I feel like Sirius Black would like be able to actually growl even when not in animagus form. Like i had a friend before who could literally just bare her teeth and make a noise in her throat that sounded exactly like a growl and I feel like Sirius would be able to do that. I personally can’t do it and it seems like some kinda of weird talent that you can either do or just can’t at all but i think Sirius absolutely would be able to and would growl at anybody at random times and whenever he wanted to avoid answering a question or something. It just feels like something he would do. He’d be like one of those adorable tiny dogs that growl to make themselves more intimidating but really it just makes him look funny and even more cute.
