After re-reading volume seven

I was so entertained by Chil's deductions and Laios's vast knowledge and curiosity to get to the bottom of Senshi's situation.

They're both so intelligent in their own niches.

And with different personalities and beliefs.

Chilchuck being a more cold, realistic, strategic and rational person, with the slogan: "The world is a fucked up place, Laios and there's nothing we can do about it."

While Laios's being rational as well, he's also more creative, optimistic, curious, (not saying that Chilchuck isn't curious/passionate about it, I just think that Chil would be more focused on solving cases and getting justice, while for Laios's it's the same, but he's more encouraged to do so in order to satiate this curiosity lol) type of detective!

If we're speaking about a Modern AU

I don't believe they would work with the police. Chilchuck would have his own business, that people would look for whenever the police doesn't do shit to help.

Maybe while they are trying to solve the case of Falin's missing, they take other jobs in other to still get payed, but also to help people of course.

And in case they need to fight, Chilchuck has his trusty gun AAAND his beloved Swiss Army Knife that has 30 gadgets (it was an anniversary gift from his ex wife)

Laios has a gun as well but my man can beat anyone's ass. I mean, have you seen him??
