I had the amazing opportunity to go to Seoul K-medi Center and visit the herbal medicine complex and the cultural experience facility. I went to this relief institution and I was offered a foot bath, and a thermo-massage for my back, hands and feet. At the 2nd floor of the facility I could experience the foot bath with herbs. Located outside it gives you an amazing feeling of relief and relaxation. Then, at the 3rd floor, at the Bojewon I had the privilege to go to the K-medi Experience Room and get a thermo-massage. The first one, was on a traditional bed for my back, the second was for my hands and lastly for my feet. This gave my body the healing it was so long waiting for. Seoul K-medi Center is located at Seoul Yangnyeong Market, Korea’s distribution center for Oriental medicine and promotes the excellence and safety of traditional K-medi through exhibitions and experiences of various themes. Welcome to the Seoul K-Medi Center - where you can learn all about traditional Korean medicine 🤩 This new stunning cultural and educational complex is the perfect place for you to both learn and experience Korean medicine - something I myself have been learning about even more recently ❤️ This place has so much to offer - from cafe to experience rooms to museum… Today we got to: make our own foot bath salt using traditional herbs to promote skin health and relaxation enjoyed 20min of foot bath while soaking in the views from the second floor visited Bojewon - experience room and clinic trying out massage beds, hand and foot massage packs and devices learned about the history of Korean medicine and the endless variety of herbs in the Seoul Yangyeongsi Herb Medicine Museum and that’s not even the end of what too can experience there 🥰 This place is really worth visiting, we had such a fun time and I certainly think the Korean traditional medicine can be beneficial to anyone and this place lets you know all about its possibilities 😍 What would you like to try first? I must say these sticky rice cakes with red beans paste i.e찹쌀떡 are the most delicious ones I have ever tried in Korea. And they are so big that you can totally count them as your 1 complete meal. On 21st August qe had the great opportunity to visit K-Medi Center in Seoul with the help of Allimi program. Before experiencing the traditional foot bath and massage we could visit the museum. The traditional medicine museum is amazing. It let's you learn a little about the old times, while introducing you natural benefits for your body that you can apply even now.
