At this point i just live and breathe drama behind the scene pictures, especially The Untamed since they are so funny- It's chaotic. How on earth did they manage to film it in time?

All jokes aside, the whole cast is just amazingly talented and it's a shame that aside from Xiao Zhan and Wang Yibo, no one else has really "skyrocketed". There are so many talented people who deserve better roles, leading roles even.

The more I think about arcane S2, the more I wanna say "screw you S2 writers!!" Someone on Bilibili was so frustrated they emailed one of the key writers of season 1, who basically said most of the talented writers from s1 left S2. This leaves S2 a hollow shell that's drifted away from the original "letting the character core/personality/behaviour drive the plot". Hell, the s1 writer himself hasn't even watched s2.

I love arcane, even got the artifact edition and everything, but S2 is overrated & a disappointment to S1, the forever goat. Butchered characters, rushed content... Sigh.

How it feels like for an entire season 1 of Sisterhood reduced and wasted to this:

It's like Jinx and Vi are completely 2 different people. Even before S2 got released the fact that Linke kept calling Jinx a "monster" (his scripts for s1 were rejected, btw; but this seeped into s2ep1 when Vi just reduced her sis to a "monster she created" without finding out more about her sister's condition. Like after 7 years.) when the real talented writers spent all that effort to create characters that are truly beloved for their contradictory nature (in which Jinx is clearly not just a surface level understanding of a "monster"), his off description of their relationship ("in s2 Vi has always been telling Powder what to do, blabla).. just shows his misunderstanding. Christian, have you even understood S1??? It's like S2 is a sad fan fic..
