"Hey pig, what are you reading?" Roy asked, to which Orson smiled and showed him the book page. "It's about today, which is Valentine's Day! A day to show that special someone how much you like them." The rooster scoffed at the idea turning away from him. "Hah, that sounds like a day for lovey dovey pansies! What a ridiculous thing to celebrate!" He laughed walking away while the pig raised an eyebrow before turning back to his book. "Still that does give me an idea!"

As Orson began to continue reading Wade ran over, like usual, in a blind panic, eventually crashing into him. "Ow! Oh sorry, Orson." The duck apologised standing up, while the pig dusted himself off. "It's okay, but what's got you so panicked?" Wade thought before resuming his previous state. "I was looking in the house and I saw heart decorations everywhere! I think it may be organ day! What if they try to steal my organs!?!" Wade was now clutching onto Orson's chest before putting on an apologetically nervous grin. "Well it's definitely not that, but it is a very important day. It's… (speel he also gave Roy)" as he explained, the duck started to nod along, before thanking him and walking away.

"Actually… Seeing as it's Valentine's Day, maybe I could work up the courage to ask him out!" Orson placed his book down and stood up, pointing a finger to the air resoundly. As he continued to march along to where he usually hung out he suddenly stopped dead in his tracks. "Well… I mean, maybe I shouldn't… what if he likes someone else, or someone beats me to it, or… wait I'm starting to sound like Wade! I should calm down, I'm sure it'll be fine." Yet as he came over he saw what he dreaded, as Roy was singing off key and Wade (covered in scratches) was holding a bouquet out to Daisy.

"I knew it…" Orson whispered to himself yet clearly not quite enough as the others still heard him. "Daisy, Daisy, give me your answ- Hey! What are you doing here!?" Roy asked pointing a finger at Wade, "And why are you covered in scratches?" Wade looked down sheepishly, "W-Well… I fell into a rose bush…" Daisy cocked an eyebrow concerned "But those are daisies? Anyways why are you guys all here, doing all this?" Orson laughed nervously scratching the back of his neck, "I think I may have started all of this… I guess what we really want to know however is…" Orson gulped as he smiled and turned "I like all of you," he turned back his ears going down a little, "If that's okay…" They all nodded a little flustered as he giggled, and thus started the wonderful barnyard polycule.
