Alex’s leg bounced up and down nervously as her call went to voicemail for the 7th time in a row. She’d been calling your phone nonstop since hearing the news, anxious to know if it was true or not. It was always something that ate at her; her and Charles’ inability to relate to your childhood in Louisiana. They’d grown up among a higher class than you and in foreign countries. You would just giggle and wave off her concerns, insisting that even though they couldn’t understand your upbringing, that at least you could understand theirs.

“No answer.” She muttered, teeth gnawing at her bottom lip. It was a habit she’d had as a child, one that you disapproved of and had trained out of her before you left them.

“She left us for a swamp man.” Charles pathetically finished Alex’s thought as they sat in his car, waiting to meet some other drivers and wags at the high-end restaurant Carlos chose.

“Don’t say it like that!” Alexandra turned her body towards the passenger window, “She didn’t leave us— not in that way! I told you she was homesick!”

Your father was a Cajun man who definitely took his culture to heart, doing a lot of hunting and fishing before he passed away suddenly when you were 12. Your mother was from France originally, and she remarried a rich Frenchman who’d ended up funding your modeling career after your success in pageantry. You moved straight to France at age 14 and found yourself in a completely different culture from how you grew up. You’d visited France before during summers with your mother, but it wasn’t home to you like Louisiana. You’d met Alexandra when the two of you were 19, and instantly bonded. Despite only really meeting briefly, it was love at first sight on Alex’s part and she supported you all the way to when you won Miss Universe after starting out Miss Louisiana.

When Charles had come along and had the same feelings that she did for you, it felt perfect, like everything had finally come together.

“With us is her home.” Charles replied, sucking his teeth.

“I can’t even—” Alex didn’t have to finish, the two had the same thought. They can’t even fathom the idea that you were with someone else.

Daniel was practically cackling in joy while Carlos at least tried to hide his amusement by covering his face. It was no secret that most of the f1 grid was praying for you to leave Charles/Alex so they could get a chance— but this wasn’t what they were expecting.

“Cha, that’s so ridiculous.” Alex mumbled.

“It is—!” Kika agreed suspiciously fast, “I just mean the split was recent, so maybe me and Pierre should visit her before you guys?” It’d only been a few months, but that had been enough to drive Charles and Alex a bit off the rails.

They’d only ever been apart from you for just over two days in the last year, up until you ghosted them. Well— it wasn’t technically ghosting when you left a note; a very brief letter in your familiar handwriting that told them you needed some space. They didn’t take it as a break up, although they did panic. Their numbers weren’t blocked, so they naturally took that as a good sign. This was probably because you wanted their attention since all their calls and messages were going through. The finality of it didn’t hit until it reached two weeks of no-contact from you and their photos were removed from your Instagram. The public noticed and so did the rest of the grid despite Alex and Charles’ now 3-month-long denial stage.

“le lieu s'appelle Pierre Part, yeah?” Pierre grinned and Charles sneered at him. (the place is called pierre part)

“They might have a point,” Daniel winced with a wide grin, “I think you’ll just look crazy if you show up. At least, one of us would just look like a friend who misses her, ya know?”

“None of you are visiting our girlfriend!” Alex frowned.

“Ex,” Carlos gently corrected into his fist with a cough before straightening up, “She jus’ is homesick maybe so give her some space and she will come back in no time.”

“I knew this would happen.” Alex slumped with her chin in her hand, “cet endroit est sa maison.” (that place is her home)

“You’ve never heard ‘if you love something, let it go’? If it’s meant to be, she’ll come back.” Daniel tried to reassure, but his face was almost a wince.

“We just wanted her close to us is all! We travel so much, we didn’t mean to take her away from her home—”

But Daniel gave them a look, knowing about their behavior with you. As in love with you as they are, Alex and Charles are intense about it. Endearing on one hand for awhile, but then the jealousy got worse and they were pretty delusional about their tendencies. He could understand it honestly— you were lovely. He imagined he’d be in the same state as Alex and Charles if you were his and you left him. Which is why he cut them so much slack, the rest of the table too.

“I don’t understand why she ran away like that!” Charles finished with a huff, running his fingers through his hair. He was starting to sweat. This felt like a cruel joke on your part— a mean way to get their attention.

“His ears are a little big.” Alex whispered, staring into her phone with a pout.

Pierre lost it at that; Charles pulling at his ears to make a point, “Maybe he’s just a nice guy, man!”

“Let me see.” Carlos walked around the table to see Alex’s phone.

How it started:

they stalked you before even approaching you. it was maybe about a month or so before. they use their ghostface tactics to scare you, claiming that you look better scared and afraid. at first they took turns scaring you in costume, but one time they all came after you. they fell in love with your life, and since they wanted to be apart of it, they became friends with you.

during the ghostface killings you sorta isolated yourself in your home. you were terrified to die so soon by someone dressed up, so staying inside was the only choice you thought. they would come over, checking on you almost every day. it has gotten to a point where they’d stay a couple days with you at a time.

lots of writing about you. they have their own group journal where they document your life. pictures of you, clothes of yours, even strands of hair they collect (if you have any.) it’s not just love, it’s obsession with the thought of you. one day amber suggested they ask you to come over. jill was not liking that idea much, claiming that you would find out their evil ways. but after a while they all three went along with it.

“guys, make sure you keep everything hidden completely. just incase she/he has to go in one of our rooms or something i don’t know.” jill stated. “jill chill. our girl/boy will be fine and safe over here. she/he won’t know about ghostface till later.” quinn told her. they had planned on telling you about ghostface in the future. they think you’re different, and won’t run away after knowing.

so once they asked you the come over and you accepted, it was a nice stay. they made you feel at home, offering you anything you needed. for boys: oh goodness they would not stay off you. rubbing against you, messing with your hair, smelling you…😟 for girls: a whole girl sleepover!! pillow fights, makeup (if you wear any), drinking, gossiping, they act like your besties!! 😊

truth be told it was kinda just a tactic they used to have you over with them.

the ghostface girls are a little different (better) than the guys when you live with them. JUST KIDDING!! it’s like hell but on earth unfortunately…☹️ fighting all day.

girl reader: they’re all girl girls so whenever you need something like period products or when you need to wear something of theirs, they have your back always.

the act like if they don’t cuddle you they’ll die. you definitely will be fought over by them. they have a problem with sharing, mostly amber tho. you try to talk to her, but sometimes you think your words go through one ear and out the other. not like you really care but still.

VERY OVERPROTECTIVE of you. you are theirs, so umm…you can’t do a lot. i’m sorry. ☹️ they don’t like when other boys or girls get near you, it triggers them hella. it could be your friend and they’ll still question your actions and theirs, causing a argument to insure.

the three of them have their own disagreements as well, sometimes cat fights happen. it’s mostly between amber and quinn. they’ll yell at each other all day if you weren’t there to stop them. it’s hard to stop them, but 5 minutes later they’ll understand and quit the bickering. “listen my angels, i love you all so much and i’m gonna need to guys to stop this arguing, okay?”

they do in fact keep the house clean (mostly) jill hates a dirty house, so you don’t really have to worry about a dirty place :)

some time after you guys start dating and getting used to everything, you end up finding out about ghostface. they didn’t tell you yet, but you found out because you put two and two together with clues. for some reason you didn’t freak out or get scared. you sat down next to them, they looked at you. “you know huh?” jill had said. “yes i do.” you give a light smile. “you’re not gonna run away then right?” amber asked you. “no.” it wasn’t a lie you were gonna stay with them, despite their sick and twisted ways.

girl reader: there would be times they would go out with you on dates, you guys would wear beautiful dresses (or whatever you’d prefer), and would go somewhere fancy and nice just for some alone time. “you guys are so beautiful.” “not as beautiful as you angel.”

boy reader: when you guys go out they pick out your tuxedo (or whatever you’d prefer) and make sure everything is ready. they call you handsome so much and won’t ever stay off of you. “our handsome man.”

Poly Xianle Quartet Dynamics Headcanons/Thoughts

Okay so first we have our main big ships: Hualian and Fengqing

Xie Lian x Hua Cheng: our star-crossed lovers duo. Constant heart eyes. We know them. We love them. It’s very important to me that they both love each other the same intense amount tho.

Feng Xin x Mu Qing: Rivals to lovers type. I think they both definitely had a crush on each other when they were younger, a bit of a “fuck this guy but also he’s kinda pretty wait what-“. I think post-canon they finally try and do get over their general angst and bad communication and become a duo that really make a fantastic team when they can. Like. Not kill each other enough to actually listen. The Martial Gods of the South. They’ve been at each other’s side (and at each other’s throats) almost always since they’ve met, and I think that fact really is the foundation of their dynamic.

Alright, now the more fun stuff.

Xie Lian x Feng Xin: ‘Body Guard x Royal’ dynamic my beloved. I think they’re very much childhood friends to lovers too. Like saw each other in diapers type. I think Feng Xin was born to a noble family (with a strong martial background) that was mostly dead by the time the kingdom fell, and therefore was one of the few people deemed high ranked enough to be friends with the Crown Prince. Which makes him like. The person Xie Lian knew the longest. Intensely loyal, especially post-canon once they get over their angst. Honestly I think they may be a little bit codependent for a bit, but they ease out once they’ve settled into their relationship again. There’s definitely more to say here but I’ll leave it at that for now.

Xie Lian x Mu Qing: Ah yes, it’s the Unrequited Love complex they both nurtured for me. I read It’s In Your Warmth, I Feel The Coldest, by PeacefulDiscord on ao3 (it’s great you should check it out). And they wrote a line which really pinned down their relationship for me; “I always thought of you as my beauty,” Xie Lian says. His gaze is firm even as his hand gentles where he’s still holding Mu Qing. “My jade. My love for you drove me mad, it made me too harsh when I believed you to have discarded me so easily.” And that right there has to be the crux of their relationship. I think they both crushed on each other when they were younger, and they found each other’s differences fascinating. But that difference in class made it so difficult for them to actually understand each other. I think post-canon, once they both have lived closer to the contexts of each other’s childhoods, they both have a much better understanding of the other person. They both had strong insecurities when it came to each other, a balancing act when they never knew what the other might take the wrong way. And the power imbalance that Mu Qing was always intensely aware of and that Xie Lian never even considered. Which made them lash out the minute they felt unsure. Assumptions galore. I think after a long chat post-canon, they settle into a sweet and close relationship again, and I think their experiences after they parted lent them a new understanding of each other they bask in now. The intense admiration (and love) they have for each other goes unshadowed now.

Alright, now probably the most juicy dynamics (at least in my opinion):

Hua Cheng x Mu Qing: I headcanon that they knew each other, when they were kids. Same impoverished neighbourhood type. I’m not sure how close that relationship was, but I think they definitely had one, even if it was just Mu Qing lying about Hong Hong’er’s whereabouts when his family or some other kids try to hurt him. They have lots of animosity to get through, especially regarding the whole Xie Lian stuff. And I think because their childhoods were similar, it made Hua Cheng even less inclined to forgive Mu Qing for what he viewed as his abandoning Xie Lian (especially cause I wouldn’t have done that, he thinks to himself). I think Hu Cheng also envies him the relationship he had with Xie Lian when they were younger, thinking him undeserving. I think any headway they make happens after an explosive verbal fight, which is probably how their other two lovers learned they knew each other when they were young. Once they actually talk out the resentment, I think their relationship eases a bit. The spark of admiration they had for each other when young erupts into a whole forest fire pretty quickly after that. (Mu Qing was definitely Hua Cheng’s gay awakening when they were younger, and Xie Lian was Feng Xin’s. Mu Qing’s was Feng Xin, to his eternal despair and Feng Xin’s eternal smugness. And Xie Lian’s was obviously his San Lang, it was almost Feng Xin tho, but he was too oblivious). They turn that lingering animosity into gossiping and judging people together, it’s their favourite bonding activity. I think their shared background eventually makes Hua Cheng the person that can read Mu Qing the easiest, and Mu Qing the person that catches Hua Cheng’s insecurities the easiest too. Their relationship is surprisingly soft. Theres is a slow burn.

Hua Cheng x Feng Xin: These two bitches might actually be enemies to lovers. Hate at first sight. Hate for a long while after. They have no basis for a relationship outside of their assumptions about each other, and the early post-canon years consist of snide remarks and actual fist fights sometimes. Their own unique relationship with Xie Lian means they have no qualms about throwing him at each other’s face, and it wasn’t until they almost made him cry doing that they finally calmed down a little. Still. Lots of animosity that doesn’t get solved until some sort of mission together forces them to actually exist around each other enough to not try to explode each other with their brains. They realise, after a fraught silence, that they’re both quite similar. Especially with loved ones. Especially when it’s loyalty. And they both, respectfully, hate this new understanding of each other. “What do you mean I can’t get mad at him for doing the most for someone he believes and is loyal to?!” “What do you mean I can’t hate him for leaving our shared lover because he proved more loyal when being asked to leave?!”. Unfortunately for them, this does prove to be the ice breaker for their relationship. They end up bonding over their shared drive to keep their loved ones safe, and they understand each other’s intense more than anyone else. It’s a slow surprise to both of them when that starts to include each other as well. But they find it’s nice to be the object of someone’s intense for once too.

Summary: A man hopelessly in love with a monster, despite how much it hurts.

A person chained to a beast he can never escape, no matter how hard he tries.

Vox and Angel Dust have given their body and heart to Valentino, and neither know how to free themselves from his lies.

But maybe, even if it never gets better, they won't have to suffer alone.

What if Husk was just a little too late to get to the bar in episode four? And a certain media Overlord helped Angel instead. They find out that they're not so different after all.

Revelations in Technicolor by Awesome_Possum

Summary: Velvette had been dead for six years, part of The Vees for four, and fucking Vox for a little over two. They had a good thing going.

On one of their bi-weekly Vox-mandated movie nights, Valentino put a plan into motion and Velvette learned something new and surprising about her business partner and part-time sugar daddy that made a shocking amount of sense.

It ultimately ended up bringing The Vees closer and if Valentino claimed that was his intention all along, no one had any reason to believe him.

Notes: The Vees are a V and Vox is the hinge, so he's in a relationship with both Valentino and Velvette. Interesting headcanons for Vox's human life. :) (What is the ship name for Velvette/Vox again?)

System Shutdown by Swoolie

Summary: Taking a leaf from Alastor's book, Vox goes on a small break from everything.

He doesn't stick around long enough to see the chaos that ensues after his sudden disappearance.

Notes: This is tagged with both Radiostatic and Staticmoth. It's too early in the story to tell definitively which direction it's going to end up, so for now it's going to be on the Misc list. I'll probably move it when it becomes more clear what the main pairing will be.

Dapple Rose by The_Penny_Tails

Summary: Everyone always assumes the same thing about Alastor and Vox's relationship: That it's one-sided, that it's based on fixation, and that the reason for their falling out was due to the obsession turning into something that couldn't be controlled.

All of those assumptions are correct. The only problem is, everyone gets the 'who is obsessing over whom' part of the equation wrong.

When Vox and Valentino end up stuck at the hotel, suddenly the entire relationship between the radio and television is put on display, casting it and Alastor in an entirely different light.

Well, this might be the last questions relating to the infamous hickey ask I’ll answer for now. This is assuming the poly has not come into their minds yet 😈

Ash

Ash sees them entering the room together. MC is ducking their head sheepishly while Rin is walking beside them, a shit-eating smirk, pointing at MC’s neck.

Huh, what’s wrong with MC’s throat? They squint their eyes and finally see it. Marks. Ash’s heart sinks and it feels as if the floor has been pulled beneath their feet. They don’t even need to ask to know what marks those are.

Rin is laughing—a rarity—at something MC says, and MC’s face turns even redder. Suddenly, it feels hard to breathe and Ash only has one thing in their mind: They have to get away from here.

Quickly, they duck out of the room before MC or Rin can catch a glimpse of them. Their mind is racing a thousand miles a minute and their heart is pumping hard from the stress. They feel sick.

They’ve had suspicions that Rin has feelings for MC ever since they were all kids. Rin smiles too much around MC. But they never thought that they and MC would… would really get together… before Ash can even confess their feelings to MC as well.

Ash should’ve shot their shot. What if MC had feelings for them too? Then… that means it’s Ash’s fault for not trying to confess earlier.

Aargh! Stupid, stupid, Ash! Now, it’s too late! You’ve fucked up your chances and you have no one to blame but yourself!

But at least… at the very least… it’s Rin, right? Rin is smart and the marriage with MC would mean a tighter alliance and better future for both the Morozov and the Aikawa. It’s just… perfect, like it’s meant to be.

MC seems happy too and that’s all that matters to Ash. But they can’t deny, it still hurts. A lot. And they’re not sure how long it would take for them to fully recover from this—if it’s even possible.

Rin

Rin hears the commotion first and as they turn from looking out the panoramic window at the cityscape beyond, they see Ash and MC walking into the room.

MC is strutting in confidently while Ash trails beside them, a fabric in their hands and they seem to fuss over MC, trying to get them to wear the scarf, face tomato red.

Huh, what are those two up to again? They squint their eyes and they finally notice it. Love bites. On MC’s throat. Oh…

Their heart clenches painfully in their chest and they feel cold all over. Fuck… It’s not really a feeling they’ve felt so acutely before. Heartbreak. Jealousy. They are aware of them, of course, but they had been lucky enough to have never experienced them before this.

But now that they feel it for the first time, they kinda wish they never fell in love at all. Rin knows deep inside that their feelings for MC just kept growing despite their best efforts to bury it deep down—a small secret act of rebellion against his father.

Maybe they shouldn’t have done that. Maybe they shouldn’t have played hard-to-get for so long. Maybe they should have shown clearer interest in MC. Maybe… Maybe they should’ve known that MC and Ash would’ve gotten together eventually. It doesn’t take a precog to predict that.

They’ve seen Ash’s crush on MC ever since they were all kids. It’s a miracle it takes this long for them to get together—all those times, wasted opportunity. Rin couldn’t even truly be mad at Ash for this outcome. Sometimes, you wonder whether Ash would be willing to share…

Ash and MC are approaching them, taking their mind off the bitter thoughts, but the turmoil is still there roiling inside their head. For a second, they consider just turning around and walking away, but decide to try act casual instead.

It’s hard when your heart is breaking and you feel sick to your stomach from self-hatred over the irreversible mistakes they’ve made. But they steel themself, clenching their fists and taking in a shaky breath. I can do this, they think as they plaster on a little smirk on their face that feels too similar to a grimace.

I don’t like that in Mutant Mayhem Donnie is not a “science guy” but instead is more of an anime and pop culture geek. I’m not against him being an anime fan (I love anime too) but I wish we saw more of his science and being a tech genius side instead of him just liking stereotypical “nerdy stuff”. If that makes sense.

I don’t like the Punk Frogs (any version).

The 87 crossover episodes in the 2012 series (as much as I did enjoy them & are great episodes) should not have happened. They leave no real impact or development to 2012’s overarching story and just waste time. These episodes could’ve covered more important things that 202 was desperately lacking like like character exploration and character dynamic development. It was just nostalgic fanservice. The arc in S5 specifically would’ve work better as a movie instead of a 3-4 episode arc in the (most likely non canon) final season.

Shinigami being Mikey’s second love interests ruins her character a bit (for me personally). That was a pointless decision that did NOT need to happen. She would’ve been our first recurring female character to not be a love interest, but nope!

People are allowed to like/ship Donnie x April in ROTTMNT (this is coming from someone who’s not crazy about April being shipped with the Turtles).

I ship Yuichi with 2012 Leo more than Rise Leo (still ship Rise Leoichi, but I just think 2012 Leoichi is way more interesting, plus 2012 Leo deserves a good love interest).

The humans in Mutant Mayhem look ugly af (I know that was probably an intentional design choice but still. It looks bad.)

I hate Raph x Casey (any ver). I’ve stated in part one that I don’t like Raph (any version) being in a romantic relationship with human characters and yes, that meant him with Casey. Not only that but Raph and Casey being a couple ruins their whole dynamic and iconic friendship I love so much. I’m all for friends to lovers but they are a line that should not be crossed. Not every friendship needs to turn romantic.

2012 Karai’s hair looks bad.

Fans often over exaggerate Rise Donnie’s character and badly mischaracterize him in fanfics and fan comics to the point it makes him feel like he’s an entirely different character.

Shinigami should have been revealed to be a villain.

Rise Donnie was just as mean to his brother as fans claim 2012 Raph was to his. Yes, they both do love their families and I’m NOT saying either of them are abus!ce (they’re not), but fans praising Rise Donnie for doing similar things fans criticize/hate 2012 Raph for doing just makes them hypocrites.

Venus does NOT need to be in every iteration of TMNT. It gets kind of annoying when fans keep on saying that she should be in all the other iterations when in truth her presence would not make sense based on the already established canon story. The only (recent) version of TMNT where I think her being included would’ve fit the best and deserved to make her comeback in is ROTTMNT.

The side plot of 2012 Karai being mutated and later getting brainwashed by Shredder was a waste of time and the most boring arc in the series.

2012 April, Donnie and Casey being in a poly relationship does not fix anything with their problematic dynamic and massive flaws with one another. I'm not saying you can't ship all three of them together, you do you! Idc But in reality their relationship would be a train wreck, that's why I personally don't ship 2012 Capriltello.

Renet is probably one of the most powerful allies the Turtles have in the 2012 series.

Rise Donnie would NOT hate 2012 April. He’d go crazy over her psychic powers and want to study them to help her explore them more.

From what I've seen so far, Leo x Usagi seems like the only GOOD ship in the 2003 series (this hot take might change tho).

Raph had the best character arc and development in the 2012 series and changed the most out of the four brothers. Next would be Leo. With Mikey and Donnie have little development (or none at all sadly).

okay let me yap on some of these points

first of all i don't want to invalidate anyone's experience here. it's fine, it's okay, yeah. but let's please remember something - YOUR experience is not EVERYONE'S experience, yeah?

now, in order

the first comment is so fucking stupid I don't even want to discuss. "oooh self shippers are so problematic" yeah i think if someone chooses Bakugo over you it's either A COMPLETELY FUCKING NORMAL THING THAT PEOPLE HAVE PREFERENCES, or you must've been so damn shitty to them they chose someone else. idk.

second, third and some other that has adjacent message sound so... disvaluing? i might surprise someone out there but there's 👏 nothing 👏 wrong 👏 with 👏 taking your self shipping as serious as you want. no, really. if you count your self shipping as something more than "just having fun tee-hee" then GO FOR IT. you know what's TRULY concerning? when you commit a literal CRIME for your self ship, but afaik it's concerning in irl relationship too.

yeah finding balance is cool blah blah blah. it's not like i disagree, i just don't like the wording. it feels like another disvaluing of one's experience. everyone has different families - some have very abusive ones so their self ship is a literal safe haven. some people are FICTOS (hi lachlan if you're reading that I now understand what you meant) so their self ship is a literal part of their sexuality/romance experience. why do I even have to explain that???

then there's this part that is so stupid i can't. "if my partner would feel jealous about my self ship I'd drop it for them", if your partner isn't okay with a literal part of you maybe they shouldn't be your partner??? no, i mean, hear me out on this. i know this stuff is complex and all but just. all of these comments seem to NOT allow that some people consider their f/os their full partners, as I said, and that's the fucking issue. so take this from a person who DOES consider. there are situations where people fall in love with more than one person at once, yeah? there are polys and stuff, yeah? some people okay with being in a poly relationship and/or share their partner, some not. if you two are full grown adults, you SPEAK about it and come to some agreement - to continue your relationship, to not, whatever. so if your self ship is important to you, THAT'S what has to happen. you don't need to drop everything suddenly just because "oh well it's fictional and not real..." (if it's works for you tho it's fine, I'm talking about the statement that it's like what ALWAYS should happen FOR EVERYONE).

so yeah I'm mad with these comments. self shippers get hate in fandoms already, and even when they're accepted it's ONLY if they don't take their self ship seriously. as for those like me, oh don't get me started. I might make a whole bingo of what I got personally and what people said in general about self shippers like me. i was harassed for identifying as ficto, btw.

oh and yeah my favourite. "it's just fun and fiction, if a person can't tell the difference between fantasy and reality, they need professional help". typical advice nobody asked for but here we are. I honestly hate advices like that because they sound so fucking ableistic and clearly come from people that think that after seeing a couple of pseudopsychological videos or reading a couple of sci pop articles they can give advices here and there (plus to people they don't know shit about).

and do i need to remind you how many self shippers are seen as mentally ill ONLY for self shipping alone? do i need to remind you how much harassment they get basing on that?

and yeah this video doesn't help. even though people say it wasn't as bad as the title said it still didn't help and, as my moot said, was UNNECESSARY to do.

what do I say. self shipping itself is HARMLESS, in any form (yeah there are proselfshippers that selfship with literal kids, not even aging them up just. with kids. ykwim). yeah I said there was a dude who killed for their self ship or smth like that but it's a bad wording, we all know the person just had general issues and making it look like he committed mass shooting because of self ship is a "kids are violent because of videogames" typa shit, I hope y'all understand this. I'm saying that people seem to just not care to educate themselves enough before saying "ummm well selfshipping is fun BUT 🤓☝️". seriously, stop. leave selfshippers alone. if someone chooses selfshipping over irl relationship well that just HAPPENS yk. it's literally the same as just. choosing one person as a partner over another, but we don't consider it as a problem that should be mass discussed, do we? so why's selfshipping is any different?

I must also bring this up: fictophobia is a kind of aphobia, in my opinion, if we consider the fact that fictosexuality/-romantism is on aspec. I'm not sure I should elaborate on this one. you won't judge an aroace for not dating/sleeping with anyone, so why you should judge someone who takes their selfship seriously to choose over irl relationship?

in conclusion, just. talk to your partners if you're in a relationship, idk. people be tapping about this so much as if there isn't already an ultimate solution to every issue - TALKING. you know? the ability we were given along with the way our throat is built and our brain is shaped (okay sorry this cane out kinda mean-).

and choosing selfshipping instead of irl dating is not something morally incorrect. you have the right to. just figure it out with your partner if they're present. yk people date, people break up, it's normal.
