PREFERRED COMMUNICATION: Tumblr works just fine for me ♡ I tend to feel overwhelmed when I have a bajillion Discord notifications so I honestly fall off from it after a while before I gather the spoons enough to go back and respond to people proper. On tumblr, at least it feels like I'm sitting down at the office and getting ready to work on stuff, and therefore, the ton of messages just feels natural to have waiting for me here pfft~

EXPERIENCE: I've been writing on tumblr since 2014! Prior to that, I was roleplaying on Facebook since... 2011 ?? And prior to that, it was MSN, text message, and notebook roleplays between my friends and I throughout high school!

PREFERRED ROLEPLAY TYPE: I enjoy the slice of life sorta roleplays. The things we don't usually get to see in a character's life because we're too busy following the main plot. Of course, I also do ADORE me a good mystery/deep plot to follow! Honestly, just give me a balance of interactions for our characters, and I'll be heaven ♡

PET PEEVES & DEALBREAKERS:

When people don't read my muse's info and push on to assume things via their own interpretations or strictly canon interpretations. I had someone praise how much they adored my Hero of Time characterization and wanted to write with me so badly-- really hyped me up, y'know? So I happily obliged because I also really liked their take on their character after I read up on their stuff, and I was incredibly flattered by how much they liked my muse! They immediately showed me how they read not a single thing about my muse through the first response c': I soft blocked real quick and moved on. Another one had even assumed my muse was a child because my blog's title was "Child of Farore", despite his bio clearly reading 20 years of age LOL

People who constantly post OOC about how "no one likes them" or "no one wants to write with them". Look... I get it... it can feel isolating sometimes... but perhaps the reason people are avoiding you is because you keep bringing the mood down? Listen, I'm not specifically talking about the feeling of feeling down and alone every now and then. I'm talking about the specific types of people who weaponize this feeling. Because they're the types that, even when you shower them with activity and interactions, they still will post these things the moment you start lagging behind on replies. Or! If you show interest in another blog and have a lull in activity with them. They'll immediately post about how people are abandoning them. It's so... no thank you. It's okay to post here and there about a lack of activity, but don't blame other people or demonizing them for it. Interactions go both ways, and honestly, if it's such a trend that people tend to avoid you? Maybe the problem... is you? Speaking of insane activity standards, that brings me to my last one:

People who hold your activity hostage as a measure of your worth as a roleplayer. Even if they don't actively say it, these are the people who immediately unfollow you the moment you're inactive for like... a week? A month at most, and they'll constantly message you with "I replied btw" or "Hey how have you been? Did you see my reply?" and my favorite "-insert link to their reply here- In case you didn't see it" and then nothing else. Not a "Hope you're doing okay!" or "Hope you're having a nice day!". It's a huge turn off and absolutely decimates my will to respond. We're here to have fun, not to feel like it's a 9-5 job. I just wanna be silly with my characters and shove them at others to see what'll happen, not feel anxious and scared over whether or not someone is happy with my response speed and activity.

PLOTS OR MEMES: I adore coming up with a general plot to work around! Memes are still fun and handy to have when you don't know what sort of plot would work, or when you don't have an idea at the moment. But still... ask any of my writing partners, the moment the question of plots come up, I am sometimes spitting out entire chronicles complete with plot twists, climax points, and bumps along the road. It's just super fun c':

LONG REPLIES OR SHORT REPLIES: This is very much dependent on my motivation and energy... sometimes I can hit you with 10+ paragraphs... and sometimes I can barely type 2 sentences :'D I would prefer to do long replies, but sometimes... sometimes... I just wanna throw a few words out and call it a job well done LOL

BEST TIME TO WRITE: The only time I really have to write, is late at night after work, and by then? My brain is so tired and I am so drained that I struggle to do much of anything that requires thinking. I think I used to be super active sometime around midday? Back in the day, at least. Now, I'm still searching for that peak hour when my brain wants to pour out words. Mornings seem appealing... I miss early mornings c':

ARE YOU LIKE YOUR MUSES: There are aspects of me in every single one of my muses, but we're not exactly a 1:1 to each other, y'know? There are things some muses do that make me want to punch a wall LOL and others that I would only dream to be capable of doing so easily. So... yes and no...? c':

I am taking a chance in bringing her outside of that circle, so please be patient with me and her. Name: Evanthia Sephades Date of Birth / Age: Spring time / 100s Gender: Female (she/her) Species: Goddess Orientation: Pansexual / Panromantic Face Claim: Freya Tingley

Evanthia is the daughter of Hades and Persephone. She was born in Spring, not long after her mother returned to Earth but grew up in the Underworld, spending the autumn and winters months with both of her parents - otherwise she was raised by Hades while Persephone reigned on Earth.

Evanthia is a young goddess compared to others and hasn't quite yet found her own domain to rule over. Her powers are a mixture of her parents; she can create and control fire to an extent as well as grow flora at will. She is a rather shy and meek person, she hasn't had a lot of social interaction outside of few within the Underworld, her father protective (perhaps overly) of her.

It is only recently within the last five to ten years that she has walked the Earth on her own, wearing down her father's will enough to allow her to leave the Underworld without supervision (or so she believes).

Evanthia is a virgin. She's never had a serious relationship and has not truly experienced what it means to be in love. She's a bit naive, innocent, and impressionable. Despite her initial meekness, once she opens up with comfort she's very bubbly, out-going, and cheerful. Death isn't a rare concept to her, she understands the importance death has to the balance of the universe and how truly neutral the concept is. However, she hasn't experienced any event that could be traumatic and/or damaging so much so that it changes a person (mun note: aka she hasn't been broken with incredible angst yet, someone help me give this to her).

Her last name is one she gave to herself when she arrived on Earth, combining the names of her parents (after some attempts) to make it work.

Hihi! Random anon with a random question! What are two things that makes Thancred happy? Name one that's serious and one that might seem a little silly to other people!

Truthfully, with all honesty, his companions, of course. The Scions have become something of a family to him, and so all it takes to pick himself back up is a few moments in their presence. He regains all strength needed to carry on to the next task, knowing he presses on for them.

It's not necessary to specifically mention, but a mention all the same-- Minfilia was his whole world, and after losing her but gaining Ryne, instead, she, too, became the subject of his love and devotion. One may jokingly say that his dedication to her would put any lady in a fit of jealousy, for his daughter-figure comes first and foremost.

Now, something that one might consider silly to others... The stars. In quiet moments, when he feels far away from the ones he loves most, just gazing at the stars makes him feel a little bit more closer to them. It's CHILDISH, one might say, but hey. No harm in a little stargazing to ease the soul.

All in all, both things relate to his found family, so perhaps both could be really considered as one thing... so as an extra, I'll also mention... a GOOD BOOK. A tale. A story. A good fictional adventure. Something to get his mind off the current and very real stressors of the world. He won't share that information with many, however, never having been one of the scholars during his time becoming an archon.

📱 : How full is your character’s Pokedex?

When Sylvia first began her journey, she had a normal Pokedex like any other Pokemon Trainer. Since the first-ever digital Pokedex was created in the Kanto, Sylvia and her siblings were handed imports from that region, all save for Lucas, who was given a modified version handmade by Professor Rowan. Since Lucas aimed to be a Pokemon Professor--and potentially Professor Rowan's successor--he was given favorable treatment as well as special assignments to complete over the course of their adventure through Sinnoh (keep in mind, Sylvia began her journey at relatively the same time as Ash did).

Over time, Sylvia began using her Pokedex more and more, as she got more curious about Pokemon, and practically absorbed information about them like a sponge, to the point that her basic model Pokedex became almost obsolete halfway through her adventure through Sinnoh. She requested a version similar to Lucas's, which allowed for more functions, such as journaling, creating new entries, taking photos, and reading TMs. Using that, she was able to document information she learned by observing Pokemon in the wild, even without catching a vast majority of them.

Since Sylvia's Pokedex is an unusual model from that point forward, constantly getting updated and upgraded, she often ended up maxing out the data storage on it and sending it to her personal computer to filter through the personal and professional mess later. Though it's not "full" in the same way other Trainers' Pokedexes are, Sylvia's is by far one of the fullest Pokedexes in the entire Pokemon world simply because of how much she records on a daily basis. A lot of the time, she doesn't even feel like using her Pokedex, though, so roughly only half of what she learns is digitally saved, while the other half is scrawled into hundreds of notebooks stacked and collecting dust at home. Her bedroom in Sandgem Town may as well be a pastel library of personal information and Pokemon data collections.

[Chilchuck Tims x Bard!reader]

Being the bard of the group was rather hard. Why? Well, writing songs and seeing if they ended up sounding good wasn't easy. (y/n) needed a lot of creativity for that. Luckily for them, they had a source for it: Chilchuck.

Yes, that guy in their group everyone treated like a child sometimes just because of his height. And while it was very adorable, yes, (y/n) saw a lot of depth in his personality.

Tonight they had decided to stay up, which many might say was not a good idea considering the fact they were exploring a dungeon. But they didn't care, they wanted to write, to compose something new.

And so they stared at the sheet of paper in front of them, their instrument by their side as they sat away from the fire so as to not bother or wake up the rest.

Entranced in their thoughts, they didn't notice when Chilchuck stirred in his bedroll to then wake up with a huff at the inability of going back to sleep, sitting up and looking at the fire that had not gone out yet.

That's when with his amplified hearing, he heard the sound of a pen writing down on a paper.

He looked behind him and found (y/n), sitting rather far from them. When had they woken up? Or had they not been able to sleep at all? What were they writing that was so important at this time?

All those questions filled his head as he got up slowly, trying to not make much noise for everyone's sake.

(y/n) raised their head at the sound of rustling and found their muse, standing up and looking at them, now approaching. He rubbed the sleep off of his eyes as he walked to them and sat by their side. —What are you doing up so late?— His groggy voice asked softly.

—I'm trying to write a song, or to at least think of a new melody, but I can't seem to come up with anything— they said as they looked at him, noticing a sleepy smile.

Chilchuck sighed, looking at the rest of the party, all in a deep sleep. —Well I can't seem to fall sleep anymore, I'm really not comfortable with how hard the floor feels today. Mind if I stay up with you?— He took a quick peek at the paper, but saw nothing written. They really had some artistic block, huh?

(y/n) smiled at their question, excited to finally have spend some peaceful time alone with him— Not at all, you might help inspire my new song in fact— they winked, and Chilchuck felt his heart leap in his chest at the gesture. He really hoped the darkness of the night helped hide the embarrassment in his face. It was a simple wink, what was wrong with him? he thought, shaking his head.

He chuckled softly, his gaze moving away from them for a moment in embarrassment— Don't say those things— he rubbed the back of his neck— thank you though, it's... flattering— he admitted with a sheepish smile.

—In fact, you've always been my inspiration. I'm not gonna lie to you— God his heart was about to stop. Had he heard them right? What did that even mean?

—I have?— He didn't know how to ask without looking too excited about it.

—Of course, you're practically my muse— they noticed him staring with slightly wide eyes at their sudden confession.— I don't know but– you just have something that always makes me stare and it makes the inspiration bubble up inside of me— okay today was definitely going to be his funeral. Chilchuck swallowed harshly, a blush definitely burning bright on his cheeks as he kept silent, his brain failing to come up with an answer.

He watched them suddenly gasp and start to write down something on the paper that rested on their thighs. (y/n) mumbled to themselves as they kept writing, a sudden urge of inspiration rushing through them.

They look up again quickly at him, a light in their eyes.— Ah– I almost forgot to thank you.— they smiled at him with sincerity and gave his hand a quick squeeze, at which he just nodded, humming in response as they watched them write down their ideas, praying to whatever deity was out there to make his blush go away.

He would've never guessed he was helpful in more ways than just picking locks and finding traps. But thanks to them, now he knows he is, for (y/n) at least, a source of inspiration. And their heart swelled with emotion and pride at that.
