Watching Are You Sure?! EP 1

A reminder of how I do these reaction posts as I watch things. I just write my reactions and thoughts down literally as a happen. Think more of a bullet point format. I'll include links when I can to videos, thanks to the people who twt who upload clips. And at the end, I'll do a better wrap up of all my opinions. I hope everyone enjoyed the show so far!!

The episode starts with Jimin showing up right before JKs GMA performance and interview, July 14th 2023.

Them meeting up and talking about how he has his performance in NY on GMA later. Jimin saying that he hadn't seen him in a while, their schedules kept them SO BUSY 😭😭 this trip was so good for them. And the way he caressed JKs throat and told him to rest his voice and take care of it since it had been hurting. 🥺 So many soft touches too as soon as they were able to see each other again. And we didn't even get to see their actual reunion.

JK packing up his hotel room and talking about how he never traveled so freely before. They are so sweet and so busy and I'm so glad they were able to carve out even just a few weekends for time to themselves. And the way when the staff was talking to them about plans and who would drive etc, JK said he would drive and was just sitting there talking about traffic while they were holding hands interlocked resting in Jimins lap 😭 that's so??!!

Then fighting over the AC in the car in efforts to take care of the other is so cute. Jimin wanting to make sure JKs throat stayed okay, JK not wanting Jimin to get sick. They baby the heck out of each other. And Jimin watching his GMA performance on his phone 🥰 JKs cute smile while Jimin was jamming out to his music 🥺

The absolute bickering over who is a bad driver/bad at parking. The get out. Lmao the way they absolutely irritate each other on purpose is amazing and soooo best friends/might as well be married behavior 😂🤣

When they went shopping together and JK said they should buy the same shorts together 😍🥰 matchy matchy always!!

And an ARMY recognized them and saying hello and they were so cutely excited about it. "We've still got it." 😍🥺🥰

JK ordering for them again at the brewery 🥰 and I love that they went to an LGBTQ friendly brewery for one of their first hang out spots. Some ARMYs went and talked to the people working and said they everyone said Jikook were super polite, no one had recognized them and they kept to themselves a bit and just had some phones/go pros for recording.

The way that they also started talking about how this was their trip before military service. And how JK started bonking Jimin over the head with his camera when he mentioned it. Jimin was giggling but you KNOW that they was emotional from it too. This was when they were thinking there was still a chance they would be separated for 2 years. I know they were anxious to get to cherish this time spent together. I know it meant SO much to them both and probably so much to JK that Jimin traveled all this way and made it happen.

The way that JKs kayak tipped over immediately and Jimin just was cackling as he continued to paddle away and the staff were fishing JK out of the lake 🤣🤣🤣 just for JK to furiously row up on him and be like "you have your phone?? Tip over!!" 🤣🤣 They are so funny and cute! And Jimin taking a photo of his baby 💜 the way Jimin spent the whole time on the water just laughing and smiling fondly at everything JK would do. It's so freaking sweet. They just really had so much fun together being silly and goofy.

Not Jimin giving JK the "you come here often?" Pick up line and the immediate roleplay they both get into 😅🤣😂 they really can't go too long without at least a little bit of flirting lol

We know there was a getaway cabin with a 2 bed option but Jikook picked the one with just one bed. Lmfao good for them. Hey BH, we know you have no issues with filming the members while they sleep, even while they share the bed. How come we got zero footage of Jikook sharing the bed? 😂😂

Jimin being like "JK, you are a good cook 🥺" and Jungkook just immediately getting to work on cooking them dinner 🥺💜 although when Jimin asked for a taste, why did JK feed him from his FINGER?! Lmfao and what the hell was the noise he made when Jimin licked his finger 😂🤣 half moan, half laugh? I don't even know lmao

And the way he ran to go feed Jimin a piece of the chicken because he was proud of how his cooking was turning out. Sooo cute. Jimin accidentally dropped a piece of chicken and acted like he committed a great offence 😭😂 the way they spilt dinner duties though was so cutely domestic.

JK speaking directly to the camera to speak to the viewers. Man has done too many hours long live streams. Lmao he is too used to just chatting with ARMYs 🤣😂 that was adorable and Jimin thought so too. And the way Jimin goes "I miss V" and JK immediately is like "let's call him!" Anything to make Jimin smile! But they clearly cut so much of that convo, BH, give me my members loving each other istg I miss them too much. And don't even get me started on the yoonminkook conversation. I genuinely almost teared up. I miss BTS so much 😭 their laughter is healing

Jimin getting a stomach bug 😭😭 my poor baby. And the screen just going black while Jikook cuddle?? The give us minimal Audio and a black screen and then they cut away entirely and we KNOW they are cuddling. Lmfao TF BH!! We know they cuddle, where is my fanservice?! And JK turned over at some point and elbowed Jimin in the nose. You KNOW they were all up in each other's business on that bed for that to happen 😂😂😂

And my poor Jimmie... He feels so bad 😭😭 JK is taking such sweet care of him though.

JK outside stacking rocks while Jimin rests is giving me Yumi vibes. Lmfao I love him (and her!) SO MUCH! The way he prayed after too for a good trip with Jimin. The rock tower is also (correct me here if needed) a way to pray for someone's health and well-being. My poor sick Jiminie. Yumi also used the rock towers as ways to pray and communicate with her Gods.

Wrap up thoughts?

Not much I haven't already said honestly. Lol but just more emphasis on how special this trip is, both to Jikook themselves and for us to have it shared with us. This IS comfort TV. They bring each other such peace and happiness. They both banter and tease and have such fun. They both baby the heck out of the other. JK taking care of a sick Jimin was soooo nice seeing. The way Jimin wasn't feeling good, but rallied in order to have a good time for their weekend away.

It's also interesting that so much of this is honestly filmed from GoPro. They have some staff and crew there, but from what I've seen it's a smaller number than normally goes to film these shows and they are left alone with just installed cameras fairly often. That's extra nice for them. 💜

I am and forever will be salty about all the cuts. The Tae face time was cut short, the cuddling was cut, so much was cut. Which duh, I get why. But I still want more 😂 looking forward to the behinds to see if we get anything more. That black screen cut from them cuddling though was 👀👀😂😂

JK was such a good leader and took charge so much so far this trip. It was cool to see, Jimin ALSO thought so! The way he was speak for both of them, drove them around, ordered food and drinks for them, gave dinner prep instructions. Gave Jimin his medicine.... I'm not saying it's hyung behavior.... But... Lol also I did notice that there was a pretty even split of address between him calling Jimin hyung, or just by his name. Along with all the little random bits of flirting sprinkled through the episode lol so cute..

It was almost funny. She'd gotten Chinese for dinner last night, and the stale fortune cookie had promised her that the right people would find her before she threw it out. Like that was going to happen in the middle of conference week.

Lauren had gone into the next day mentally prepared for an onslaught of things: confused attendees, technology fails, and just about everything else that could go wrong with a massive meeting. What she hadn't expected was an odd tugging in her brain, the type she'd only heard about from her parents- the type that came with being summoned, or called to something at the very least. She'd hardly been able to sit still until the meeting ended, racing outside the moment she was free.

That had left her face to face with something- someone- entirely unexpected.

Had the pull not resolved the moment she'd laid eyes on him, she likely would've dodged all responsibility and gone back inside. But one look at the new arrival had determined the same thing he'd likely deduced for her: she was dealing with something demonic in nature, and that implied a certain degree of kindredness.

So she drops the facade, and takes off the sunglasses she'd thrown on only minutes prior. "..Hello there. Do you have any business with me?"

"Don’t do that!" Muichiro said laughing, he felt more foolish in Tanjiro's presence

“You should be more understanding with other hunters, don’t you think?”

Tanjiro tried to tickle the boy a lot, touching his weakest spots, especially his belly.

Muichiro blushed a little more at the statement, who doesn't like to laugh sometimes, right?

“Can you be more understanding with the other swordsmen?”

Okay sooo finally got to read the Honey and Most updates and I’m going insane!!! Idk where to begin lol

I’m most definitely NOT mad the way this last part of honey ended or even turned out! If anything this made those most sense for them! I was so devastated when she started to tell how she ended up being a nanny 💔 also CODY?!? Never trust a guy named that 😭 anyways fuck him 😊 how could he basically try to manipulate her into finding that “family” need somewhere else when all she wanted to do was have one of her own and then HIM FUCKING CHEATING ON HER AND STARTING A FAMILY WITH ANOTHER WOMAN?!? HELLO?!???? I love when we get a good backstory for your characters especially when they are so devastating 💔 though it of course makes so much sense as to why she’s like that obviously! And ugh I wish she was able to pursue her own dreams(I’m sure she will) but also that undertone of her not seeing herself being able to have her dream career and home life is so💔💔 the sperm donor part TRAGIC BC SHE IS SO LOVED! Though there is absolutely nothing wrong if people choose that route! (I’ve thought about that too!) and tbh I didn’t expect Harry to immediately beg her to give him a chance bc he is also kinda emotionally unavailable lol but I’m so excited to see how they will play out because I know you’ll never fail me!!!!! Loved it of course!

Now the most extra… I NEED HIM BAD😩😩😩 he’s so omg bestie you don’t even know! When I was younger I loved firefighters so him being just so perfect is so😭 he’s so down bad and I love when that happens! And I loved how we got a glimpse of the MC being so vulnerable when expressing how much she missed him😭 that detail of never sleeping alone 😭 and THEM TALLING ABOIT MARRIAGE😭😭😭 I will die when or if we get to read that😭😭 loved this so much like you do fluff and just sweet romantic stuff so much😭😭!!

I am seriously running out of names but I've never met anyone that likes Cody. Idk how they exist. Tragically, I love the name Josh and Ben but I fear those are also red flag names. I really wasn't intending to make her background so tragic but I was struggling to put something down for this part and I was like "FUCK IT MAKE HER SAD" I tell my bf all the time if he died (lol) or we broke up I would refrain from another relationship. I would most likely just do the sperm donor route. I thought Harry caved kinda easily too, but I had someone message me about a prequel if you will for Honey and it's literally such a good idea, I can't wait to thank them profusely when I write it. I think it will be the first extra and it will kinda make sense why he caves so quickly after the fact. I am glad this part was okay. I'm still a bit nervous about the last two parts, but we shall see!

Honestly, I'm lowkey sick of writing about weddings 😂 almost all of my couples I've been writing about are married, I think. Or at least, they all act married. So idk if I'll write about their wedding. I think it would probs be similar to my Zipper wedding. I think she would be to nervous to do the whole thing in front of everyone--especially out of her guilt for leaving for a few years. I think she would feel like everyone is judging her. But I don't think Harry would care either way. He's so in love with her he would probably agree to getting married in the middle of a tornado if she asked. I also love firefighters. I think they're cute af (like personality, not physically, although they're good at that too). It's like someone just put a bunch of golden retrievers in one space and told them to literally put out fires. It's cute 🥰

Have I done anything fun? Hmm... no not really. I read my book last week and I've been spending money I shouldn't. But other than that, not really. I've been trying to lesson plan but my brain is not focusing. I've got my sweet treat and everything and nothing is working. 😭 I still have till like Wednesday to get some stuff done but I'm an early bird when it comes to due dates so this is cutting it close for me tbh 😭 We're planning a game night and a trip to Salem this month. I'm so amped that it's fall. It's making me think more and more about My Friend's Toyota. May have to revisit them next! I'm hoping to write a bit more but yeah. Nothing crazy!

I only read it once but these words stayed with me. I know them by heart. I cannot articulate how this line makes me feel. They are resigned to their fate, and to that of their child. Harry could join them very soon, and that would mean he died along with them... It would also mean seeing him again. On the other hand, survival for Harry would mean leaving him behind. It must be unbearably hard to realise that if Harry has a future, they won't be a part of it. This moment, where they have no idea what's going to happen next, must be torture. And they know that either option will result in heartbreak. And my heart, too, breaks for them. So thank you for giving them a second chance.

Sorry, got a little emotional there... But can you blame me? Anyway, one day I'll be able to write a proper comment on Ao3 about the whole fic, maybe when I regain some composure! Thank you again for sharing it with us 💜

It just happens that the only Playlist I have is on YouTube and I got a new song I've been listening to called "Water Fountain"

And you all can smack me but I've got prinxiety vibes, alright?

Roman stood next to the water fountain, running his hand over the cold surface. Memories flashed in his mind, causing his throat to close up.

Suddenly the sky was brighter and there was another figure stood on the other side of the fountain.

"I love you Roman. I could never love anyone else..."

Roman's head jerked up, tears growing in his eyes. He recognized the voice.

"Virgil...?" Roman muttered, reaching a hand out to him. He placed his hand on top of Virgil's only for his image to fade away.

The sky became dark again. Roman took a deep breath, walking away from the fountain.

He then heard laughing. He turned his head back to where he was just standing, spotting two figures now standing at the fountain.

One was dressed in black and blue. The other dressed in black and purple.

Roman recognized them. He choked on his tears as he stood and watched. They were touching and hugging and kissing and... it hurt.

Now he's grabbing his hips, and pulling him in, kissing his lips and whispering in his ear...

"And he knows that he should be with me by the water fountain..." Roman uttered.

Waves of color ran over him. It wasn't Logan and Virgil at the fountain now. In fact the fountain was gone. Roman felt a pair of hands grab his own and he looked up. A blurry, foggy image of Virgil was stood in front of him. The scene changed. It was just the two of them. Stood in the dark.

And the Water Fountain. It stood next to the two of them.

"I'm in love with you Roman..."

The voice was echoey and muddled but it was Virgil's voice.

Roman should've done so much when he had the chance. He should've made it well know that he loved Virgil too. That he cared so much... that he wanted to build a home for them together... with their own fountain to stand at...

They were younger then... they were stupid.

If only he had been a little smarter.

The scene disappeared.

Roman stepped up to the water fountain. It was rusted. The handle was broken. If only Virgil was there right now. If only they could reminisce on what it was. With each other.

Roman's eyes caught a pair of hands resting on the rusted surface. He looked up, seeing Virgil standing there. He sucked in a breath, his heart beating out of his chest.

"You can fix it can't you...?" Virgil whispered, glancing up and catching Roman's gaze. Roman took Virgil's hand.

"I can try..." Roman spoke quietly, eyes watering.

Then he was grabbing his hips, and pulling him in, kissing his lips and whispering in his ear...

But Roman knew... this wasn't right...

He opened his eyes and Virgil wasn't there. He looked around, noticing the water fountain had also vanished. He swished his head around, looking frantically.

He needed to find Virgil.

He ran. He ran as fast as he could.

He stopped short when he spotted Virgil stood by himself. He knew that he didn't trust the night time enough to walk home by himself. He didn't like to be alone. Was he waiting for Logan?

Roman shook away any doubts he had. If Logan saw them he didn't care. He made his way over to Virgil.

The man turned, hazel eyes locking onto Roman's, his breath catching in his throat.

"I'm sorry I never said it back..." Roman uttered, tears falling off his cheeks. But a smile crossed his face.

"I'm so glad you're happy now but I wish it could be with me..." Roman spoke. Virgil didn't move, didn't speak. His eyes sparkled with the light reflecting in them.

"Do you need someone to walk home with?" Roman asked, cautiously offering his hand.

"Roman you idiot what are you talking about... I've been waiting for you all night." Virgil spoke, holding Roman's face and pulling him in, kissing his lips...

And as he pulled away he whispered to him.

"I love you."

Roman held Virgil close, tears spilling over. He opened his mouth. He wouldn't let his mind mess with him anymore. He would make sure to say the right things. Make sure that he knew. And ensure that he never had to worry about ever losing him.

"I love you too."

He was willing to do anything for the mafia, even to lose his honor.

So when he realized that the police agent who had been captured and injured by his henchmen was you, he got into an internal conflict.

His emotions were never evident on his face, but if you looked closely, forcing your swollen eyes to focus, you'd notice that his irises were moving too fast, sweeping the entire room over and over, like the pendulum of an old clock.

He remembered vividly how you had helped him the last time, when you found him alone and injured. You even lied to your own team so he had time to escape.

However, the things you were investigating were too important, and they were the ones that led you to get into a fight with the Organization when trying to escape the kidnapping.

Namjoon cursed himself for, just this once, having treated with irrelevance what his henchmen had reported earlier in the morning.

If he had known the agent was you, he would have acted much more calmly.

Concern souring his senses, he asked you just two questions before leaving the room and you, alone there.

He also remembered perfectly that you were very smart.

He hoped the injuries didn't stop you from thinking clearly.

Because the questions he had asked you were actually veiled instructions about how to escape.

And he may have forgotten to lock the pavilion you were in when he left.

Everything so… accidental.

Seokjin:

He'd be so shocked to find out that you were the person his gang mates had been fighting with, that he'd probably be unresponsive at first.

Then a rising panic would begin to form on his expression as he remembered that you had helped him.

You stopped him from freaking out when he was seriously injured, and only because of you he had escaped.

Even though he didn't consider himself the most honest of people, helping you to get away was simply a necessity.

He had his own rules, and even his boss couldn't make him break them.

So he waited for the others to leave you alone, finally.

He watched the entire fight, in which you got beaten up a lot, even though you were an impressive fighter.

After all, two against one was something hard to win.

He only closed his eyes towards the end, because he couldn't stand to see you hurt anymore.

But he still kept his ears open and listened, because he believed he owed you that.

When he saw the free path, he barged into the room you were trapped in, taking a first-aid kit with him.

He helped you to your feet and disinfected your wounds, checking every part of you to make sure nothing serious had happened.

"I can't get you out of here right now, because there are a lot of people around the room. But I swear I'll come up with a plan and help you get out as quickly as possible."

He was a hacker after all. Strategy was his greatest talent.

You were suspicious at first, but you had to trust him. That was your only alternative.

But it was worth it.

Two days later, you were free.

And you had left without anyone in the building noticing, which was impressive to say the least.

Yoongi:

He would help you right away, just not very kindly.

Finding you in the basement, with a black eye and several bruises on your knuckles, he would take a few steps back.

The shock would quickly pass through him, as would the memories of the day you saved his life.

He would mentally curse but force himself into the room.

Then, without saying anything more, he would just untie you and tell you to walk out by the first floor door.

He would not accompany you, but would hold by the collar the two henchmen who had previously wounded you, preventing them from blocking your path.

You would reach the street outside and blend in with the people walking, no more interruptions;

The shock still clear on your face as the people around you casted curious glances at your wounded face.

The henchmen who had fought with you would have a rough day, it's worth mentioning.

Hoseok:

Hoseok would help you, but he would also ask questions.

Don't get him wrong, it wouldn't be with bad intentions.

He would want to help and would help you wholeheartedly, keeping fresh in mind the day you helped him not to be killed.

Still, every opportunity should be taken.

So he would ask discreet questions in the middle of his reassuring speech, as he untied you and let you out, telling the gang's henchmen that he would be responsible for you.

It was just that he was already getting into a big mess helping you, so if he got some information from your investigation, maybe he could please his boss with it and receive a lighter punishment.

Even if you didn't say anything, however, he wouldn't force you and would still help you escape.

But in case you didn't notice the questions and ended up answering unintentionally, he would filter the answers.

He would report to his boss only those that didn't put your life at risk.

After all, Hoseok was a man of his word.

Literally.

Jimin:

Jimin wouldn't help you at first and would still take the opportunity to try to find out information.

He would push you to the extreme, letting his henchmen do the work and avoiding getting into a direct fight with you.

However, he would only do that because he thinks you are extremely brave.

He remembered how you had helped him, how smart and agile you had been.

So he'd think you'd find a way to escape on your own, and that the wounds you'd received during the fight were nothing to you.

It wasn't until you nearly passed out from the pain, after trying to clean one of your wounds, that he realized the situation was more serious than he thought.

Grunting, he would break out of the dark wall he had been leaning against and knock the two henchmen to the ground.

He would untie you and watch you closely.

"Run."

You would do as instructed and flee in a few moments, disappearing from his sight.

He would still use the information he had managed to extract from you, though.

But just because he knew you would come back and get your revenge against him.

Doing that, he would be able see you again.

You were his personal challenge after all.

Taehyung:

He would help you and not ask anything.

Taehyung would be discreet, however.

More to not get you into trouble or put you at risk than to preserve himself.

He would watch the fight you got into with the mafia's henchmen, clenching his fists to contain the urge to shoot the men and keep them from hurting you further.

You had let him go when he was almost captured, thus saving his life.

He would owe you an eternal debt, even if you had assured him that you had no desire to charge him anything in return.

He would find a way to distract the henchmen, though, so you could get rid of them.

Maybe a bomb would go off somewhere nearby, mysteriously.

Then he would approach you, carrying bandages and a basic first-aid kit.

You were nearly passing out, so he did all the work to clean your wounds and settle you more comfortably on the floor.

When you had your eyes closed, too much dizzy to speak, he might have kissed the top of your head softly, with an affection that never showed in his expression.

Then, forcing himself to be a little cruel, he splashed water on your face so that you woke up completely.

He told you how to escape, with clear directions.

You followed his instructions, and actually managed to get away before the henchmen came back.

He stood where you had been for quite a long time, lost in thoughts.

Jungkook:

Jungkook would help you out of that place even if he had to take down one by one each man present there.

So much so that he himself got into the fight you were participating in, helping you to win with an almost frightening aggressivity.

The henchmen on the ground weren't worthy of his mercy, and he didn't care if he was in trouble after that.

He just knew he was supposed to help a good, kind person like you, who had a heart big enough to spare even a murderous mobster like him.

You, tough on the outside, were innocent on the inside.

And it was his duty to preserve people like you.

So when the fight was over, he held you in his lap, one arm under your knees and the other around your back.

Even if you weren't injured to the point of needing to be carried, he made sure to get you out of there, personally taking you to the exit.

When you left, leaving behind a simple "thank you", he just nodded.

Your cheeks were flushed, and although you couldn't see it because of the poor lighting, his were also pink.

In the end, he was still a shy boy.

Hello! I've just finished reading Ruined and I really wanted to reblog and give a long ass feedbacks there but, for personal reasons, I can't right now☹️

I love that OC is very understanding, yet knows her limit and knows when to step back for her own sake. When she got mad at Taehyung for standing up for her?????? I LOVED it. Like. Really.

Anyway, I'm also glad that when it first happened, Taehyung didn't drag it on and apologized promptly. Tho, really, the office wouldn't be my go to place to hear an explanation abt why someone left me behind when we were about to sleep together 🤣 still! I love that you didn't drag that one on and on.

To put it frankly, the yandere fellas I write can never love the MC, at least as we know it. Love in the real world, real love, is healthy and not obsessive/possessive, anything that subverts the basis of real love has a different name. However, for their world, as in the fictional world that I write for, their "love" is love.... if that makes sense?? So yes, it did start out as obsession/infatuation with little substance, but it does absolutely grow into that fictional world's version of love (which I rlly want to stress cannot and does not exist in our world as actual love, it would just be toxic obsession and the groundwork for abuse) Forgive me for repeating myself, but I just want to hammer in the separation of fiction and reality since I know dark romance is a difficult line to toe.

Basically, for their world, yes they do love the MC, meaning that they would never ever shift their focus onto anyone else because MC is the only person that they have ever felt that way about. But also, their definition of love for their world is far different than ours, so for us it is obsession and toxic- it is yandere "love"- which, as we know is not real love in our world.

Am-Am I making sense??? Yes for the fictional world standards, no for real-world standards. LMAO I'M SORRY THIS WAS SUCH A MESS PLS DON'T STOP SENDING ASKS ASDJKLSM
