Since you open ask box and request, can I get TF141 men (or Ghost and Gaz if you don't feel like to write all of them) reacting to cool, rarely smile, intimidating and stoic reader finally smiling for the first time. Let's say reader has soft spot for certain things (cat, dog, book, flower etc) and they immediately smile when they see them without realize it. Boys just keep falling harder for reader and decide to make it their mission to make reader smiles more often.

Every member of Task Force 141 saw you as a capable teammate, you went through thick and thin with them, and always have their back. On the field, your shooting accuracy and excellent combat skills saved you and the team many times, quickly clearing any threat so the mission wouldn’t be compromised. You have rarely been scolded by Price, and always dealt with your paperwork impeccably. The only problem was that you’re too stoic, they never saw you smile from the first day you joined the task force. More like a robot than a human, this is how others evaluated you, and you had an aura that made recruits afraid to speak to you.

You even smiled less than Ghost, at least the man still got some dry humor and bad jokes to spit out, but you rarely reacted to greetings except a nod, less to say about Soap and Gaz joking with you, they were lucky if you spared them a crook of your eyebrows to their teasing that day. but this only made your teammates curious —especially Soap — eager to know the person under the facade, even if it was just a little. Soap wrote down what he discovered from you every day in his journal, from how you always have your tea, to trivial habits like you would frown nearly imperceptibly when you see the cafeteria is out of your favorite sandwich. Soap would tell other men about what he finds about you today, and they would keep those details in mind too. Until the day, Laswell brought a big cake which she was gifted by others but she was unable to finish it herself. They saw your eyes brighten instantly, and an expectant smile blooms on your face. Your eyes stuck on the exquisite big cake in front of you, not aware of Gaz gaping at your smile like he saw the sun rise from the west today, how Price immediately stopped his hand while smoking his cigar so he could take a good look, even Ghost’s eyes were wide like full moon behind his mask. It wasn't until Soap’s yelp that dragged you out of your trance, and you turned around just to find all your teammates staring at you like you were an alien. “Any issues, MacTavish?” Confused, you asked Soap who made you stop staring at the cake. “You- You can smile?” “Did I?” “Well, let’s finish this quickly so it won’t left over to tomorrow” Price raised his hand to interrupt the talk before Soap could say other things “The fridge has no place to put this bloody huge cake.” After Price’s command, all of you walked and took a plate and fork. Price sliced a medium size for him, Ghost did the same. Soap took the knife and sliced a slightly bigger one for him and Gaz, but when he was about to cut one for you, you reached out your hand to beckon a “give me” gesture, which Soap obliged and handed over the handle to you. Only for him to see you slice 1/3 of that damn enormous cake and put it on your plate. “Wha- ye sure ye can eat all of ‘em ?!” His jaw dropped at the huge slice of cake that made the center of your paper plate sink, but only received an “huh” face from you. Well, his concern was unneeded, because you devoured the whole thing in 5 minutes, faster than everyone else, and stood up to cut another piece. “you really like cake ain’t you.” Gaz chuckled at the scene where you almost bury your face in the plate. “No.” “Then why are you smiling like a kid who sees their favorite toy?” Frowning, you touched your cheek to check, and oh shit, you truly were. “I-“ your face changed from :D to :| while you tried to find an excuse “It’s just Captain said that don’t leave the cake overnight, so I’m eating this much, not that I love cake.”

Even though your poor excuse, all of them knew their new goal now: bringing you cakes so they could see the pretty smile enthralled them. The first who brought you cake is Ghost, he saw a strawberry shortcake on his way back to the base, he didn’t think twice before he told the staff to wrap the cake for him. and he was sure his decision was right when he showed it to you, and you two sat in the common area. He drank the tea you made for him as appreciation while watching that pretty smile reappear on your face again. “Look who said they don’t love cakes, and eatin’ like a man who haven’t eaten in days now.” He lifted his mask to his nose to drink the tea, so when you shot him a glare, you could see the smirk spreading on his lips. “You bought it and I don’t want to waste it, that’s it.” you stabbed the fork on the cake. Ghost huffed out a laugh at your answer, but when you went back to swallow a full spoon of whipped cream, he took note in his mind to buy you the chocolate mousse he saw at the store next time, so the precious expression.

Gaz bought you an Earl Grey mille crepe cake a few days after, which was the flavor of your favorite tea. “It’s it good?” He gave you a toothly grin that you thought was too dazzling when the “not bad” slipped out your lips whilst you were busy finishing the cake. He sat beside you and ate the slice you cut for him, and he rambled about what happened today to entertain you. You pretended you were not interested, eyes never left the cake, but you memorized everything he said clearly.

Of course, Soap wouldn’t forget to dig into this breakthrough of yours. A big ‘they love CAKES!’ was written in his journal, with 2 circles highlighting the words. He considered you have eaten crepe cake and shortcake from Ghost and Gaz, so he got you a basque cheesecake. “What is this?” You tilted your head when you opened the take-out box. “basque cheesecake. Heard it from the medics.” Soap watched you attentively take a little bite at the cake, and he laughed when your face beamed up in a second. “Not bad?” He knew you just refused to admit you love cakes. You answered with your cheeks stuffed with cheesecake. “NAOW BAA” After he waved goodbye to you, he came back to his barrack, he opened his journal. a big ‘Basque cheesecake ✔️’ had been added under the circles.

The captain hadn’t let the chances to see your face gleam with happiness slip by too. As usual, you came to his office with a flawless report, and for some debrief about the next mission. When it was over and you were about to leave, he called your name to stop you from exiting. “Is there anything I forgot to tell you, Captain?” Your face was serious, without any improper or unprofessional, but it didn’t last long because Price took out a fresh cream Swiss roll. “You’re going to drool all over your shirt, sergeant.” He teased and received a little scowl from you, but the harmless scowl was unable to stop him from fixating on and mesmerized by the satisfied grin that lingered on your face when you made both of you some tea and started consuming the whole roll.

You got pampered by all 4 men of your team for months. Thanks to the high amount of exercise, you didn’t gain belly fat, and getting lots of cakes from them had you started gifting them things too. You got Ghost some nice whiskey when you came back from leave, which he gladly accepted and invited you to drink together. You gave Soap some snacks from your hometown and stationeries for journaling, and almost get squished into a dough by his tight embrace. Gaz got some game cards from you, and when he surprisingly asked you why you knew he wanted those games for a while, you just shrugged and walked away, there was no chance that you were gonna tell him you had been listening to him and Soap chatting about them. Price entered his office one day morning, and saw his box of favorite cigars and tea being placed on his desk. He realized it was you in the blink of an eye, only you would choose to secretly put gifts and refuse to leave a note indicating who you were. He just patted your head and thanked you when he met you in the training room.

Times flew fast when your life was occupied with missions and training (and cakes). Tonight you went out for a while to buy something for your teammates, since they still insisted on feeding you cakes frequently, recompensing them with gifts they loved had become your habit too. but when you searched from the common room to Price’s office, you couldn’t find any of them. Odd, you thought, you hadn’t heard them leaving the base too, you even searched each of their room, which still lacked their figures. Furrowing your brows, you decided to go back to your room, maybe you could give them tomorrow. What you didn’t expect was when you opened the door of your room, you were welcomed by Soap and Gaz’s exciting voice. “Happy birthday!” “Jesus… I was searching for all of you…” Your eyes rounded “Wait… It’s my birthday today?” “Don’t tell me ye didn’ remember!” Soap, who standing closest to you and with a birthday cake, shoved you playfully with his elbow. “I…” You glanced at the calendar hanging on your wall, unable to form words when you realized it really was your birthday today. “Come take a seat, love.” Price’s words help you fill the silence. You blinked away tears before they could escape, and smack at Gaz’s bicep. “Shut up, Garrick.” The laughs and jokes filled your little room with joy, you sat there listening to Gaz and Soap banter with Ghost about how he was so selective about the cake so they could give you the best one, and as Ghost retorted back, a plate was handed to you. The biggest slice among others, full of whipped cream and fruits decorating it. You picked up the fork and started eating, the sweetness spread inside your mouth, with the fruit neutralizing it and taking the taste to a whole other level. “Ye always smile when ye eatin’ cakes, you know? really like cakes don’t ye?” You raised your head from the plate, and finding everyone looking at you, with such softness you questioned yourself if you were able to reciprocate, and you touched your cheeks, you could feel the corner of your lips curling upwards. but this time, you deepened your grin, warm and fascinating, before you picked up your fork again. “Maybe I do.”

That had been the promise.

Dylla anxiously fiddled with the hand clutches of her magical wheel. Her son had tinkered with the vehicle recently, buffed and polished it to look brand-new for her big night. She had gone out of her way to make an effort as well--wearing her nicest leather jacket over a cute shirt with a white rabbit on it, pairing with ripped jeans and ankle boots, her eyeshadow smoked out and lips bright red.

Cute, cool, casual.

She hoped Lilia would think so too. Well, whenever he gets here.

Admittedly, Dylla had shown up much too early on account of her nerves--the people of Clock Town valued being punctual. But her concerns were starting to mount. Lilia hadn't responded to her texts all day, hadn't taken her calls. It wasn't like him, not at all.

I wonder if something happened. Or... is the date off? Is he calling it quits altogether?

She was tempted to nibble at her lower lip--a habit, "Like a blessed rabbit," her mother would say--but, knowing it might smudge her lipstick, refrained.

TROMP, TROMP, TROMP!!

A series of frantic footsteps came down the cobblestone street, swelling louder on the approach. Then came the shrill shriek of a police siren. And the call of her name.

"DYLLA!!"

A short figure, backlit by flashing red and blue lights, charged at her. The jacket that hung off his petite frame fluttered in the breeze.

"LILIA VANROUUUGE...!" a livid voice bellowed after him. A red-faced redhead leaned out of a police car, shaking a fist. "Come back here right this instant!! You have a sentence you've yet to serve!!"

"Wh-What’s going on…?!” Dylla demanded as the fae ran up to her.

"Drive!! Just drive!!" he urged her, magenta eyes wide with alarm. Lilia latched his arms around her waist and pressed himself to her back. "I'll explain later!!"

Dylla didn’t ask questions.

She turned her key in the ignition, sparking her magical wheel to life. Twisting the right handlebar--the throttle--Dylla pulled out in a burst of speed.

Frigid wind smacked them in the faces, blowing their hair back. The adrenaline hit, and Lilia so close to her, burning hot. The buzz of it, electrifying, reigniting her dampened spirit.

"Kufufu~ How delightful! I missed this feeling...!" Lilia chuckled. "It's like flying, but far closer to the ground than I am used to."

"Hahah, What kind of trouble did you get up to this time? Flying in a no-flight zone?" she asked, holding back a laugh. Dylla knew to keep her sights set on the road--especially when it was this dark--but she managed to meet his eyes in one of her bike's mirrors.

He pulled a silly face on her, sticking out his tongue and wiggling it. "Wouldn't you like to know? I'm sure I could enlighten you over dinner."

"If I didn't already have plans with you, I'd say it's a date." Dylla tossed a glance over her shoulder, squinting into the blaring lights. Crimson, cobalt, alternating. "First thing's first though, we'll have to shake them."

"Think you're up to the task? We're up against a formidable foe."

"Just watch me."

She threw a wicked grin and winked, revving her engine. It gave a monstrous roar that echoed deep, deep into the night. Lilia wondered if it the sound would slice space itself and reach Diasomnia too.

Together, they sped off to paint the town red.

Shouted when he first saw the transformation. It came out of nowhere so he didn't expect it at all. He nearly stabbed you from the shock but thankfully retracted his dagger as soon as he realized it was you.

Irritated that you’d hide something like this from him. He wanted a warning at least!

He scolds you for keeping it secret but soon enough he takes a moment to admire the sight before him.

You appear similar to a Dragonborn but with notable different features, something that brings that all too familiar smug look on his face.

It would be useful indeed to have some sort of Dragon companion accompany them on their journey against the absolute, a companion he’d love to make use of.

Eventually comes to find the new form endearing as long as your scales don't scratch his body or your firey breath doesn't ruin his perfect hair.

Did you accidentally use some sort of spell on yourself? He seriously can't tell.

Baffled once he realizes that you did in fact transform into a dragon that he's utterly speechless.

His speechlessness is soon followed by an array of questions that may or may not overwhelm you. He’s incredibly curious now, wondering how this all works.

Do you have fiery breath? Does the transformation hurt? Can you fly? Do you have heightened senses? He just has so many!

If you do manage to entertain each and every one of his questions, he’d be delighted, incredibly fascinated by this new form and all the features that come with it.

Would love to study it more once he has the chance, perhaps you both could learn new things from it that could give them a big advantage in the coming battles.

so guys 🙋🏻‍♀️🌸 i have finished the entire new quest at last and omg 👼🏼 like this was outstanding!! you see, what i really enjoy about star rail is that it gives me similar vibes to hi3 in terms of the darkness in the plot, since hi3 is my favorite hoyo game i always love seeing stuff from it or just similar instances. this entire quest gave me movie vibes, you were on edge the entire time and even during side quests you had to take, it was still very intense. it actually took me quite a bit to finish it of course since i'm someone who doesn't skip dialog, but it was so worth it and the best way to relax after a long day of moving my body 🩷 just laying in bed, playing while drinking tea!!

Gonna ramble about a movie I watched because it ended up far more interesting than I thought, and reminded me of a few things. It has some spoilers tho so (long ass post....)

Я убейся бля. It reminded me so much of dps. The scenes, the characters, legit everything with just a few changes here and there. I honestly just viewed Friedrich and Albrecht as best friends, but some people apparently see them as romantic interests, and honestly, I can't even argue with that. A few scenes felt like it. Still, no matter what your views on them are, it's still pretty devastating.

It also kinda hit close to home, which may be a weird thing to say for a film with nazis ☠️, BUT I meant specifically how the school and teachers acted and Friedrich's roommates. Obviously, it's not as comparable. Napolas were literally teaching teens to kill, but it reminded me just a tiny bit, k??? The strict ass teachers, and don't even get me started on the humiliating punishment. That one scene with the instructor and shit reminded me of my own teacher. Whenever we failed a test or quiz, he'd make us chew the paper and spit it out. We'd also get hit sometimes in front of everyone, among other things.

Another thing it reminded me was my friend. I think one of the main reasons I mainly viewed them as friends was because I might have been projecting from how much Albrecht reminded me of a friend lmfao. This shit is very personal but well whatever. It was mostly their personalities. He was also reserved, kinda soft spoken and quiet, like Albrecht. He had some family issues, mainly with his dad, and because of his personality, he wasn't severely bullied or anything, more like outcasted and ignored by the others. I was the only one he actually talked to casually without purpose, so I suppose being his only friend, I kinda influenced him too and vice versa (since it was also a pretty shitty time in my life where I was a bit stupid lol). He really stood with what he thought. Friedrich and Albrecht were like mirrors to me, almost. But unfortunately, too much alike. Due to some stuff happening, I also ended up losing him to suicide. I wasn't even able to attend his funeral, so the scene where Friedrich requested an obituary and they refused to give Albrecht a funeral in the school???? Ouch. And I also already felt a bit guilty with what happened, so when that fuck said the parents blamed Friedrich to be partially responsible for Albrecht's death, uhh, double ouch. It got me thinking a bit.

I'd be lying if I said I don't miss him bad, but shit, enough of that. I rambled about it wayy too much.

Yeah, this movie is great as hell. Not only is it a good film, but it'll probably hold an important place in my brain. I'm gonna think about this for the next week thx. Super cool movie. There should be more films where they allow guys to have more emotional relationships than just "oh, I'm super masculine. I don't care about others." Yeah, most of us are raised to be more emotionally reserved and probably cant be affectionate for shit with friends or let alone anyone, but don't lie when you say you haven't atleast had one friendship where you let go for once damn. "Bromance" or not, some ppl need to learn how to care. You can be masculine and still care for your friends deeply, ya know.

This movie might have some intentional or unintentional homoeroticism in it, but эххххх whatever.... Gay or not, we can all agree it's depressing in both ways someone can view it

Just on a rant here.

Love Eddie to bits, but let's be real here, Eddie and Shannon had flaws and big ones. They don't listen to each other well. Did they love each other? Yes they did, at what level, most probably platonically, in which they mayhaps confused it as in love, IN LOVE, not in love platonically.

I can see why Shannon would be the bad guy here, leaving her son at a young age, and never contacting them again. But Eddie did the same. He went and ran away into the Army. Which he said it himself. He disguised the run away ruse, with saying that he was doing this for them, since they need the money, which is true but also they could have talked about it as Shannon argued, he didn't.

I'm not saying that Eddie is at fault, what I'm saying is that both character are complicated, and yes I don't see where honestly Eddie's character writing is going (honestly I see him as a queer men at this point, because he has been into women for some time, that's just me tho, don't kill me)

I have a problem with people saying that Eddie didn't do anything wrong when he did. He ran away as much as Shannon did, and Shannon tried, which he didn't reciprocate. Again, at this point the both of them are 100% at fault, and the real victim here is their son. We don't have to get to that, but like, yeah, i don't like seeing people putting Eddie in this like oh he's the better person cause Shannon didn't call for 3 years bla bla bla, he's not, and that's the point of it, they were both human. With so many flaws trying their best.

I interpret Eddie saying that he's broken and where his letter was as a way to say that the love that he thought he had with Shannon was the same as what Shannon felt for Chris, a family. He probably felt that he didn't matter enough to Shannon to not have a letter, he probably thought he wasn't enough, something that he has felt throughout his life, probably stemmed from his family bond with his dad. Bet you, he felt the need to step up and get married to Shannon because that's what was he was taught by his dad, to step up, why he always follows his gut on what he believes is right. Which a 100% has a pro on his morality and beliefs, but also cons of course.

Shannon probably felt that way too about Eddie when he ran away to the army, never looking back. She was grieving for her mom, so i think she didn't really thought what Eddie was really going through in the War zone. She was also probably stressed and trying to figure out on taking care of Chris. So she couldn't see it. Eddie's scar and troubles from War and childhood.

To give an honest prediction for season 8, I feel like Eddie's about to go wild, either wilder than season 3 Eddie, or as wild as season 1 Buck 👀👀👀. Also I want to know what happens with Marisol?? Does her brother comes and like kicks Eddie's ass??? Or Marisol herself does lmao. Honestly, season 8 Eddie should be single and hot and healing 👀👀 and then last episode would be a nice segue way to him considering/finding out he's gay (maybe for Buck/or someone else, but maybe buck cause proximity and come on he's Buck, he has been with Eddie, For Eddie and always think that Eddie is Enough for himself and the people around him, so yeah Buck probably).

And Season 9 is the season he's like, damn Buck is hot, oh okay, yeah he is hot. Okay, I like him, maybe a little too much. Buck doesn't see it, but Bobby does, he's like are you okay Eddie?? You seem weird and he's like nah I'm good yeah. And he's leering at Buck, and Bobby is picking it up. And one time idk, Eddie starts to blurt out about how cool Buck is, Hen and Chim are normal about it, but Bobby, bobby sense it but he doesn't pressure it, he tells Athena but Athena's like, nah, I don't think so, isn't that just normal buck & Eddie. Bobby says no. It's not. Bobby observes, and he notices the yearning and lingering and small smile so he tells Eddie after the shift in the locker room. You need to tell the people you love, you love them, if not there not going to know Eddie. You know this better than anyone. And Eddie obviously in denial, saying yeah of course I say it to my son (he knows it's not about Chris).

And may I dare say something happens to Buck, cause the show writers loveeeeees to hurt Buck (I personally don't like this) or they are in trouble, and then he blurts to Buck that he loves him and caresses his cheeks (let me, the writer, die) and buck is like in shock. Yada yada yada they are safe and sound and it's awkward. Eddie goes home and starts questioning. He is in the kitchen cleaning on nothing, he just needs to do something cause he's worried and traumatic event happened, oh no, how is he suppose to sleep. He want to call Buck but after what he said, what is he suppose to do. He hears a knock at his back door, he opens it and lo and behold, it's not buck. Just kidding, it is. Cause I believe buck knows Eddie best, he knows when he needs to be there for him. So he comes in and have the awkward, are you okay? Are you good? Conversation. Dreaded conversation.

Oh about Tommy, let's be real, it was just a fling, just like his relationships before, he tries but it doesn't work out. Not how buck wants it anyways. He dates but it doesn't go as planned so by season 9 he is devastatingly single, hot, buff and buff as he can be 👀👀.

Anyways, they talked and hugged and Eddie is like about what I said... He stops cause he doesn't want to say he meant it in a bro way, cause let's be real WHO WOULD SAY THAT LOOKING SO LOVINGLY INTO SOMEONE'S EYES AND CHEEK CARESSING in a bro way, that's a little too much don't you think. He also doesn't want to admit it, not like he battled his feeling for months on end right?? He did, it was like and workout session non stop all day everyday for months, and when Bobby said what he said, he was taken aback and finally admitted it to himself.

But yeah, why admit right, anyways, they were hugging yeah, and Eddie almost blurted out don't think about it. But Buck cuts him off, about what you said, looks at him in the eye with THE SAME SAME LOVING EYES. (GOOD GOD I'M HAVING A CARDIACT ARREST, HELP ME, CPR ME STAT) and he says, I Love You Too Eddie, and holds Eddie's face. he kisses Eddie, ever so tenderly and lovingly cause let's be real, Eddie is lovely and amazing. He deserves the world and the world is Evan Buckley.

Eddie's in awe, cause excuse me?? What Am I suppose to do?? And Bucks jokingly says, also I'm saying that not in the bro way and chuckles, oh uh, we woo, Eddie is in love again oh noooooo.

And there in the kitchen looking at each other, near the sink and Chris walks in cause he is thirsty, it's almost like 2 am. He sees buck, buckk what are you doing here this late. And buck is like, ouh you know just talking to your dad, saying it so playfully and Eddie just looking at him eyes wide. And Chris walks out after talking a little with buck, and buck jokes do you think he saw and heard? And Eddie is like idk buck you think (Chris didn't btw, thank god cause honestly Eddie isn't ready for that, cause he's not out of the glass closet just yet). And that happens in the middle of the season. The rest of the season is just the secretly dating, and hanging out, they think that they are being slick, but people are noticing, Bobby, whew, he knows, cause he knows buck and Eddie, and they are weird, together this time. It's like they are lingering stares at each other and yearning stares at each other instead of, just one of them. It's kinda stuffy and god weird. Cause he's not use to it, secrets between them. Chim and Hen? They notice but it's more towards they kinda touchy aren't they (this is mostly Hen, cause Chim usually minds his own business) and then hen says, they look at each other a little too oggly eyes. And Chim notices, of course he tells maddie, and they discuss together, at dinner, family dinner with Karen and Hen. And they do a bet, Karen and chim bets against them, and maddie and hen bets that they are dating cause look at the facts right, oggly eyes, touchy, whispering, flirting?! I mean maddie points out, Buck probably has a crush oh Eddie since he met him.

So they observes but nothing conclusive. They try to pit Eddie and Buck, trying to figure out, which annoyed, the now back appointed captain Nash, yeah Gérard is gone, dusted, maybe died, heart attack cause the man's a dinosaur, they probs said something and he just gag, drop dead and dies, there was an investigation, but concluded he died of an heart attack yada2 sad episode. Done and dusted, got some power struggle with new appointed captain, but alas Bobby still got it back cause we love Bobby. They are family (In real life that'd be toxic)

Bobby got to know about the bet and joins, which of course he joins team Maddie and He, cause he notices more than them, cause he is the Bobby Nash, all seeing eyes for the group I'd say.

For the rest of the day, they are all figuring out are they dating or not, looking for signs, they are a little weird about it especially Hen and Chimney, cause why not, they are The Chaotic duo. They are asking interrogating Eddie while buck is away, Ravi's there and he is confuse, why are they so into his dating life, and God he almost blurted out something, but was cut off by Bobby cause trying not to lose the bet aight.

The whole episode is just them investigating and interrogating, it's stupid, chaotic and funny cause it's them, it's the 118 clique lmao.

Anyways, at the end of the episode, Ravi asks Bobby what that was all about, are you guys trying to figure who's he dating?, isn't it Buck, I saw them on a date the other day and kissing in the car was not stalking, was just there with friends. Bobby just looks at him and smile. They were on a date, at this point he wasn't thinking about the bet (okay maybe he was a little bit), he was just happy for them, finding joy in each other is so comforting and amazing, they both deserved it. He tells Ravi about the bet and ask him if he's joining. Of course Ravi does, Bobby says he'll split with him.

Anyways, I personally not sure how they find out, but they do. Okay maybe, they all hang out with each other after theit shift, and Eddie and Buck goes, hey we have something we need to tell you guys. And the announce it, they say, we are dating, together, been a while, almost 8 months now. And everybody looks at each other, cause remember the bet? Yeah, anyways. They all go from silent to omg, that's great!! Finally!! Omg. Congratulations was in order. They toast and everything, and then at the back Karen and Chim grimace cause they lost. And Maddie, Bobby and Hen won (and Ravi, but nobody knowss, he knows).

They ask Eddie, does Chris know? He doesn't, honesty they don't know how to say it to him, they don't want him to panic and get mad cause let's be real, a lot of Eddie's relationship ends, badly and everyone leaves, and Chris does not want that for Buck, buck can't leave, he promised him.

Anyways, they say the plan is to tell everyone in stages, first the 118 cause they don't think they can hide it, then close friends, then family, cause... Well families are a complicated bunch right, as well as Eddie's religious guilt. Anyways, its the second last episode, they are in the kitchen, cause why not, this is after they told Carla about their relationship cause Carla is like a family and close friend.

They are near the sink again, oh no, it's the sink and Buck has pinned Eddie near the sink, curse bucks height. They are kissing, just a little bit feverishly, cause Chris is in the house, they kinda forgot and Chris walks in on them, his glass falls to the ground and they look at him a little horrified. Cause not the best way to tell your child about your relationship. Chris dashes into his room. He is confuse, buck is his dad dearest friend, and they are kissing, he's not appalled to two men kissing, he's just a teenager trying to figure out what's going on. The last time it happened he thought his mom reappeared from the dead. And he's confuse again and angry cause he's confused. It's a whole thing, cause he is a teenager.

He starts to throw things in his room cause he is confused and angry and don't know where to put his feelings cause he is a teenager. Buck is calming Eddie down cause he's panicking, not again Eddie thought, he's going to leave me again. Then they hear scream and crashing, they quickly go to Chris's room it's locked, they bust it open and they Chris banging on his stuff angry. Eddie's heart is breaking because he can see himself in Chris and he doesn't want that. Like father like son, such loving and suffering.

Buck grabs Chris and hugs him and begs him to stop, seeing this Eddie goes to him and ask Chris to look at him and calm down, calm down Chris. Look at me please. You're okay, you're safe and Chris starts wailing and they both hugged him for the rest of the night.

The next day buck makes breakfast for them and talks to Eddie about what happened, he apologised, if he was more careful we could've avoided it. And Eddie says, no, we couldn't it's as much as you fault as it is mine. I mean we did predict this would happen right? God. It's so complicated. So buck suggested that they don't see each other for a little bit, we'll see each other at work, but i think Chris needs some time to process.

That's what they exactly do. Cause they love Chris. They meet each other outside, but it's not the same, they are worried. The last episode of season 9, Chris says to his dad, I want to see buck, can I go and meet buck. And Eddie says yes, of course you can buddy. When do you want to go? Can I see him tonight? Alone. Eddie looks at Chris, worried, but if that's what he wants then it's fine, it's buck, Chris loves buck. So of course it's fine. Okay, I'll call buck and tell him. You don't need to, I already called him. And silence. Okay Eddie says. He's hoping and praying to a God he knows is there that nothings going to happen.

Chris is at Bucks apartment, Carla sent him there cause Eddie took the shift that buck was suppose to be on. It's a little awkward, but this is Buck, he tries his best to make sure that Chris is having fun. Buck tries to get him to play a new game he knows Chris would like, they are sitting in bucks sofa that his mom bought for him. Buck, do you love my dad? Of course I do Chris, does my dad live you the same? Of course he does. Are you sure? Buck, i don't want you to leave. Ah, there it is. Buck puts down the game and looks at Chris. Chris, I promise you I wouldn't leave you okay. Even when you don't like my dad anymore, or when my dad doesn't like you anymore?

I won't Chris, even if we fight, I won't leave you, cause you're important to me too Chris, no matter what.

That's a promise?

Yes that is. Buck held his pinky out and intertwined it with Chris.

Alright. I just don't even know. I thought the pacing was marginally better here. Scenes flowed nicer. And I thought the dialogue wasn't so useless.

Literally right off the fucking BAT, the first words in the episode are percy explaining exactly what's going to happen, who crusty is, no shenanigans, no mystery, no fun villain scene, nothing. oh my FUCKING GOD, it's every good scene THEY RUIN IT its CRAZY. ACTUALLY CRAZY.

It's the same shit every episode. Oh, fun monster scene where the monster tries to trick them and the fight builds while we figure out who the monster is???? NOPE!!! it's actually complete bullshit. it's ridiculous. where's rick????

but yeah so when we first met, I initially wasn't really overly interested. I wasn't even uninterested though, I just kinda had other things on my mind and didn't know him that well. He wanted to meet up and I stood him up accidentally because I'm goofy and forget stuff, but I was also lowkey spooked that he might be creepy or something so I was hesitant to go meet him alone.

Anyway then he eventually came over to my place, and he just was soooo like- adoring?? It's like he looked at me as though I was the ideal woman, like beauty and sensuality incarnate; and one thing I'll say is even though he's annoying af he still views me in that way.

I'm ngl though, I kinda resent him for coming in so strong instead of being more natural about letting things unfold. It can feel nice but at the same time, it can make you feel like you don't reaally have much of a choice- like how are you going to look at this guy in your room proclaiming with puppy eyes that you're the most beautiful woman he's ever met and go '..eh, I'll think about it dawg' lmao. I mean of course you always have a choice, but it can be pretty overwhelming.

Digimon Data Squad (Savers) - Episode 48

Omg. That ending was actually kinda unhinged 😂 It started out extremely predictable but then they pulled that twist at the end and made things interesting. Appreciate that they tried something different!

This series was decent. At the end of the day I'm disappointed in how one note all of the characters became. It feels like Tohma was the only one who got significant development and the digimon-human relationships were hit or miss. I definitely prefer it to Frontier, but I'd rank it lower than the first 3 seasons.

It was a cool idea to have the lesser digivolutions in the final battle, if not just to see them again. Of course the child form is the one we're most attached to anyways.

The whole episode was like the opposite of that "facts don't care about your feelings" saying. It was all emotion over probability lol (or as an 80s ballad would say THE POWER OF LOVE!). It was cool to see a buncha side characters (and randos) awaken their digisouls. What does this mean lore-wise? No clue. It didn't happen for everyone I noticed...

So in total, Yggdrasill had like 5 forms. I want more context for that weird blue one that looks like an icicle. Was that piloting the spaceship looking form? Weird.

Yggdrasill's final form kinda looked like Millenniummon from the games. Also kinda looked like a delicious Gusher lmao

Of course Suguru is fine ("Yggdrasill brought me back to life") but wait, what about BanchouLeomon?? Screw him, I guess lol. (Or maybe they showed him and I blinked and missed it...)

I really liked the digimon standing up for themselves and their need to return home. I feel like that gave them more agency. It was interesting that they acknowledged the confusion of losing a God (like damn, that would be messed up). Masaru calling Agumon selfish for wanting to go home was pretty out of pocket, but I understand he didn't really mean it. (And Agumon did good sticking to his guns).

Gaomon wagging his tail and blushing when he served Tohma tea 😭 Too precious.

Yoshi and Lalamon never got enough screentime so I didn't really feel anything when they had their last hangout. Police!Yoshi was kinda cute.

Ikuto and Chika looked so adorable in their school uniforms 😭 Glad to see they became good friends.

Okay, THAT ENDING. It wasn't really the fact that Masaru goes to live in the digiworld, it was the fact that there was ZERO pushback whatsoever and Suguru immediately encouraged it loooool 😂 He could just be gone...forever!? There's a fine line between supportive and neglectful here. Just, amazing.

I like how Falcomon was like "Ikuto, you can't go back to the Digital World, your family was just reunited!" Meanwhile Masaru's family was literally just reunited too but oh well. (Different dynamic, I know).

Anyways, I think it's hilarious that this is the direction they took and I'm very happy for Masaru and Agumon. Let's hope Masaru becomes a legend and not terrorized by an angry God like his dad. (If I overthink things like food, shelter, and human socialization I'm gonna spiral so I won't).

act 3

i feel like i liked this act if i just. ignore everything closely related to the main plot LMAOOO

idk everything about natlan's main plot just feels very like. unfocused and wishy washy??? mavuika's plan sucks, capitano's plan sucks, the backup plan sucks, despite everything i'm not really feeling the urgency of the crisis either???

the writing in general just feels like they needed the plot to move in a certain direction but they didn't really know how to execute it so everything just feels half-assed

in short the plot sucks and they're just trying to cover it with spectacle

but i think i enjoyed act 3 just because i like the characters more in general. citlali was a pleasant surprise i quite like her so i didn't mind that it focused on her and ororon, unlike the everyone loves kachina nonsense we got in the first 2 acts

that being said ororon's whole thing for me was like... i can see the bones of an interesting character there but his reasoning/actions didn't really feel believable it was just convenient for the plot at the moment

his intended gap moe also didn't really work imo like it was oscillating too much between serious angst and the soft boy granny shit lol. the khaenrian possessing him for a sec was just so fucking random too

the whole infiltration scene with chasca and chuychu would have been good if we could actually.... play it.... it felt rather pointless otherwise. like we can run around as mavuika but not chasca???? it's not like we're doing anything with a kit here!!!!

i also really liked the sister dynamic between those two. chuychu should have been playable damn it and i feel like she would have been if not for. well. the next act

i can't say that act 4 redeemed the natlan archon quest, but it was significantly better than the previous 3 acts, specifically because of the invasion part

the circumstances that led to the fatui and us joining forces still feel silly and wishy washy to me but now that we're over that we can actually get to the meat of the plot

i'm still gonna shit on capitano being a goofy character for me but he was better in this act

the invasion part was by far my favorite, the map intel thing was an amazing mechanic. it had me super immersed AND emotionally invested - it was really cool being able to see who was doing what where, and each fight and update just got more and more distressing and heartbreaking

i kept harping in previous acts about how the stakes did not feel like they were there and how the abyss didn't really feel like a threat but they sure damn did here

one of the few instances it felt like genshin was really showing, not telling, and it worked

also fucked up that chuychu dying was necessary for chasca to awaken her ancient name they should have given her playable character plot armor

anyways the entire invasion arc was fun. i don't have much to say about it otherwise since it wasn't really a lot of plot just a lot of action.

i'm gonna be real with you all though i really don't care for mavuika she feels very nothingburger of a character to me. compared to the other archons she feels incredibly flat and one-dimensional even my goofy friend capitano over here is more interesting at the moment

that one shot of the false sky was hype though like GIRL WHAT THE FUCK IS THATTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT

Memes are meant to be funny, but every fandom just has some of those memes that completely mischaracterize a character and become really annoying? Like the Kakyoin memes from Jojo's Bizarre Adventure where the actual character gets overshadowed by an erroneous fanon that gets widely accepted.

Typhlosion is a cool Pokemon and one well-liked, but now all the meme pages are flooded with "Typhlosion beating the allegations" or "P. Diddy Typhlosion" or " Youtuber Typhlosion getting cancelled" and I'm just hoping this is a short-lived trend people tire of quickly.

Okay first of all I feel called out for the Kakyion meme thing, I was NOT expecting that to be referenced. Ow. Damn.

Second of all....yeah. Like for me, the whole thing makes me feel uncomfortable. Yes, I know that it's folklore! Yes I know that it's not even canon, so i'm not even gonna go like " hur-dur, I guess we know what they're called game FREAKS", cause I think that's fucking stupid. Still makes me uncomfy, which I don't think. Is bad????? I'm not a folklore person, but just from my barely passing knowledge of Greek Mythos, messed up shit ( by today's standards, I guess?), and it can be hard to really stomach ( I've seen people complain like " didn't we all learn about Greek mythology when we were younger, we should all know better" and. Lmao. No. Not everyone. That sounds pretty cool, but not everyone, stop assuming -). So like yes. It's folklore/ mythos that reflects how people saw pokemon back then. It's interesting! Also uncomfortable for me. And I think that's okay.

The thing is that this isn't really the first time human/pokemon relations have been alluded to in folklore or in written text before. And I think that's the key here. Before, these things were optional dialogue that you didn't even have to read. They were in a library,presented as folklore first, and that alone gives the player knowledge that what is being presented isn't exactly. Real. I mean it is in the sense that it's a story within the universe, but for the player it's just folklore. Even in PLA, which had the creepiest rendition of this with the froslass,still had proper set up for you to get to that point. The way we're even getting this information? From a fucking malicious hack, where misinformation is rampant and context is kinda out the window. We are pretty much thrown into this without warning, and it really shows! Because now people are annoying.

And like. I hate that Typhlosion is getting compared to real awful people. I hate that people are assuming the worst of the employees and devs. I hate that this is overshadowing the real issue of a lot of pokemon employees being doxxed, and their safety isn't secure. It really fucking sucks. Again, the whole thing just makes me uncomfortable, but like. I dunno, chill out guys. Please. Here's hoping it passes over quickly.

I made a post before, saying how I wish some things within the leak were kept hidden forever. It was mostly a reaction to my initial thoughts if the typhlosion and others leaks. But now, that changed to " I wish these were never revealed so pokemon fans can stop being annoying and weird". Sigh.....I feel really bad for typhlosion though. 6. what characters captured your heart? more than jily, because that's default, this year it was sirius! and regulus also.

10. what fic was the most satidfying to finish writing? egos practically wrote itself, especially the ending. that's a rare thing to happen, so i was v happy and satisfied about that. i hope it happens more in 2025.

11. what fic was the most difficult to write? for reasons both writing-related and personal-life-related, i really really trudged through the last two chapters of bad day wall. i surprised even myself when i managed to finish it.

12. what fic was the easiest to write? the entire concept for no questions asked appeared in my head slowly but surely for one of those prompt games i was sent this year. when i started writing it, it also just flowed on its own. compared to the other fics i wrote, it's more scenic and vibes-based and abrupt (much like one last), more like connected flashes of something instead of a whole laid out story, which is always the easiest to write. i really like that one. i wanna make more of it in the future.

i just found it funny that lily was saying "if it were me" without knowing it's ACTUALLY her like it was so amusing to write

james suddenly punctuating properly in "you wouldn't change your mind? ever? if it's you.' was deliberate, like, in my head, when he starts typing properly, it means he's talking about something he feels serious and deeply about. and i did this in the entire fic i think, like when he got a bit more serious and solemn, he stops writing like he's making a tumblr shitpost. whch he goes back to in "so much physics", hoping for cool and unfuckwithable, but the way lily says "such is love, i'm afraid" is like, it's corny, but it's true, and she believes in it, and they're both talking about something serious and true and validating each other's feelings but also through a fucking wall and they don't know each other and they don't know it's about each other sjhfdsidfj anyway i just love this bit from BDW personally.

"time and space and perspective" is also what happens in the next chapter, when they spend some time and space apart, james trying to move on in the beginning of summer and lily trying to build a little life post-moving out, and then new perspectives when they start spending summer together in the gryffin.

also james, a pureblood, being into and knowing enough about physics, a muggle thing, to make a reference, is really hot lmao, and also a reference to completely human james. there is a draft of that chapter where lily pauses to speculate that the stranger must be muggleborn because of the physics thing, but i couldn't put it in without getting too wordy and ruining the momentum of their conversation, so i just cut it. but yeah! james and physics. hot.

betty la fea: la historia continua episodes 5&6

Well that was a whole lot of...nothing. With how fun episodes 3&4 were, I was so optimistic about the rest of the show, but damn, they stomped out that hope REAL quick. I don't even know where to start lol, I guess at the beginning...

The opening scenes were so jarring? Firstly, this show LOVES cutting scenes in between entire fucking conversations so we get an awkward 5 second betty scene, then it goes straight to the walking through the jail scene that felt like it was supposed to be a dream, but we never got a "waking up to reality" scene, he was just IN JAIL LMAO like?? We went from confession, straight to jail? There wasn't even an ongoing investigation going on into what was happening at ecomoda or anything like that, so he just went to the nearest jail and said "i did a bad thing! guilty!" and into the slammer? IF WE HAD KNOWN WHAT WAS GOING ON AND THERE WERE AUTHORITIES ACTIVELY INVESTIGATING, IT WOULD MAKE SENSE. but nah, these writers hate explaining ANYTHING lmao. literally, it went: armando and mario nervous about betty finding out, betty becoming prez, armando and mario trying to hide the evidence with guttierez, betty finding out from hugo, confronting armando, him still not saying what happened, failing to fix it, then JAIL? PLEASEeeeeee

i'm finding that this show doesn't know what to do with betty. like, at all. with a show being named betty la fea, it sure doesn't look like it. poor betty only gets to look sad, or look mad 24/7. or if she's briefly happy, she then immediately has to get sad and/or mad. we get so little precious betty time as it is, i wish they would give her more to do! seeing her confront mario was cool in the previous episodes, betty always had a spine and defended herself, what happened to that! she just stands there silent and lets everyone make false accusations against her then walks away?!

i'm seeing a lot of "hugo is the villain again!!" ummmm??? hugo is the one actually helping the entire staff by letting them know what's going on and demanding justice??? everyone would lose their pensions if it wasn't for him, and if it was the real world, uh YEAH lawsuit bitch!!! after all the abuse they all took from armando, to learn that on top of that he stole their retirement funds? ELECTRIC CHAIR.

mila...sigh. i already said idk what to think of her character, we literally don't know a thing about her, but drinking and driving? gurl. armando is her father after all and we all know how he was about that shit, but damn. dont like that at all. her saying that shit to marcela was so out of line since she herself cried to marce about her being the only one who cares about her or w/e and the minute marce shows some parenting traits and worries over her she flips out and said now i know why my dad left you?! yeeesh. and she's obviously a TERRIBLE judge of character, wtf was there ever to see in ignacio? ewwwwwwww. that whole story line just fucking sucks. i dont care about him, even if they told us ANYTHING of what the fuck is going on with him, i just dont care. he's so boring and one note, if he takes down all of ecomoda with his pinky, i couldn't care less. the hacking stuff is stupid. "hackeado" is funny though lol. oh ALSO about mila, i totally expected betty to run into her at the jail and she bails her out and they have more of a bonding moment but nope!!! fuck any potential bonding moments i guess, or even sharing the screen together. could have been such a good "i always help the people i love even when they're doing something wrong" moment!! like a foreshadow for mila for when she finds betty's diary and finds out the truth (cuz of course she is)! please i beg, a scrap of foreshadowing!!!

patricia is a stepmom!!!!!!!!!! that made me laugh. and they hate her, omg that's so fucking funny. her sleeping with nicolas again tho, i'm half "why?" and half "i get it" cuz he's the only guy that's ever showed real feelings and respect for her, but it just happened so quick and we didnt really see it develop, they just hit it off again after 20 yrs lol? but the whole "secret tapes" montage was pretty good, that was a highlight for me.

so did nicolas stop working at ecomoda when betty left? did patricia barely get her position in the time betty left? marcela just works full time at ecomoda again, since before or after betty left?? hello??

the timeline still makes no sense, mila was gone 5 yrs, the armando marce kiss was 5 yrs ago, but armando was only president for 2 yrs? but betty left armando that night presumedly, so were they separated for that time until marcela waiting 3 yrs to demand betty be removed as president?????

nothing happened plot wise :( armando went to jail, everyone finds out and has a freak out, hacking and Mario was looking for some shit??? site character shenanigans, armando gets out. nothing happened!! two whole episodes wasted 😔 when you only have 10 episodes, everything needs to be important.
