You twist your hands with nervousness as you wait for Gavi in the corridor.

The whole stadium vibrates with the loud cheers of the fans, everyone is excited for tonight’s big game and you feel the same way, wishing Gavi’s team to win. You wait for your boyfriend to show up, wanting to wish him good luck before the game. 

And he finally appears, pulling you towards him for a hug, a huge grin decorating his face.

“Hey. Good luck, babe. I hope you guys win.” you say, kissing his cheek. Gavi’s arm suddenly tightens around you and as you struggle to pull away, you notice the sudden tense expression on his face as he looks to the front.

You turn your head, catching a glimpse of a tall man from the other team staring at you, more specifically at your lower back with a cocky smirk on his face.

Your eyes meet his for a second and he provocatively winks at you before turning around and walking away. 

That explains Gavi’s reaction. You hold back a sigh, knowing how riled up your boyfriend gets, especially during games. 

“Babe, just ignore him.” you mutter, placing a hand on Gavi’s arm. Your words don’t seem to convince him but he gives you a rushed kiss before leaving to join the other boys for the game. 

You only hope he doesn’t let jealousy get the best of him. 

The game is dominated by Barcelona, your boyfriend’s team clearly being the best and it shows as they’re the ones leading, marking several goals. 

Your hands constantly pick the material of your Barcelona’s number 30 jersey, the excitement and nervousness of the game giving you a hard time.

Especially when Gavi keeps committing fouls, all of them directed towards the player that had checked you out earlier. The referee keeps showing him yellow cards and you’re already dreading the moment Gavi gets a red card.

Just as that thought crosses your mind, whistles erupt wildly across the stadium with everyone pointing towards a commotion on the field. 

Your eyes widen with horror when you notice that Gavi is in the center of it, violently pushing the other player. Both teams and its players get in the middle, attempting to stop it, but they’re unable to prevent Gavi from punching him in the face. 

You gasp in horror, your heart crazily beating as the referee pulls out a red card, showing it towards Gavi. His face is contorted in an angry frown, face glistening with sweat.

He stomps the grass, leaving the field under intense boos. You hurry up leaving the stands, running towards the inside of the building. 

Once you get to the locker room, you push the door open. Inside Gavi is sitting on a stool, throwing his shirt to the floor with a violent movement. 

You hesitate for a moment, seeing him so angry but slowly take small steps towards him. 

“Hey, are you okay?” you whisper, letting your hand stroke his hair. His shoulders slump and he looks at you, fury and jealousy burning in his gaze. 

“He was fucking talking about you! Like you were a piece of meat, like you weren’t my girlfriend.” he growls, brown hair falling down to his eyes as he literally vibrates with anger.

You hold back a sigh, already knowing that the player only did so to upset Gavi. Everyone knows that your boyfriend easily loses his cool. 

“He did that to make you upset, Gavi. You shouldn’t have listened to him. Now you’ve got a red card.” you say with a sad smile. 

Gavi meets your eyes, intently looking at you, brows furrowed. 

“So I was just supposed to let him talk like that about you? That wasn’t gonna happen.” he blurts out, hand reaching to grab your own, pulling you against him.

He wraps his arms around your waist, face pressed against your stomach. You take the chance to keep touching his hair, massaging his scalp as he takes deep frustrated breaths. 

You're not sure how long you remain in this position, but Gavi eventually gets calmer, his breathing getting steady. 

“I just love you too much.” he quietly whispers, pushing his face upwards. You meet his stare, his beautiful brown eyes holding an array of emotions. 

“And I love you back.”

It's completely normal! In fact, your brain literally cannot tell the difference between fictional characters and real people, and seeing them paired with someone else evokes the same feelings of jealousy and heartbreak as someone actually cheating on you.

there's absolutely no wrong way to feel about your f/o (fictional other) and there's absolutely no wrong way to express that.

Here's a way I've learned to cope with other self ships, and things; it's like spiderverse, each person's head cannons/ship/insert/au/whatever creates a new reality for that universe, spawning new versions of the characters. Your f/o and this other person's ship aren't the same person, because in this universe (your au/self insert) they love YOU, nobody else.

Example, my small meme art for thesweaterrat, it was just my way of coping with the fact that we're both Donnie simps. They're different donnies; stylily, culturally and even in height

The point is, that in every other universe, your f/o is someone else, and in that 1/1000th chance, they found you. And that's absolutely beautiful

Pedri 

He knows you’re someone that enjoys staying home most times, not really being a very outgoing person and he’s more than fine with it. He usually doesn’t go out much either, you two keeping company to each other while watching a movie. 

But sometimes, when you’re forced to go out - to a Barcelona’s party or event to accompany your boyfriend, Pedri makes sure to keep tabs on you all night. He hates to leave you by yourself and always makes sure to check up on you, even if the other WAGS are there to keep you company. 

Pedri knows how stressful and socially awkward it can be for you and he tries his best to make sure that you’re doing alright and having fun. 

He always finds you, pressing a sweet kiss in your temple while asking into your ear if everything is fine and promising that you guys will leave as soon as he’s finished with whatever press/publicity he has to do. 

All the girls love to swoon over his actions, commenting how sweet Pedri is for always looking out for you while his teammates love to tease him about the whipped boyfriend he is. 

But in the end Pedri only cares about your well-being and as long as you’re fine, he’s happy.

Gavi has a bad temper, which is activated every time he reads all the negative comments you get online because you’re dating him.

All those nasty people that keep hitting your self-confidence, making you feel bad about yourself when in reality he’s the one who feels lucky to have you in his life. Your social media is often flooded by comments and messages telling you that you don’t deserve Gavi. 

It makes his blood boil to read them and he can’t stop himself from stalking all those accounts, blocking and reporting all of them, one by one. It’s his guilty pleasure, one that you don’t know about. 

It’s annoying and tiring to say the least, cause they always make new accounts but it’s worth it when you mention to him that occasionally the hate stops all of the sudden.

It always comes back, but he loves to retaliate against those people that are complete jerks to you and sometimes even exposes them by mentioning them in his own social media, making sure everyone knows what type of disgusting people are out there, hiding behind a screen. 

Plus, he also reports all the pervert male comments under the pictures you post ;) only this time, it’s because of jealousy. 

"Someone keeps reporting the hate accounts? Really, is that so? Wow, that's nice, right?"

João Félix

João’s life is quite busy and it’s very frustrating for him that he can’t always be there for you as much as he wants to because of all the practices, games and traveling. 

He constantly worries about something bad happening to you while he’s away and because of that, João insists on texting and calling you when he’s not around. 

He just wants to check if you got home safely, reminding you to lock the doors and windows at night, to make sure you activate the alarm system before you go to bed. 

If you don’t answer his calls or take too long texting back, he’ll get so anxious especially because he’s far away, unable to do anything in case there’s an emergency.

João will probably spam you a bit and if he’s feeling too uneasy, he might check the security cameras of the house to make sure you’re safe and sound. 

Sometimes you might get a bit annoyed at his protective side, but you never lash out on him, knowing that he gets afraid of the dangerous times we live in.

"Hey, are you okay? Okay, that's good. I just got a bit worried cause you didn't text me all day. Now that I know you're fine, I feel way better, babe."

caecilia: she's a pretty good liar. she's generally alright at putting up facades and lying to get information from people if necessary. a tell might be that she's, artificially, calm and collected when she's lying.

poppaea: she's a terrible liar. definitely the type of person where what they're thinking is always obvious on their face...

💥 COLLISON - what emotions do they have trouble dealing with?

caecilia: i think something she both experiences a lot and has trouble dealing with are conflicting emotions. she often feels torn between the person she is and the person she's 'supposed' to be, societally and all that. she's prone to mood swings and guilt from her conflicting feelings about the people around her.

poppaea: she has trouble with jealousy. both generally speaking in terms of others, but also in her relationship with martinus; although it's been on the backburner for a while by the time the story starts, it's hard for her to accept that he won't be faithful to her (this was pretty normal in roman marriages, since the husband generally wasn't expected to be faithful to the wife, but it bothered her a lot at first; though she tries not to become resentful, because what can you do?)

👪 FAMILY - what is their family like? what is your ocs relationship to them? does your oc have any siblings?

caecilia: caecilia's relationship with her family is pretty typical; she's had some conflicts, but it's generally positive. she does have some distance with them since she was married to lfc, because she doesn't feel like she can tell them about how she's kind of unhappy in her marriage, though. i haven't figured out yet who her parents were or if she has any siblings (difficulties with putting her into real family trees lol) so i can't say much about them...

poppaea: poppaea was raised by her father q. poppaeus from around age 7-8 onwards. poppaeus is... well. he's a lot... a very flamboyant character. but a good father nonetheless; she was pretty spoiled since she's his only child, and he loves her very much. martinus and her dad have business connections and are friends, so they were able to remain pretty close even after her marriage. her mother isn't really in the picture much, since she divorced poppaeus; their relationship was good while she was there, but it basically got totally cut off after the divorce.

💢 ANGER - what are some habits they have that will take some getting used to?

caecilia: honestly i don't think she's very obtrusive. probably the only thing like that is that she occasionally gets into bad moods and becomes unpleasant to be around, and that she sometimes self isolates a bit and doesn't care to be social.

poppaea: she's very talkative... very. she has a very bubbly and upbeat personality that a lot of people can find kind of tiresome.

🍧 SHAVED ICE - do they still have any objects from their childhood? what significance does it have to them? what would their reaction be if they lost it?

caecilia: i don't think she really would, at least not with her while she lives with lfc.

poppaea: she probably does. i'm not sure what exactly, but she seems like the type to keep sentimental objects around.

🍩 DONUT - favourite sweet treat?

caecilia: she doesn't really go in for sweets that much, but she might like dates or other fruits.

poppaea: she likes sweets a lot.. i think she would especially enjoy baked goods like cakes and such.

🌙 MOON - what is your oc's greatest wish? how far are they willing to go for it?

caecilia: her greatest wish for her life was to be married to someone who loves her and to have children. i think it's at least partly because these were the best options she could think of for the way her life could possibly turn out as a woman, but they're also sincere too. unfortunately she didn't really have much choice in the matter; she could have refused to marry lfc, but at the time when she met him before they were married, she liked him and thought everything would turn out well.

poppaea: i think she wants her sons to turn out well and to be successful. even though she's not always the best parent, she does really love them and she has high hopes for them; she just... doesn't really think about what to do for them, aside from getting the best people she can find to take care of them so she doesn't have to (which is understandable considering how many there are..)

🙊 SPEAK-NO-EVIL - what is something your oc will refuse to stay quiet about?

caecilia: any political news or anything remotely relevant she hears anywhere goes straight to lfc. their relationship may be complicated but she's always a reliable informer to him; his career is important for her place in society, too, after all.

poppaea: i can't really think of anything in particular for her honestly... she has trouble staying quiet about anything tbh. she'd be terrible at keeping secrets (not out of malice or anything, but just out of not thinking about what she's saying before she says it)...

🙉 HEAR-NO-EVIL - what is the worst thing your oc could hear from someone?

caecilia: not sure really... perhaps bad political news?

poppaea: if any of her family was in danger or ill or anything, maybe?

📖 OPEN BOOK - do they like reading? what's their favourite genre?

caecilia: she loves reading! she especially likes epics; she also likes elegiac poetry and epigrams too. she finds all lfc's philosophical stuff rather boring.

poppaea: she doesn't read much. it's not really something that interests her, and although she was educated well, it's just not very important to her.

✂️ SCISSORS - what is the "last straw" for them to cut someone out of their life? how easily do they let go of people?

caecilia: i don't think she's ever really cut anyone out of her life. she's unfortunately always kind of let people walk over her, and she tends to push her standards lower and lower until people can meet them.

poppaea: she's probably also not really had an occasion to cut anyone out of her life? but for her i do think she could do it if they did something which she truly just couldn't forgive.

🎭 MASKS - do they act differently around certain people? what's different between the way they act around friends, family, strangers, etc.?

caecilia: she does act somewhat different around different people; she's much more open and at ease around her close friends than she is around really anyone else. to her family she's become a bit distant, and to lfc she doesn't really open up, because there would be no point in it really.

poppaea: she doesn't really act different around different people. this can present a bit of a problem for her if she has to act more 'dignified' around important people; she kind of struggles with things like that, and is too forgetful and naturally... just herself to be able to modify her behavior for very long.

👑 CROWN - what does your oc want to be remembered as? why?

caecilia: caecilia thinks a lot about how she won't really be remembered as anything. it depresses her that she can't really have any great achievements to be remembered by, at this point in her life (and because she's a woman). i think she'd have trouble even imagining an ideal way to be remembered.

poppaea: i don't think she really thinks very much about how she'll be remembered. she certainly wouldn't want to be forgotten, but it's not something she would want to think about much. but ultimately i think she'd want to be remembered as someone who was happy and made others happy, and as a good wife and mother.

Tiffany: Kidding! I couldn't care less, and there's nothing you can do! Otherwise, I'll tell Roberto Ramirez that he's been lying to her, that he didn't tell her he was going to obey his daddy like a nice little puppet!

Lukas: *is left jaw dropped*

Tiffany: That's right! I know everything. But it can remain our secret, you know. You just have to do whatever I want, and to start with, I want you to be my Deputy Prince!

Lukas: You're out of your mind, Tiffany. You made your dad hurt my girlfriend!

Tiffany: I can have anything I want. Even you. Unless you'd rather I told the truth to Roberto Ramirez.

1- Yes, Rick fears death, but not for his own sake. He knows he's useful alive, specially to provide for those he loves. When he was near death, his dreams seemed to be his mind fighting about if either he should accept his death or not. He fights and does his best to run from his death, but the moment he sees the walkers will cross the bridge and hit Hilltop and his friends are about to risk their lives to save him (so one person or more could die trying to save Rick and that's something he doesn't want), Rick then turns the game upside down completely and walks towards his own death by shooting the bridge making it explode, so none of his friends die, saving Hilltop. He didn't die because Jadis was there but he definitely thought he would.

When Carl was about to be abused in front of him by the Claimers. (Probably Michonne and himself also would be but the first one would be Carl).

When the claimers entered the house he was resting in, he was weak and hurt and had to hide to escape.

When him and his group were about to have their throats slit at Terminus.

When Negan cornered the group and executed Abraham and Glenn.

When he woke up from coma and saw the world ruined and his family gone.

When he got shot before the outbreak.

At the CDC when he found out it would self destroy.

3- To take some cuter, lighter turn, what would annoy Rick, well, being poked, being laughed at, making stupid mistakes in front of others like tripping. He seems to be a very reserved guy, so I think being cat called or flirted by people he doesn't have intimacy with would annoy him a lot, specially if in the front of others, as well as being naked/half naked in front of anyone other than his partner. Rick hates feeling vulnerable in front of anyone and people mentioning any of the stated things above would annoy him as well, such as telling one time he did something embarrassing in front of others. He might take it lightly and laugh along depending of his mood, but naturally it's something that would annoy him.

4- Yes, I believe Rick is VERY prone to jealously. Because he wants to be your superman, you hero, your conqueror (just like the song). No, he won't admit that. He is possessive but more in the sense of protecting and less in the sense of owning. He will be jealous and suffer in silence while giving some endearing subtle signs he wants attention (or the will confront the third party that is receiving the attention he thinks he's supposed to get). Anyway, I don't think he's jealously toxic, he will just poke the person for some attention and if he never gets it he will just become more distant.

5- Rick is very good at lying. Besides being very intelligent, he has his police training to support him how to read people and understand their behavior. He's not just a great liar, he's also a great manipulator.

6- Rick is protective, but not OVER protective. Considering the world of the apocalypse, of course he will be extra careful about his son and the people he loves, but he isn't locking them in a room to keep them safe, he is teaching them how to fight and empowering them. Rick empowers the people he cares about, teach them how to survive, how to shoot, how to hide and behave, if the person is willing to listen to him. He gets mad and hates when they take unnecessary risk, but if the person shows Rick they're ready to fight, he will gladly fight by their side and help cover their back instead of having them not fight at all. Now, concerned, YES. Always, all the time, Rick is very concerned and fights himself a lot so he allows more freedom to his loved ones.
