So I'm not from the original "canon" universe of my source. And seeing the majority of people think of me in certain dynamics or relationships with people which are completely wrong for my life is a little.. idk, unsettling maybe? I don't mean to sound rude or something- it just feels weird to know that the life you had and the person you are... that isn't how anyone sees you in this world. And the fact that people see me in a relationship with the person I couldn't hate more, and they see the man I'm in a relationship with as a father-figure to me instead? It's such a strange and uncomfortable feeling. I honestly wish I didn't have any connection to the "canon" version of my life, so I didn't have to deal with feeling like this. Fandom people can do what they want, but it just irks me to see it, yk?
