Alright i am getting into this why not let's fucking do it. I think it can be both. Theory : What if Aizawa was the current number 2 hero ?

Second thing, i would like to suggest you a theory, if you don’t mind. Feel free to add stuff or criticize too, I would love your opinion ! ((Also, sorry if it already has been done… but I think (read hope) not.)) –Also this is not a meme :/ –

What if Aizawa was the current number 2 hero ?

So, this might seem a bit out the blue, but please, hear me out.

Let’s take things chronologically. We meet our fave sleepless man pretty early on, first as class 1-A’s main teacher. We then learn that he’s a hero going by the name of EraserHead. A few points are highlight about his “alter-ego” : his quirk momently erase one’s quirk, his identity is mostly kept a secret, he’s an underground hero, and he uses his anonymity as a strategy linked to his quirk and his fight style.

From those few informations, we can already assume a few things.

One, his quirk is really, really powerful. At that point of the series, we only saw villains use their quirk, and no guns, no weapons. They fully rely on their quirk, which means that without it, they’re pretty much defenseless, and that gives us an idea of how powerful Aizawa really is. Second, his anonymity is essential. If villains know about him, they’ll begin to take measures and arm themselves, which is obviously bad. That last point is confirmed in the USJ arc, where we learn a bit more about his quirk. It obviously has a limit. Where Aizawa is able to kick everyone’s asses in the middle of the USJ, he’s powerless. And that might lead us to think that he’s not that strong, but ! Nomu is a weapon that falls in the small category Aizawa cannot do anything against, and it’s able to face the n°1 hero so obviously, that doesn’t make it fair.

With that, I think I made it clear our tired hero can very well be in the ranking. But the best clues come from after the camping arc, at Bakugo’s rescue. What bugged me about that moment was the fact that we literally see all the top 5 heros (aka All Might, Endeavor, Best Jeanist and Edgeshot the ninja dude) besides the n°3. To explain it, we have two options : one, his quirk/fight style requires him to stay unknown, as the fact he never was mentioned would make us believe ; or two, he can’t be there. And well, Aizawa is -one- an underground hero and -two- he owes parents/journalists/people an explanation for the camping attack and must attend the conference ! That would explain the weird blank in the top 5, without it being “well, they have to keep heros to protect the rest of the city !” because that doesn’t make any sense, especially since the n°4 and n°5 heroes have already been asked to come.

Another thing I would add to the clue-list is Aizawa’s presence in Eri’s rescue mission. There’s already a lot of reasons for him to come : his erasure quirk, his dadzawa attitude… But I would like to add one. Personally, I found odd the fact that no hero from the top 5 came. I get that there already were two high ranked heroes, and that it was a stealth mission (so alleluia, no Endeavor) but I mean… Eri is basically a child with the power to ERASE YOUR QUIRK FOREVER if she’s in wrong hands ! So next to Bakugo, who is a kid with strong powers but who won’t ever join the villains, I know where I would have sent the most powerful heroes… So in my opinion, it would make a lot of sense if Aizawa was sent to this mission not only as Dadzawa or Eraserhead but also as the now number 2 hero.

I think I made the best case I could, but if you still don’t believe me, here’s one last thing :

Aizawa could have kicked All For One’s ass all by himself.

From his fight with All Might, we can tell AFO has some pretty hardcore quirks. But we can also see that all those quirks work by activation ; plus, even if he had some mutation quirk, it wouldn’t always be active since we don’t see him affect by any of those, and so, it would be working just like an activation quirk. And with that, we can assume they could all be erased by one glance of our hero, leaving AFO as quirkless as Deku was in the beginning of the serie. The only issue Aizawa could have faced would be the nomus, but any high ranked hero with the good ability could have taken care of them, while All Might would be not-dying, as well as Best Jeanist.

That’s why you should always carry your n°3 hero Eraserhead with you.

But more honestly, I think it would be a great surprise for the story, and that our little Aizawa would highly deserve it.

1. I think the rankings of heroes is also based on their general popularity with everyone else, and if he WAS no. 3, more people would have heard of him, bc u kno SOMEONE woulda doxxed the hell out of that. being included in rankings at all messes with him being an underground hero and its p unconventional for him

2. there were already high-ranked heroes on that mission, and they needed him to erase the quirks of the people. if I’m remembering correctly they didn’t know eri’s quirk at the time, and if they did, it’s not like they were expecting to FIGHT eri. they just wanted to rescue her. also lbr I’m. p sure aizawa was only in that arc so he could keep deku from. dying

3. I don’t think Aizawa could have kicked AFO’s ass. I’m not sure he would be able to erase every quirk AFO has ever harnessed. If he erased AFO’s quirk, one of several things could happen:

a.) it could erase ALL of the quirks he has

b.) it would only erase the quirk he was CURRENTLY utilizing

c.) it would erase his original quirk, but he still has all the others

or d.) it would erase his original quirk THUS rendering all the other quirks useless

it’s a hit and miss situation w/ AFO tbh!

Unpopular opinion: im so done with game of thrones tbh. It's not even good anymore :/ I liked the first season but since then i've skipped through episodes because they are just sooo fucking boring and dragged out!

see like the first three seasons were pretty good because they stayed true to the books. I wanted to know if you or friends had any experience or recommendations for buying crystals online like on etsy or amazon. How can you tell if they're real?x

ooooh ok. usually there are shops like those in cities or even in towns with like kitschy little promenades with independent shops. (i know there’s one around the town over from mine, which is so random lmao) i do have friends that have crystals but i think they mostly just collect them for the ~good vibez~ and don’t really look too far into the healing aspects of them. i would say first go with the one that coincides with your birth because those are the ones that are like specifically catered to you and strengthen your being. as for buying online, hmmmmm i mean i don’t really know any specific trustworthy sellers because i don’t have much experience with this, but definitely read the reviews! those will help you a lot <3

i honestly didn’t do much of anything that differs from my usual editing process! i made her eyes a bit bigger by using the clone tool, cloning the top of her eye and applying it a little bit farther up...if that makes sense. it’s hard to explain how to use that tool lmao. and i think i used the liquify tool to bring part of her eyebrow down to look more worried.
