"Getting together/first kiss/first time" 100%

Those are the absolute best because the unresolved tension of brief touches and glances that last a second too long, or the "Oh. Oh." realisations will always be absolutely unmatched.

"Established relationship" fics can never match "getting together" ones and I'll die on this hill☝🏻🗣

Just hell yeah, keep em tension and 'longings that drive him insane' coming🗣🗣���💯

And it's even more peak if the confession is made bc of alchocol. I'm a sucker for situations when one or both characters are either drunk or tipsy and that's what pushes their relationship further. Either "I'm drunk now and therefore bolder, so I'll just keep giving you compliments 'til you're a blushing mess" or "i was too drunk to care where I pass out yesterday, so now we're waking up in the same bed" type situations.

When I just started getting into Cherik, the first fics I devoured were "drunk confessions". If there are any new ones anyone could recommend w this tag, I'll be thankful🙌🏻
