(OOC) I noticed that a lot of people in the IDV askblogs community had a hard time showing more about their characters and their lore....So, i decided to do this little askgame to help! :)

• For survivors

🕵️ Role || What is their in-game role? (Kiter, decoder, rescuer, assist)

💉 Syringe || Do they tend to help their teammates in matches, or do they value their own safety more?

🤕 Injury || How much do they tend to get hurt in matches?

🔥 Fire || What is their opinion on hunters? Do they hate all of them or they understand that each one has their own reason to be in the game?

🤝 Friendship || Are they friends with any other survivor? Who?

👿 Enemies || Do they hate any other survivor? Who?

🩰 Shoes || What are their abilities in-game? And how do they help them or their teammates?

🥊 Fight || When someone messes up something in the match, do they tend to fight this person or they let it go?

💌 Letter || What made they go to the manor? Do they regret their decision?

😡 Rage || Who is the hunter that they hate going agaisnt the most? Why?

😰 Fear || Are they afraid of the hunters? How much?

😈 Traitor || Would they team up with the hunter if this meant they would get out of the match ok?

🏃 Running || Do they like kiting? Or they prefer to hide from the hunter during the whole match?

• For hunters

👻 Ghost || Are they dead? If so, how did they die?

🔪 Knife || What is their weapon? Do they find it effective?

💭 Reason || Are they in the manor for revenge? Or for something else?

🩸 Blood || Are they merciful with the survivors? Or do they enjoy hunting them?

🧤 Gloves || What are their abilities in-game? How much do they think these abilities help them in matches?

🤗 Hug || Are they friends with any other hunter in the manor?

🤬 Displeasure || Is there any other hunter they hate? Who?

🤔 Opinion || What is their opinion about most of the survivors?

11. give us an excerpt of your current WIP!

eren never has much time to think. everything that’s thrown his way happens so rapidly, always in quick succession. he went from wishing something exciting would happen in his mundane life to witnessing his mother being eaten. he fell down into the gullet of a titan and was reborn with a vengeance as the one thing he swore to destroy. suddenly he was staring down angry faces and gleaming canons to encasing his friends in a skeleton of his own design. he— you get the idea. if there’s no rest for the wicked, then eren’s one evil bastard.

here she is 😫 it’s from something super short and sweet that i plan on posting mmmmmmm sometime this week i think 🤔

1. where does your literary inspiration come from? do you have a favorite writer/writing style that you learn from?

i think i’m inspired a lot by music and tv but also by content around here!! i don’t have a strict favorite writer per say since there’s so many good ones (i rb the ones i Really like) but my favorite writing style is the super descriptive one that focuses on the inner workings of the character’s and reader’s minds, it feels like i’m really there..

2. what kind of music do you listen to while writing?

it all depends on what exactly i’m writing! if i’m writing angst i listen to sadder, slower songs.. if i’m writing fluff i listen to lovey dovey songs.. i mainly keep r&b or lo-fi going in the background bc if i play rap i’ll get way too distracted and jam out the rest of the night 😭

4. least favorite thing (dialogue, description, etc.) to write?

the ending.... i always struggle with endings, and sometimes i feel like they’re a bit abrupt and awkward, but i’m getting better at them! (i think 😓)

12. is there something you plan to write, but aren’t confident enough to start?

yes actually 😖 i have two mini-series for two different characters in mind!! i’m really excited about them ofc but i’m nervous since they’ll b my first series and i’d hate to ditch em halfway or lose motivation 🥲 i also still have to brush up on how one of them is characterized.... so much to do

15. how would you describe your style?

omg this is a good question.... ig i could call it like.. casual? easy-going? it’s not like pretentious or anything i just be writing and posting 😭 ig also descriptive

28. How do you deal with writing pressure (ie: pressure to update, negative comments, deadlines, etc)?

okay so i don’t get like negative comments or anything and i’m not like in a group where there’s deadlines so thankfully i don’t have to worry about that. i sometimes worry that i talk too much instead of posting content but i see everyone else doing whatever they wanna do so that pushed me to do the same,,,, i remind myself that this is a hobby and that my writing spark comes and goes, and that there r really grateful ppl that don’t mind if a writer posts once in a blue moon so... :) i just try to stay positive about it all ig

26. What’s your biggest distraction when writing?

my phone 😐 i write pretty much everything in my tumblr drafts (ghetto i know) and even though i keep my phone on dnd i always go “omg what’s happening on ig” or “ooo let’s see what twitter is talking about” or “online shopping time!!!!” i think the longest i can go strictly writing and not stopping is probably like 45 mins until my brain gets bored 💀💀

31. Of the characters you write for, which is your favorite? Has that choice been swayed at all by your followers/readers’ reactions to certain ones?

eren yeager is definitely my top fav, i started this blog to write for him,,, oddly enough he is one of, if not the, biggest comfort character i have 🥺☹️ i think majority of my followers are here for eren/aot and those posts do better than my yuuji ones so that kinda factors into who i assign all my ideas to, but eren is still my favorite/the easiest person to write for :)
