She heard the chants. She felt blood run down her nose, she let out a yelp. The hand was gone, she stood, shaking.

I'm so torn on the designs cuz on one hand this is how I imagine her while listening to hadestown, but on the other, hadestown generally has a more modern/industrial vibe so idk might be tweaking the designs a lot, especially of Hades and Persephone.

Welcome to Hadestown AU!

This AU is set on another shard, one that still exists. But it happened long ago, not long after the Sundering. The conditions on this shard are dire. The world becomes steadily more stagnant and less fruitful and the people are suffering. Orpheus has a talent for manipulating aether and an enquiring and scientific mind. He's working on a theory that will bring the world back into balance. Eurydice is a survivor, a wanderer, a loner. One day she arrives at the small waystation where Orpheus lives and works.
