Recently finally got myself a new mattress and, listen. I used to wake up every day feeling like my spine had been readjusted in unintended ways overnight. There was not a single day that I did not wake up with my back hurting like a bitch and needing to figure out how to breathe until I got things back in order.

Now? Nothing. Ever since I got my new mattress, I haven't woken up with back pain even a single time. This is bliss. It's miraculous. I'd been worried it wouldn't make a difference and that I'd wasted money on something that ends up being just as bad for me as what I already owned, but this is a life-changer.

I may still have other sleep/insomnia-related issues that need working on but I don't dread the actual action of going to bed anymore because once I sleep, I sleep like a baby, so this already feels like a massive improvement.
