I don't think they are the same gods, but it's like coins. The two sides aren't identical, actually they are very different and coexist, but are made from the same material and are from the same coin. You can't deny that is they're from one single coin, but you have to keep in mind the meaning and the information of the two sides are different. If you don't pay attention you won't even get to think about it because one dollar coin is one dollar coin, but are two different images with two different meanings with two different historical contexts. I don't know if it makes sense

hiii !! i personally think that it could be Hekate or Persephone. if it's not one of them, i'd say it's for sure a cthonic deity!!

the devil is a card that frequently appear on readings to talk about things that make us stop on the time and sometimes don't let us be ourselves, like vices and controlling people, for exemple. one of Hekate's epithets is Meisoponeros, " hater of vices " and she's a deity that frequently is there to help people to free themselves of the type of things this card talks about. Lady Persephone in the myths chose eat the pomegranate and become the Queen of the Underworld. but she also established the rules that say she would spend half of the year in the Underworld and and the other year with her family, some people relate it to the archetype of the devil ! both of them have the epithet Brimo, " the terrible, the destructive " that kinda reflects the first impression this cards makes in everyone. also both were demonized after the ascension of the christianism.

the three of cups, first of all, is a card that i associate a lot with Hekate because she frequently show up with this card when i do a reading. also this card is about celebration, and while Persephone was associated with the abundance of the harvesting !! and Hekate was said to be a protector of the families and marginalised people and the deipnon was a monthly holiday that united people in their homes for honour her and other gods like Hestia, Zeus, etc.

i was going to talk about the others but this is too long lmao, if there's some specific you want me to explain i can try !! also now that i finished i started to think it could also be Hades, anyways, i think it's 100% a cthonic deity and i'd recommend do an analysis card by card, notice the colours, the numbers, simple details of the illustration because it can make you notice something you didn't at the start. also please don't take nothing i am saying as the absolute truth because i'm still learning as everyone is ♡

maybe this look weird but have somebody tried uno cards for divination? for me it makes a lot of sense but at the same time so weird

like, uno has cards with numbers, colors and some other symbols. each color have a meaning and same for the numbers, starting with it we already have how to make a little interpretation. the other cards like +2 and +4 idk but i can think about the possible meanings of the multicolor, reverse, block etc. just don't know how to write it

i'm goth and a little bit (to not say absolutely) obssessed with vampires!! my upg alwayd have been Lady Hecate likes bat and vampire related things, i was reading about the origin of the myth of the vampire and remembered that She is, actually, related with one myth that some historians believe have inspired the vampires, the empousai!
