Holy, this picture still gives me chills. The blood, likely the Princess's, covers TLQ and the floor. He's literally sitting in and on it, his wings dragging through it. The color is also similar to the background - as if it implies the violence is always around the corner.

TLQ's wings are drooping, as do the feathery tufts on his head, and his eyes. He doesn't want this. It hurts her; it hurts him. Her shadow is literally resting with her back against his.

He doesn't want to a be a god. The Narrator only shaped him as a god so that he'd be capable of killing her. He made him into a weapon.

Esha was conceived in the conventional non-greek mythology related way. The Lamb was convinced that besides the demonic intervention of the crown using Narinder's seed when he was still a god of death, that they couldn't carry children.

WRONG, they can! Just as long as it's another god's seed and not a mortal's. In fact with Narinder being the god of fertility and life, their pregnancy was unnaturally fast and they were able to have their third baby after only two months.

I mean, it was a mostly normal pregnancy. Besides when Nour was going through labor and accidentally killed two of the nurses attempting to hack the baby out of their body with the sharpest survival tools they could find. A set of stupid doodles below the cut��️
