Regulus "I am french" black but he's a singer. He's trans and started singing before transition and got very famous, especially in France cause he's singing in French.

And he doesn't want to come out because he's a celebrity and scared and then slowly does, with Sirius helping him (he hasn't seen his brother for years) AND WITH JEGULUS!! (James and Regulus used to date when they were young and when Regulus hadn't transitioned and then slowly get back together)
