EDIT: I HAVE FINISHED THE EBERT DOLL. I FINISHED IT LONG AGO. I JUST HAVENT POSTED PHOTOS BECAUSE I HAVEN'T TAKEN THEM. APOLOGIES. He is a very crude creation, but I like this. I love things that look endearingly shoddy and imperfect.
I haven’t worked on the Ebert doll for a while because I have not the pomposity to approach making the clothes and refining the dastardly paint job, so he’s been sitting in a heap for a few weeks in a condition not dissimilar to the one depicted in these photographs.

My memory is failing me - is it ever established how often the Pokémon League Tournament occurs? It seems implied that it's annual but that can't possibly be correct if Red is only the ninth champion, and Oak also participated in his youth. These are the things that keep me up at night.
If someone actually has an answer, I'd be glad to hear it.

stamps are so ginormous now that you have to put a postcard in an envelope because there just isn't room for that stupid massive barcode :(

comes to your house to talk about management theory and my ex boyfriend for two hours straight
#(and yellow envelopes)#me: 'well no i just wanted to tell him--' (everyone starts booing and throwing balls of paper and vegetables at me etc and whatnot)#its going to be his birthday and we left on good terms so it seems cold to not send him a happy birthday text#but we also dont talk so it would be like. weirdly friendly in an out of place way#what would be perfect is to send a more neutral message like simply 'it is your birthday'#conveys that i remembered his birthday but isn't excessively friendly#but people dont do that#(this is not what i was talking about earlier i didnt say this because it is silly)#(and because i dont need anyone telling me to leave him alone. i already know that)

Is it weird to feel stupidly giddy when I organized the contents of a pattern?
[i.e. I got a skirt pattern that comes in two versions and I put them in their own separate envelopes so I won’t have to go through the trouble of looking for their respective pieces]
“Need the bodice pieces of this random pattern? No problem, it’s right here in this envelope, all nice and tidy”
…….there’s want for organization and then there’s whatever I have going on
