Today’s song is Dash To The Future by the Morangbong Band, a girl group that hails from the Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea, better known as North Korea for short.

Fun fact: they’re considered NK’s first K-pop girl group and are still active today!

Ngl, DPRK music slaps. It’s very useful to keeping focused since they sing about working hard, working for the collective and working for the future. This song reminds me that I should work hard for a better future and not worry so much about the past. I wish we all had their group mentality. It would be amazing what we could do if we let go of the selfish individuality we’ve cultivated. Oh well. Best get back to work.

I have recently discovered this north korean band called Moranbong Band. Their song (eng. Let's study) sounds great in my opinion. People in the comment section said that song reminds them of Sailor Moon, 80s songs and anime music. You should give it a try.
