as many of you know, i have had the pleasure of spending every single day with my best friend for the past eleven years, and unfortunately, yesterday was our final day together. nellie was a character, and as i'm sure a lot of you also know, she hated max fewtrell with a passion, and i'm still not sure why to this day. i took her to all of her favourite places yesterday - the beach, lando's house, the park, the pup-cup stand, and i even let her attack max one final time. i hope they've saved you a huge bed in heaven, because the amount of times you pushed me out of the bed is astonishing.

i will look for you in my next life time, my pretty girl, sleep tight angel.

Authors note: Hi guys! This is a mini series and my first one at that so I’m a lil scared😀 but I really hope you like this story because I’ve been planning it out for a while now😭 but yes this story will contain angst, and like a lot of fluff:) but yeah I hope everyone will like it💕

This is a prologue!!! A lil chapter on the sister’s dynamic and the exposition!!

The Parisian sky roared as gentle raindrops started to fall against her apartment window. The girl was in her painting studio, where she spends most of her time anyways. Her headphones blasting her favorite song as her shaky hand outlined the last of her painting. As she was about to finish, the ringing of the bell startled her, she groaned as she took her headphones off and went to open the door. When she did tho, she was met with her two older sisters, one carrying the bags of groceries and the other carrying a toddler.

“Oh sorry guys, how long were you out here” she says feeling a little bad. “Don’t worry Y/N, not for long” Her oldest sister Adriana says placing the toddler on the ground as she gives her sister a soft smile, to which she reciprocates.

“What were you doing anyway?” Her middle sister, Julianna asks, “I was just finishing up the last of my painting before my flight tomorrow” she says as she bends down to the toddler’s level, squeezing her in a tight hug as her heart warms at the giggle her niece lets out.

“How are you feeling? I mean leaving so abruptly” Adriana asks putting last of the groceries away, “I feel good, I just need a change of scenery, I don’t think I can live here after everything that has happened” Y/N replies, standing up and going back into her studio. An uncomfortable silence fell upon the two older siblings.

“Julie, I’m really worried about her, she’s not processing anything correctly, she’s refusing to go the therapist, and now she’s moving to a whole new country, where she knows no one, I really don’t think we should let her go” Adriana mumbles anxiously.

“Ada listen, I don’t want her to go either but she’s not a baby anymore, she’s 19 and she’s very responsible, and it’s not like she’s going on vacation, she’s going to study and holding her back from her passion isn’t helping, plus i can go visit her when the Spanish grandprix happens, we have to trust her, she wants to move on with the whole situation with mom and we have to respect that” Julie says rubbing her sister’s shoulder.

The three girls had lost their father at a pretty young age, however the loss of their mother was still very recent. Almost like the ghost of her still haunts them three, everything about her, they miss it all. They stood there silently, uneasy and clenching their heavy hearts.

Once Y/N finished her painting, a genuine smile came across her face. Painting was a passion that she picked up from her mother, that’s how Y/N wanted to keep her memory alive.

Scrolling through her Instagram comments made her feel a litttle happy, with Julianna being so famous, it wasn’t odd to see all her fans being so nice to her. Her peace got interrupted by Julie calling her name.

“You called my name?” Y/N says stepping out of the room, “Well, since you’re leaving, we’d thought that maybe we could make something together and just watch a movie” Adriana speaks, a smile adorning her face, “Princess and the Pauper!!” Adriana’s toddler, Suzette speaks up excitedly clapping her hands, “Well if Suzu wants to watch Barbie, then Barbie it is” Julianna says lifting the little girl up causing her to let out a squeal.

The rest of the night was spent well, jokes were traded, all the food Y/N had made was conquered. Adriana had gone to sleep as Suzu had started to get cranky, leaving just Julie and Y/N. As the two girls were tyding up, Julie said what had been on her mind.

Did my food poisoning you? because why are you being so nice to me all of a sudden” Y/N says dramatically checking Julie’s temperatire warning her a shove. “ this is the last time I’m being supportive of you that one time I decide to be nice and you take advantage of that, so is the last time so live in the moment” she says rolling her eyes, “Thankyou Julie, I love you” Y/N says hugging the taller girl tightly, “I love you too sis, now you have a flight at the crack of dawn tomorrow, so don’t worry about cleaning I got it, just go get some sleep alright?” Julie says pushing Y/N into her room, “Goodnight Julie” she mutters, earning her response.

Once she was done with her skincare, she slipped on her silk pajama as she laid in bed overthinking her decision, is this the right decision, am I doing the right thing, what is this is a mistake?

She groans into her pillow as sleep overtakes her body, with many things she wasn’t sure about, there was one thing she was sure about and that was “Madrid, here I come” she says before sleep finally overtakes her body.

1 - my fave fanfic of all time? hmmm.

this is such a big biiiig question. i have a lot of talented moots, and i have quite a few of their fics that i think about all the time. like @neptuneblue ‘cupid’s quiver’ and @twentyfivemiceinatrenchcoat ‘sometimes i long to eat you up’. any of @dollsuguru snippets i greedily scoff too lol. @pinknipszz heian era sukuna drabbles are little gemstones, the vibes are immaculate. ooo i also think of @bungalowbear ‘wolves of tokyo’ too, again because, VIBES!!

however my top one that takes up a lot of my thoughts is the series ‘the odyssey’ by @lovenona . i really take my hat off to this author and the series for getting me back into writing. the story is so brilliantly crafted, and the writing is absolutely astonishing and dreamy. adele took my brain to another world and needs to win a fanfic award ASAPPPP!

I mean I’m pretty sure there’s still a dick load of code of etiquette, we all know ‘please and thankyou’, ‘introduce yourself like this...’, ‘be courteous and kind, be respectful’, like most of us were taught to behave in specific, albeit different, mannerly ways. The problem is that as the generations have continued, the reason one should be kind and considerate has like, eroded away and now it’s just about following the rules, and that makes contextualising etiquette difficult. It also makes remembering things difficult, anything you are told cold, like 'this is how it is, and that’s that, I won’t be taking questions' is significantly more difficult to remember than something that is actively connected, conceptually, to something else you already find easy to remember.

I remember being taught what to do, and NEVER why. And the only times an adult ever gave a “reason”, it was ‘because you’re supposed to’. 'Don’t you want to be kind? Don’t you want to be considerate?', these were the indirect, coercive responses to curious inquiry regarding the purpose of etiquette.

People these days aren’t unaware of how to be courteous and kind, they just can’t bring themselves to do it, ‘cause the whole thing is covered in ick. It’s difficult to remember, difficult to justify, and difficult to use. ‘Please’ and ‘Thankyou’ have no place in casual, genuine interaction between social-equals. These are phrases for power dynamics, you don’t pal around with someone, giving them the business, then immediately switch into ‘Thankyou so generously, and so kindly for this humble gesture,’ then switch back into, ‘ya chump bitch’. It doesn’t make sense. The problem with social anxiety is less to do with a lack of a code of etiquette, and more to do with the presence of a code of etiquette. People will always be more anxious under a rudimentary rule setting defined by ‘deviating from this code is deviating from etiquette itself, you don’t want to be rude do you?’.

Social fabric hasn’t broken down, if anything it’s reinforced, the problem is that it’s reinforced by the irrational pursuit of rules. The problem is that there shouldn’t be a code of etiquette, there shouldn’t be a compulsion to follow a specific set of behaviours. The learned compulsion is what makes it difficult for people to interact lately. The code is anxiety inducing, not the lack of code.

Ever the more frustrating is that everyone is acutely ablated by compulsion to follow rules, and yet, things like this happen. ‘No, no, not enough rules, need more rules. We need more codes, more teaching of rules, more rudimentation, more presupposition, more pigeon holes.’ It’s a cruel way to live, compelled to be compelled. But I suspect the reason it keeps happening is because people feel more comfortable and safe when they follow the rules (because they’ve specifically been made to feel that way) and feel uncomfortable and precarious when deviating from the rules (because also they’ve specifically been made to feel this way) and so project this onto others, ‘Everyone, we’ll all feel better if we make a bunch of easy to follow, and really specific rules! Really, I promise we’ll all feel really good when we follow them really closely, it will solve all our discomfort and anxiety’. It won’t, it will make it worse.

social anxiety could easily be attributed to the breakdown of the social fabric. there's no code of etiquette anymore. multiple generations were never taught how to introduce themselves or cultivate manners and traditions that hinge on a social life, everyone's awkwardly stumbling around hoping they'll be met with someone more courageous and eloquent than themselves to start a conversation and burst their lonely timid bubble.

“Okay, honey. Okay- let’s just take a moment to breathe, y/n,” Frank’s voice is low and cautious as he crouches down in front of your cowering form tucked in the corner of the room, your head lowered, eyes bursting with tears as you clench your hands together in front of you.

“I-I’m sorry, Daddy- I’m- p-please,” you struggle to form a complete sentence as your shaking rattles against the wall behind you.

“Hey, hey,” the man shushes gently, shaking his head as he furrows his brow in concern. “It’s alright, sweet girl. I just wanna help you, yeah? Nodding sympathetically, Frank presents you with an offer, “You wanna come sit on the couch with me, bub? We can snuggle and turn on the TV if you want. Hello Kitty, or My Melo- whatever you want, lovebug.”

“N-no TV,” you request, “jus’ snuggles, please. TV too loud.”

“Okay, princess. No TV, just you and me and lots of snuggles.” Frank smiles at you softly as he offers you a hand, guiding you over to the couch and settling down with you on his lap. Grabbing a blanket from the coffee table, he wraps the two of you up nice and warm as he begins rubbing your back, letting you tuck your head into the crook of his neck.

“There you go, honey. It’s okay, see? Nice and safe with Daddy, no scaries here.”

“No scaries,” you mumble as your trembling begins to die down, the man’s familiar warm scent of vanilla and pine filling your lungs with ease as your eyes begin to droop in the safe darkness of your hiding place.

“Not gonna let anything hurt you, honeybee,” he promises, planting a kiss on the top of your head as he’s relieved to feel you relaxing into his hold. “Daddy’s got you, y/n. You’re safe, safe and sound, right here with me.”

You were late today, it was almost 9 and you still weren't home. The shooting had stretched late and you knew it'll mess up your schedule when you reach back home. You quickly call for your driver and head home, currently so exhausted that all you want is some kisses and loads of affection from your perfect lover.

Tom was one of those people who tried to make everything perfect, and the fact that he did put efforts made him perfect. He was the best boyfriend anyone could've asked for, so understanding and affectionate.

You reach home and see all of the lights are shut off except your room's, so you knew he was home. Your professions being the same, a clash of schedule was prominent in this relationship. Sometimes he'd be filming while you'd be at home and vice versa. It really wasn't pleasant being away from your lover but every once in a while, you'd visit each other at their respective sets. You head inside and throw your bags on the couch, remove your coat and walk to the kitchen to get a glass of water first. You snack on almonds that were set on the counter as well, and move to find Tom and ask him for endless cuddles.

You look into your room to find he wasn't there, but the door was open so he must be somewhere in the house so you start looking in every room. You searched the two guest rooms and the bathrooms but he was nowhere, well that's what you thought because when you heard a faint strumming of guitar, you immediately knew where he was.

You headed to his office, you creak open the door to look at your boyfriend in green pajamas looking like a cuteass kid and you just want to smother him with kisses. He plays the guitar sitting on the couch, while you try to figure out what song he's playing. He catches you staring from the door and smiles, and as he's about to say something you stop him, and ask him to continue what he was doing.

You move into the room as he goes back to moving his fingers on the strings and you sit besides him leaning your head over his shoulder. He strums for a while, and then he keeps the guitar aside and embraces you in a big bear hug. He asks you to sit on his lap and you quickly straddle him, putting your hands behind his neck and giving him kisses all over his face. You pull back to see your boyfriend staring.

"Don't you play nice? Hi baby." You tell him and give him a peck on the lips.

"Hi darling. How was your day?" He asks, sneaking his hands behind your waist.

"It was shitty not gonna lie, but my awesome boyfriend's music skills made it all better." You say and he laughs pulling you in for another kiss.

"I love you" He says, kissing your knuckles.

"I love you too Holland" You say and look him in the eyes.

"Oh 'Holland' now, is it?" And he starts tickling your sides and the room is filled with giggles and laughter.

The addition of newer members Rufus and Neil Fairclough (bass – his solo gave a stunning tribute to John Deacon), along with long-time live member, Spike Edney, was a nice blend of old and new, which gave a rejuvenated enthusiasm to the band.

Then there’s the man with the biggest shoes in music to fill. He wore them well. There can be only one and it would be wrong to compare Adam Lambert to His Holiness, however those fans that declined to go based on the great man’s absence, missed out on a very worthy and entertaining replacement. Lambert had the campness, charisma, the audience interaction and the vocals to fill those shoes better than anyone. He made it clear how honoured he was to be on that stage, filling in for his greatest idol. He took advantage of his moments in the spotlight, but for the best part, Lambert just let Queen’s music take care of itself. […]”

I am here for OT7 always BUT. I’m not sure how ot7 would work in this particular fic since Joon Is almost 40 and dosnt know the other member apart from Jimin. JK Only really interacts with his brother Jin. YG is really fucked up and I don’t think he wants to share, it might break him, he’s deeply I love with you after all. Jungkook is a serial killer, Jimin is a fucking asshole, Namjoon is a dilf, yg is an addict and inLOVE, hobi is a crazy fucking EX, Tae is (you don’t know yet but allocated with dangerous people) , jin loves you and will give you the world but he’s hurt. Put all this together and idk

I would actually love to keep expanding on each members chapter, where did Yoongi go ? How does RM discipline you, what happens with JK AFTER the sex is done. I still have to complete the rest of the members but I’m also interested to see.
