. And then the last, the seventh shot of spunk left me and with it went every last rest of who I was, including the memory of this evening. As the orgasm ebbed away, I didn‘t even know anymore I was transformed, as your spell was complete.
I lied on the hotel bed exhausted, looking down on my body. I was fat, old, bearded, hairy, scruffy, rough, bearish, tattooed, greying, wrinkled, a full man. Well, the man I always was. Lighting up a smoke I looked at the twink kneeling in front of me. You pulled your dick out of my ass while licking up the jizz from your fragile hands. What a filthy millennial bitch you are! You gave me a horny grin and stood up. You put the money into your bag. Now that I tried the passive role for the first time, I knew it wasn‘t for me. „How about we do it the other way around and I show you how it actually works?“, I mocked you. „Sorry, but you didn‘t pay for that,“ you replied and gave me a wink, „I know you crave a beautiful young lad like me. But this was a one time thing and I think it is time you start looking for guys in your league again, gramps.“ Before I could complain, you left my hotel room. I stroked my hairy belly, and as soon as the door fell shut behind you, I started wanking my thick, manly cock again, fantasising about fucking the enviable young twink I will probably never meet again. I wonder what his life is like…

⚠️ THIS IS NOT A AGE-RE POST. THIS IS A DARK POST. PLEASE READ WITH CAUTION, DONT READ IF WARNINGS TRIGGER YOU⚠️
A/N - I had a honestly really bad mental day at school and I'm already super exhausted. I ended up involuntarily regressing in my math class and I sit in the front of the class. My old CG doesn't talk to me much anymore so I don't have anyone to reach out to when involuntary happens so I wrote Stucky x male!reader. This one's kinda darker due to my mental space but I'm hoping to make a new agere one here soon!
Masterlist - All my work!
Please let me know if you guys would be interested in a part two?
⚠️ WARNINGS ⚠️: Mentions of violence blood, sewing skin, passing out, being lost with no contact, mature language (cussing), Steve and bucky being worried over reader, reader is mentioned to be a victim of hydra, please let me know if I missed any!!
__________
It was known that you, Bucky, and Steve had started dating about a year ago. They had asked you to join their couple after you had been living in the tower for a while. You happily said yes, and from then on it was pretty easy.
It wasn’t common that you would be sent on the same missions as the other two due to different skill sets, but you were happy when you did. When you couldn’t go with them, you were happy when they came home.
You eventually got sent on a solo mission that was only supposed to last 3 months. You lost contact with anyone on your home side about halfway through causing it to extend to about 5 months. You only survived based on pure instinct and eventually finding a place to hijack and call for help.
Once returning from the extremely rough mission, where your battle and affairs were way harder and longer than you thought, you headed to your room. You still had your own just by design, to make sure you had a place if needed. This is where you mainly stayed. You sometimes crashed with Bucky or Steve, but not being in your own room and space sometimes made it hard to sleep. The days you had come home from a mission or from a quest and you hid in your room until hours or even days later, Bucky and Steve worried.
They weren't sure if it was something you preferred for after missions, or if you didn’t feel safe with them. Even in the rarity that it happened, it sent aches to their hearts. You were a part of them, this meant that those times after missions where everything is too much, they were supposed to be there with you, and they couldn't be.
The day you finally came home from the solo mission and found them on the couch cuddled up absolutely sound asleep, you smiled, glad to see them getting their well-deserved rest. After staring at them for maybe a second too long, you eventually sluggishly drag yourself to your room, throwing your items on your bed and heading to your bathroom to attend to your wounds.
It wasn’t anything horrible, a few cuts and gashes. Possible minor grazing by a bullet. Anything you got in the beginning of the mission had practically healed itself. What you had now wasn't anything you hadn’t fixed up before. You got into the shower, carefully washing off the blood, the dirt, and the disgusting grim. Your emotions begin to creep up, as the adrenaline rushes away, and the water takes you to a different place in your head.
You watch as the blood circles the drain. The aches of your joints and the stinging of water getting in your wounds, slowly pulling you back to reality. You climb out of the shower a little unsteadily and throw on some sweatpants. Staring at yourself in the mirror, you sigh before grabbing some gauze and skin sewing supplies, not excited for the pain you have to inflict on yourself.
Mid-second sewing patch, a knock on your bathroom door pulls you from the daze of pain you're in. You turn around and unlock the door before turning back to the mirror to watch as you continue to sew.
“Come in.” You say loud enough to make it through the solid wood door.
“No one told us you had been found, when did you get- Oh my god (Y/n)! What happened to you?” Steves worried tone booms through the bathroom.
You look up to meet his stunned gaze in the mirror, a look of almost confusion crossing your face in place of the dull one before. You didn’t normally let others in when you were cleaning your wounds, Steve being the first to see your process of sewing your own flesh together and putting gauze lazily around it.
“Huh? Oh just, ya know, battle?” You reply before attempting to finish off the wound you’d been working on when he walked in. You just wanted to go sleep. The minimal amounts of sleep you got due to needing to survive catching up to you.
“I heard you yell- holy shit? (Y/N) the fuck?” Bucky's voice suddenly came from behind. His voice grew with concern as he spoke.
“Your home? Why didn’t you get us? What the hell happened to you while you were lost? We thought you died!”
You finish off the wound before turning to your two boyfriends, bewilderment flowing through your veins. You just didn’t understand why they were so worried about your wounds or even just about you. They weren’t the worst you had gotten, by far. You could easily finish the last one or two and throw on some gauze and finally go sleep. You were too tired to understand why they were so concerned.
“Why are you looking at us like we’re speaking foreignly..? Your borderline shredded and there's...” Steve's voice trails off, the mention of your numerous other scars burning through your head.
“Is that why you're both looking at me like there’s something wrong with me? I know my scars aren’t pretty- Please go.” You look away from them, turning to grab your sewing needle again before a hand stops you, making you look back at them.
“No, handsome. That's not why we're looking at you like anything. We’re concerned. We were asleep on the couch when you got home, and you didn’t wake us up even though you were lost for months. You're so wounded that it's hard to see anywhere that's not hurt. Some of the wounds on your back need sewn up too. When we woke up, Tony told us you had been home for 4 hours. You're standing in here like a zombie on a mission to barely patch yourself up.” Bucky gently takes the sewing kit from you before pulling you to sit on the lid of the toilet.
“It’s not that bad... I promise it's been worse before. You guys were asleep, I didn't want to bother you.” you mumble under your breath, you don’t even sound like you believe yourself.
Steve crouches in front of you, gently cupping your cheeks. Your eyes lazily focus on his, your body’s energy crashing fast.
“Baby let us help. You look like you could pass out any second. How long have you been actively bleeding?” Steve gently rubs his thumbs on your cheek, attempting to keep you awake.
“What day is it?” You joke quietly, smiling softly.
“I honestly don't know how long. I feel like I was only home for maybe an hour. I just want to get sewn up please. I just want to sleep; I haven’t slept in days.”
Bucky and Steve exchange extremely concerned looks. The hell was this mission that ended up with you getting lost and coming home looking like this. Why didn’t you wake them up? Why didn’t they even get a call from Fury about your arrival?
Bucky and Steve use teamwork to get you sewn up as much as possible before they help you climb into your bed. The moment you're in your bed it's almost as if a switch was flicked. You were completely asleep, the only reason they didn't think you were dead was your breathing.
“Steve... The hell did they do to him?” Bucky quietly mumbles, turning to the just as concerned soldier.
“I don’t know. I’m torn between staying here until they wake up or calling Fury to figure out what the hell, they did to him and how they hell they lost him...” Steve glances to bucky before his eyes settle back on you.
The next time you wake up, you groggily sit up. Pain courses through your entire body, but you shrug it off before you feel movement next to you and see Bucky shirtless, slowly waking up.
“(Y/N)?” Bucky turns to look at you, his eyes searching yours.
“How long have I been asleep Buck?” Was your first question.
“3 days. Banner came and gave you IV fluids to keep your vitals steady while you slept. The hell did they do to you baby?” Bucky sits up next to you before he softly cups your cheeks. He slowly scans all of your wounds, and then softly kisses your lips. When he pulls away, he softly sighs contently, hearing your voice helping settle the pure anxiety coursing through his veins mildly.
“Hey how is he- Oh my god you're finally awake.” Steve walks in, quickly crossing the room to your side.
“How do you feel? Are you doing okay?”
“I’m okay Steve, just confused. I'm just disoriented from sleeping for so long.” You smile at Steve before slowly laying your head on Bucky's shoulder.
Bucky carefully moves you to his lap, just like he did to Steve when they were kids, and he was sick or ended up in another alley fight.
“I bet its more than just the sleep, sweets.” Steve softly rubs the part of your arm that's not injured, keeping his eyes on you. His heart aches so much for you.
“Handsome, I really need you to tell us who and what did this to you? Why do you do your own medical procedures? What has happened to you that made you this way?” Bucky slowly asks again, kissing your forehead and caressing your cheek.
You look over at Steve who just slowly nods, giving you a sign that he wants to know too.
It's time to explain your time in hydra, and what this mission truly was.

2, 3, 5, 10, 12, 16, 23, 24, 29!! :)
2. Are they a canon main character? (Lone Wander, Courier Six, etc.)
Vulture is a canon Fallout: New Vegas character, the Courier Six!
3. What is their SPECIAL?
Fun fact!
When I first created Vulture, I thought that I would play with him for a day or two max, so I haven't saved his starting SPECIAL. At all. So please don't hit me if I recalled them wrong lmao :'D
Start of the game: s6 p8 e3 c7 i3 a7 l8
Endgame + gear: s8 p9 e5 c7 i4 a8 l8
5. What is their highest skill? Lowest?
Highest skills: Speech, Lockpicking, Sneak, Survival
Lowest skills: Medicine, Energy Weapons and Barter
10. What language(s) do they speak?
Spanish and English!
12. Can they read, write, and/or do math?
He can read and write, but he cannot consume large amounts of information by reading, and it might be difficult for him to write if his joint pain is too strong.
His handwriting is messy, too. I try to write his speech bubbles with this angular, scratched font because of this!
His science skill is a bit wonky and it was his lowest until some point in the game (his INT was at a 3 at the start of the game). He religiuosly pestered Arcade and other Followers of the Apocalypse to teach him a bit of maths and other sciency stuff, so he's good now :)
16. What is their biggest regret
All of the Divide.
He regrets it almost every single day, seeing Marked ones in his dreams, wondering what his past self could've done different, wondering what he had even done, because he does not remember.
Worst of all, near the end of the Lonesome Road events, he's pressed to choose between three terrible choices, and he regrets the fact that he was to choose at all - he thinks, every day, that maybe he could've been faster, or stronger, or smarter, and maybe that would've been enough to unlock a more neutral option for him (it wouldn't have been). Maybe he could've prevented Ulysses from setting the bombs to go off (he couldn't have).
23. How do they feel about physical touch / affection?
Answered here! <3
24. Do they have a romantic partner or partners?
YES!!
His one and only endgame lover is Boone, though Vulture did have a brief casual romance with a man he met in Gamorra casino.
It was at the beginning of the game, though - he and Boone were just at the beginning of a tentative friendship at that time.
29. What is their moral alignment / karma?
Evil, then Neutral!
He's a thief and he lost most of his karma looting all of the Goodsprings + Primm + Novac lmao :"D
He also does not forgive nor forget some things that were done to him or his loved ones, and that affected him, too.

Y'know I've heard people argue that modding games makes you appreciate them less; that adding new things or tweaking the existing game makes you disrespect the artistry that went into making it. But in my experience modding Skyrim, I've experienced the exact opposite.
For a long time when I played Skyrim I always got annoyed that I had to level my skills individually, while also spending level-up points to unlock perks within those skills. So I installed a mod that made perks unlock automatically as I level skills to their minimum requirements, and I even did the math & found out leveling every skill to 100 takes roughly 80 levels worth of experience; the game's natural end point when the Ebony Warrior challenges you to a final duel. It made perfect sense!
But then on my most recent Skyrim save I got all my favorite skills to 100, and realized I... didn't want to level any other skills. I liked the setup I had, and leveling anything else meant having to use a character build I didn't find fun. Suddenly the game's Legendary Skill option made a lot more sense to me. It's not there to let you level forever, it's there so you can progress the game & keep using the skills you actually enjoy using.
But it's not just game-changing mods that give me revelations like this. There are tons of mods to add things that seem like they'd be fun, but in practice end up bloating the game & making it worse. Hunterborn for example is a mod that lets you skin & dress animals, letting you craft their parts into unique items & equipment. It sounds cool in theory, until you end up dressing every animal you come across and get bogged down with crafting items you'll either never use, or spend more time crafting than actually playing the game.
Even fan favorite mods like Frostfall lose their impact if you want to progress a long-term save. Temperature & hypothermia in Skyrim sounds like a fun resource to deal with, and early game it sure is interesting. But as you progress you start to unlock more & more fast travel locations, and eventually the temperature becomes a non-issue since you spend so little time outdoors. And sure, some mods let you disable fast travel, but on a long-term save do you really want to climb the 7000 steps manually every time you're sent there?
The lesson I got out of Skyrim modding (and mods in general) is just how much of a balancing act game design is. Changing even the slightest thing can throw off the whole experience, and what you thought were oversights can end up being deliberate & integral design decisions.
Game design is an underappreciated art.

Man they should make a monster hunter game where you turn up to the town or whatever as a new hunter and they all just HATE you entirely because some guy did the maths and found that so many different villages got completely destroyed by once in a generation tragedies from huge monsters JUST AFTER a brand new weirdly skilled hunter turns up out of nowhere so they all just think you're cursed like literally nobody likes you and "unlocking" the different utilities or areas is just gaining enough trust that they let you have better armour. This would be good for me personally and would make for an interesting dynamic where the quest girl is just some girl who thinks you aren't that bad and discreetly asked if people needed help to gain trust and stuff capcom hire me

Hello rotomblr!
It's the Drayster here, but my friends who are other Draytons call me cloak guy! We're all technically named Drayton, except for two of us. We use nicknames to be less confusing.
Ever wonder what kind of chaos would come from multiple Draytons existing near each other? Well wonder no more! We're in the "dimension travel is an everyday technology" part of the multiverse!
We'll interact with any type of rotomblr blog! And we're fine with things like pelipper mail, magic anon, and pretty much anything else. It's all allowed unless we someday have reason to disallow it. No nsfw asks please! Not just because most of us are minors but also because that stuff's nasty! Although we're fine with mentions of the blood and death type of stuff.
Right now, there are 8 of us including myself. We will make ourselves known by emojis. Here's a quick list!
-🦉Cloak guy.
-🦊Beast.
-🦇Bat.
-🐛Wizard.
-🐀Voidray
-🐟Fish
-💜Drayka
-🎃Nightmare
//More info about the Draytons and some other stuff under the keep reading. //This is a multi-muse blog. If you don't specify who an ask is for, I am most likely going to default to cloak guy //I'm new to rotomblr and also still low on social skills. And I don't always understand english(sorry it's my first language) I'm trying my best please be patient with me. I like using pink text for describing actions. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
There are summaries of them lower in this post, but I have a google doc with more detailed info on them.(https://docs.google.com/document/d/11mhs4SmrGA_7B4OI8gOK1dh1KStY15JW9ZSXN9YKBXM/edit?usp=sharing) When I get more Draytons, they'll be listed there too. Whatever isn't revealed in my google doc has to be slowly revealed by activity. Unlockable content in a video game from talking with the characters.
Technically most of them are all still named Drayton, but since they all hang out with each other in whatever universe they happen to go to, they have nicknames for each other. I might also have other characters show up occasionally. They will be represented by the same emojis as the Draytons depending on whose universe they're from.
Teehee funny whiteboard drawing.
Cloak guy 🦉(image) Unpredictable and mischievous, though he has a strong sense of justice. He tries to keep any helpfulness secret if he can. He has his reputation as a horrible monster to uphold after all. He has plenty of enemies he intentionally made around the multiverse and sometimes he has another scar that wasn't there before. Doesn't know how to shut up sometimes. Commonly subjects people to his long-winded "nonsense rants" in which he noisily gives a speech without planning any of the words beforehand to hear what ends up coming out for his own amusement.
~~~~~~~~~
Beast 🦊(image) Very chill, extremely friendly. Nearly impossible to upset him at all. Possibly numb to emotions. Maybe. Rarely does his face show anything but a blank stare. Thinks math is fun (ew) and has a photographic memory to a seemingly impossible degree.
~~~~~~~~~
Bat 🦇 (image) An apocalypse almost-survivor who has died at least once yet lives on because cloak guy did something. Bat is basically a vampire but not really. Anything other than blood, bones, or raw flesh are toxic to him. He feels guilty that he has to eat at the expense of others. There are folks who care about him and offer their wrist for him to get a small drink from but if he's in one of his moods, he'll even refuse that. He is married and has children.
~~~~~~~~~
Wizard 🐛(image) Snobby rich high elf who's at the top of his class in magic school even though he's doing nothing just because he has a rare and powerful form of magic with various unique abilities. One of those abilities lets him freely shapeshift and his favorite transformation is a giant centipede.
~~~~~~~~~
Voidray🐀(image) Voidray is his real name instead of a nickname. A tiny weak imp with too much anger for his size. Imagine something like a really vicious chihuahua dog. He has venom he can inject using either his claws or his teeth. Can temporarily turn into an ink creature to become stronger and to match the size of the average Drayton.
~~~~~~~~~
Fish🐟(image) A merman who's playful and mischievous, but he means well. He's often seen napping in the water, either floating at the surface or curled up on the floor of whatever body of water he's in.
~~~~~~~~~
Drayka💜(image) A girl version of Drayton. Drayka is her real name and not a nickname. Out of all the au Draytons here she is probably the closest to canon Drayton in terms of behavior. Although she can easily be influenced by cloak guy's chaos and is likely to join in, she's pretty normal. The only one here who can't use magic.
~~~~~~~~~
Nightmare 🎃(image)<-blood warning on that. An isekai victim who went through the horrors. Now known as the sovereign of nightmares and lives in a universe where "nightmare type" pokemon are a thing. He is dead in his old universe and lives on in another, supernaturally locked from going home. But whether or not he's actually alive is a mystery.
Ice Skating | Chae Hyungwon
Paring: Chae Hyungwonx Reader
Genre: Fluff
Warnings: none
Rating: G
Word Count: 829
Prompt: Ice Skating
Masterlist
Tags: @doveslittlekpoparchive @choicethot @xosunny @heaviihamonii
Hyungwon was the type of person to make anything look easy to do. For example, his dance was almost far too flawless, his movement fluid and ethereal in nature. Every step he took, every wave of his hand was perfectly timed, aligning with the rhythm of music so seamlessly that it was almost as if the melody was born from his movement rather than the other way around. Even the complex footwork, which in the hands of a less skilled dancer would have been a stumbling block, appeared as simple as breathing when Hyungwon executed them.
Despite his exceptional skills, the charm of his dance was its deceptive simplicity. The movements were so smooth and natural that they invited onlookers to mirror them, deceiving the viewer into believing they, too, could dance with the same grace and ease. Everything Hyungwon did ask for participation, making it easy for anyone observing to feel like they could partake in the rhythm.
Just as effortlessly, Hyungwon transitioned into ice skating. He was as natural on the ice as he was on the dance floor, his grace and skill unhampered by the change in terrain. Watching Hyungwon ice skate was akin to watching a swan glide across a still lake. There was a serene elegance to it that simply enchanted.
Yet, just as before, his movements were so fluid and natural that they made you believe you could step onto the ice and join him. In such scenarios, it was impossible not to be enamored by his talent and, ultimately, by Hyungwon himself.
Which, in all honesty, caught Y/N off guard. As much as she tried to remember if he had done this before, her brain felt like it would explode if she thought about it any harder. The ice beneath his skates was like his dance floor back in Seoul; his skates were his favorite pair of sneakers.
She attempted to solve this as if she were a math puzzle. 2+2=4, but those skates plus the ice equaled what the fuck? There was no solving such a problem. Not even if she begged Albert Einstein to do it. She was sure even he would never be able to solve such a problem.
As she stood at the edges of the ice rink, Y/N studied Hyungwon. He was like a swan, his movements elegant and effortless, as though he had been born with ice skates on his feet. His fluidity left her awestruck.
“Why are you so good at this, Hyungwon?” Y/N blurted out before she could stop herself. Her eyes widened as he turned to look at her, a teasing smile playing across his lips. She stammered, caught off guard by his reaction, “I mean, we’ve never done this before, right? Not even back in Seoul.”
Her query was justified; it was a conundrum. From where was this natural grace springing? Even if she summoned the ghost of Sherlock Holmes, she doubted he could unlock the mystery.
Unperturbed, Hyungwon just shrugged, his eyes twinkling with amusement. “I guess I’m just a natural,” he said cheekily. Then, seeing her bemused expression, she added, “Don’t worry, I’ll teach you.”
And so, under the magnificent New York skies, he did. Like two synchronized dancers, they moved across the frozen waters of the city that never sleeps, creating memories that would last an eternity. The mystery was never solved, lost within the magic of their first shared New York adventure.
With an encouraging nod, he held out a hand towards her. Hesitant at first, Y/N reached out and took it. His touch sent warmth seeping into her despite the chill surrounding them.
“Now, all you need to do is trust me and follow my lead,” Hyungwon said, guiding her onto the smooth, icy surface. He steadied her as she wobbled, a soft chuckle escaping his lips. “Relax, Y/N. You’re doing great.”
He skated backward, pulling her along with him, their movements slow and uncoordinated at first. It was a dance between patience and perseverance. He was there to catch her with every fumble, their laughter echoing in the crisp winter air.
Y/N was methodically getting the hang of it, her movements becoming less jerky and more fluid with each passing minute. When she finally managed to skate a small distance on her own, a sense of accomplishment washed over her, a wide grin plastered on her face.
“Did you see that, Hyungwon?” she chirped. Her cheeks were flushed from the cold, but her eyes sparkled brighter than any of the city lights surrounding them. He nodded, his signature heartwarming smile lighting up his features.
“I knew you could do it, Y/N!” His praise lifted her spirits even higher.
As the night wore on, so did their shared ice-skating adventure, filled with laughter, gentle ribbing, and soft whispers of encouragement. The enigma of Hyungwon’s natural knack for skating soon faded into the background, replaced by the heart-warming connection they were weaving under the starry New York sky.
many many years late... my big criticisms (not review!) of limbus company just from a gameplay standpoint. tl;dr... its kinda bad. this is both my opinion, and also how i explained said opinion, but i need it off my chest.
so preface: i dont play limbus anymore, but did for about one and a half cantos when it was brand-slappin' new. when i say brand new, i mean fresh out the box when there were still big server problems killing everyone's ability to play the game.
i went partially through the intro and then i had to sit through some more issues; then i had to replay the intro AGAIN when i came back. i figured skipping it would still allow me to view the in depth tutorial for how the actual game mechanics work in the same sequence; it did not give me this luxury and i had no idea how to re-find the tutorial. i had to scrape by with half-remembered fragments from watching someone else stream limbus and manage to view the whole danged thing. such is my preamble.
unfortunately i dont have the energy to find screenshots to use and i am not about to re-install limbus at 4 in the AM just to make an angry post about it. i'm opinionated, not petty.
i believe that a game should, even without a tutorial, be able to have its mechanics gauged just from looking at the UI and just generally observing. obviously tutorials are good, and not everything should be given to you this way, but as a rule of thumb you should be able to at least pick up a few rules about how things work just from watching un-commentated gameplay. lobotomy corporation has this. library of ruina has this. Limbus Company does not give you this.
the game is dogshit at explaining what the hell skills are. you are told there are coins, that are flipped, and dice are rolled. there are comparisons on the upper screen as to how two different skills will match up... and looking at these things, gave me no indication as to how the hell everything is CALCULATED! People who view with no commentary need a whole paragraph explaining the topmost UI! at least with ruina the dice math is simple. limbus needs a god damn calculator for every step.
disembodied micro-nitpick corner! the game doesnt tell you exactly where to go to uptie things, or when you unlock this ability. AND, it takes two whole cantos to unlock a way to earn major resources like, yknow... basically anything other than just more Lunacy for more gacha-ing.
defense skills are also not entirely perfectly explained. you think your "fuck shit everyone is targeting me" buttons would have a little more explanation behind them to help you use them better, but the descriptions for them completely sailed over my head and i had no idea which situations were and were not appropriate to use them. and each person has their own different defense skill so you better hope you have the right one for the situation when you need them! Else, S.O.L.
but yeah. i expected i'd have a handle on things by Canto 2. but by then, i just felt more confused, because in dungeons you just have a different combat system than in the main game for some reason??? one that i think is better executed because you actually have decent control over who's receiving what attacks. i had no idea what the hell i was doing the entire time still. i was just throwing out attacks and hoping the UI wasn't lying about matchups. my trial by fire wasnt even a trial, it was just... arson.
my other major criticism? sin. you know how one of the first things the game explains is sin resonance and absolute resonance? before the actual mechanics for how to calculate sin clashes? yeah, absolute resonance is literally just a damage boost that you can MAYBE hope is convenient. delibrately going for sin resonance was just getting my butt kicked. the game said to do this as much as possible but it just acts as a red herring for ACTUALLY learning skills that will get you further in the game.
sin in general feels like such a nothingburger of a mechanic. Cool, an elements system! to go with the last game's elements system! the two systems stack! i thought it was gonna be cool! But nnnope, its mostly just fuel for EGO. things DO have sin resistances, but they just feel like an afterthought.
what i liked about pierce, slash, and blunt is that they each had a slight archetype! Pierce was mainly status effects, Blunt was mainly damage, and Slash was something of a middle ground that focuses on power stacking (long live swordplay of the homeland with purple tear and slash power stacks).
with sin, its like... they're the colors attacks come in? and they have a status effect they're associated with. it doesnt feel like it adds an extra layer of much. i probably can't go as far as to say you can take away sin and lose nothing, because it does fuel EGO, but its... i dunno, it just feels like it's not needed.
i'll spend less time on the gacha because we all know gacha is gacha. but its like... ruina felt good, because you slowly accumulate more and better resources for the challenge ahead. you feel yourself slowly progress. In a gacha system, things have to generally remain at the same level of power as each other, give or take. And some things are just... better than others, yes. but there's very little in the way of like, teambuilding opportunities. you use the same really good units for pretty much everything. there's no progression aside from gacha, gacha, gacha over and over.
and this makes the reward for beating story missions just more gacha-ing, and lore. no feeling of getting stronger... no new toys to play with. the side resource modes, too, only serve to pump up your units. there's no customization of how you tackle things. i guess that ties in to the disconnected side bit a little, but still.
if you want my opinions on if the story is good, i cant give them to you though. i'm a gamer. i have practical opinions. to jump into the story would fall under the purviews of things like literary analysis.
but there is also a minor thing i will bring up that has to do with the story, in a way.
and there you have it, a casual gamer's opinion of limbus company as a game. a common person's opinion, in short. i'm not going to claim my opinion is the be all end all, far from it. I'm sure others have put the same ideas forth more eloquently. but sometimes you gotta hear what just a regular person who plays video games to have fun has to say about something.
Limbus Company all but demands you to have played Lobotomy Corporation and Library of Ruina before playing it. the loading screen explanations do shit to tell you the kind of world you're getting into. some concepts don't quite go fully explained. and the things in the prior games are essential to the understanding of limbus company, such as the reasoning behind why L-corp fell, just what the Smoke War even was, and just what caused the Distortion and EGOism phenomenon. Anyone jumping in because "ooo, nice gacha!" is going to write off the prior games as useless, when they're actually incredibly important for understanding the story and why certain things are the way they are, and for understanding the whole game's themes!!! as to WHY they're important, I'll leave that to the more wordsy folk. [EDIT: it was brought to my attention by a kindhearted anon that i was wrong about how much story you need to be able to understand limbus. this is why i wanted to keep my story-related opinions to a minimum, as i havent played much past canto 1 myself. i admit this paragraph is a little bit brought on by me being grumpy that many players who play limbus just because its a gacha completely disregard the previous two games. all in all this paragraph isnt very fair.]
and before anyone says anything... i will not be arguing over this post. if i said something wrong, i said something wrong, such is life, pobody's nerfect. i am also not asking for tutorials about how to play the game, either. i feel like the game itself should be able to give me a satisfactory one for me to want to play it.
and lastly? i will ESPECIALLY not be arguing with people who have spent money on a gacha, any gacha. i feel like this should explain itself.
Birthstones
Those accepted into the tribe have their irises change into a gem-like visage, reminiscent of their sign's gem.
Consuming the sign's gems allows the level up of skills, the amount of gemstone required is based upon the cumulative level of the individual. Uncut gemstones coffer half of their weight instead of their full weight. (I like games)
(n(n+1))/2 carats (a carat is 200 mg) of the gemstone must be consumed to gain a level, where n equals the cumulative level plus 1. Consumed gemstones are annihilated inside of the consumer's body if the gemstone is that of the consumer's sign. (I like math)
Upon leveling up, the person unlocks a new ability or strengthens an existing ability.
Losing an eye reduces the abilities by 50%. This does not decrease the amount of gemstone needed to be consumed in order to level up an ability.
Auras can not be turned off, actually, most abilities can not be 'controlled' in a technical sense. Things such as generation or manipulation of elements or Invisibility are toggleable.
Garnet; OA: January; Traits: [Glowing eyes, enough to provide light in the dark to see by], [Supernatural Protection from Harm], [Magicall Anti-depressed], [Quick clotting of wounds], [Efficient blood circulation], [Percieved as more personable and friendly than actually is]
Amethyst; OA: February; Traits: [Anti-Horny Aura, minorly affects other passions], [Healing Factor]
Aquamarine; OA: March; Traits: [Protects vehicles riding in/on], [Increases luck when getting food], [Calming and trust reinforcing aura]
Diamond; OA: April; Traits: [Increases beauty], [Can force love to not degrade with those they have relationships with]
Emerald; OA: May; Traits: [Increased intelligence], [Futuresight], [Resistance to disease, poison, and possession], [Increased luck in the matters of wealth], [Lowered threshold for acceptance into other tribes], [Increased determination]
Pearl; OA: June; Traits: [Increased capacity at night related to the moon phase], [Lightning generation], [Water manipulation], [Increased wisdom], [Increased magical capacity]
Ruby; OA: July; Traits: [Healing factor], [Flame generation], [Can accelerate plant growth], [Can comprehend other's leadership capabilities], [Prophetic dreams]
Peridot; OA: August; Traits: [Shared emotions in a radius], [More resistant to afflictions], [Calms the mind], [More restful sleep]
Sapphire; OA: September; Traits: [Allows the ability to hear and see souls], [Increased luck in a way which willfully shapes own destiny]
Opal; OA: October; Traits: [Enhanced visual sense], [Invisibility]
Citrine; OA: November; Traits: [Happiness aura], [Warmth aura], [Anti-anxiety aura], [Healing aura]
Topaz; OA: December; Traits: [Anti-magic], [Generally improved health], [Increased light sensitivity for vision], [More difficult to perceive], [Decreased bad luck], [Anti-nightmare], [Increased capacity during the night getting stronger as the night goes on but disappearing as day arrives, losing capacity as the day goes on until night arives]
Shifting Method: None, because I think it is fine to leave it as is.
Do you like your capacities in this world were you born into this world? Feel free to comment below.
(This was a pain to do bc some of ya'll have more than one gemstone per month and I didn't care to due that)
Further thoughts on Persona evolution and multiple units
So my proposed story characters have multiple builds, Phantom Idols have multiple units divide may work from a lore perspective, but would it work from a programming perspective? Are the two categories of characters coded differently from each other? If not then it might be hard to give them radically different mechanics. Even assuming that in the final version of the game story characters aren’t added to pool until after the player has reached the point in the story where they’re introduced that might be the only coding difference from Phantom Idols.
If this assumption is true it might be easier to simply have a new, stronger unit be unlocked when a character’s Persona evolves. Which would accomplish the same thing that having multiple builds would, while allowing story characters to function mostly the same as Idols. (If they went this route I think they would definitely lock out having multiple units of a character on the same team.)
But regardless of whether they go for having multiple units or builds how do they differentiate some of the characters enough to justify having multiple anything? After all, while there are a few characters that could easily justify multiple units most Persona evolutions are straight upgrades.
The answer is actually pretty simple. Modern Persona games (or at least the rereleased versions) have three tiers of Persona. Many MegaTen skills have three variants for low, moderate, and high effects. You do the math. Maybe a player is satisfied with only one unit of their favorite character, but if you want a version that’s viable for content later in the game you have to pull the newer version.
I feel a bit guilty for thinking like this, but it’s a great strategy from a money-making perspective.
At the end of the day, gacha games are about making money, so it does make sense to think about how they might do things from that standpoint, if you ask me.
I do think it’s probably not as difficult to make more alternate units for Phantom Idols than story teammates, as you previously suggested, as you might think. I won’t claim to understand all the details on the programming side of games, but it’d just involving setting up the Phantom Idols to work slightly differently than the story teammates in that regard.
Either way, though, I’ll be interested to see how it works out in the full game!
