I was a band kid. I played quite a few instruments: flute, ukulele, trumpet, marimba, and ocarina being some of them. But my favorite was percussion, such as drums. Among that was my number one: the thundersheet. Every Halloween all the other band kids (who hated my guts) had to tolerate me for the Monster Mash, because I was literally the one who brought the thunder.

I’VE ALWAYS BEEN A BAND KID. LIKE, I LOVE BAND. I LOVE MY INSTRUMENT (i play first chair euphonium in concert band!!!)

BUT THIS SCHOOL YEAR… I HAVE BOTH BAND AND ORCHESTRA, AND I CHOSE VIOLA FOR ONE SPECIFIC REASON.
