Summary:

Sha Wujing was sent to a mental hospital as a mental patient, while the monk Tang was taken in by Xiao Yao. After trying hard to escape from the mental hospital, the monk Sha met the robber Tang San who was wanted by the police. sssssssssssssssssさ、最高だった。(◎_◎;)まじで最高だった。全力とか全身全霊とか限界突破てきな前時代的な感覚…じつは好きなんだきっと。 井上雄彦絵がUMEEEEEEE 新たに書き起こされたシーンが井上雄彦の漫画で脳内変換されて見えててこれ、書下ろしなのか？読んだことあるのか？わけが分からなくなりました だって、漫画と間が一緒なんだもん…　こんなアニメ見たことない 細部までのこだわりがイカしすぎててもうむしろ恐しくなって震えた リメイクってこうするんだ… ソータ兄ちゃん（格好良すぎる小学生）リアル沖縄の不良感（成長した姿が思い浮かぶ）だったですね、井上雄彦を感じます 　 大黒摩季あなただけ見つめてるの「ちんちんもみもみ」で会場の皆で笑うのしたかったなーとか思っててチケットとってからZARDと一緒にところかまわず歌ってた…それで 大黒摩季もZARDもないってのに私ら世代のチバユウスケってどういうことだよ！とか言ってたがオープニング、超合ってた✏️鉛筆で書き起こされる湘北スタメン（ワルモノ登場！）…（あんなの鳥山明、大友克洋、井上雄彦にしか許されない…絵ぇうますぎや）ベタな！と思うんだが、もう、異常なかっこよさに抗えなくて　この映画、ヤバい！と思った　かぁっこいいぃい😭💕💕💕 ・・・ほんとやばかったね…泣いたわ… 隣のおじさん（推定40代後半～50代前半と目される男性）（←その隣の女性の付き添いで来た人なんだろうなぐらいに思ってたけど）その人もめっちゃ泣いてた…その人がメインだったんか いやシアター中がみんなで泣いてみんなで湘北応援してた、そんな映画あるか…？これで泣かない奴おる？ 原作者の先生がこんなに頑張ってくれて、本当にうれしい、ありがたい。映画からめっちゃ伝わってきた…

✿ パン・シュープリーズ | Pain surprise ・パンを器に見立ててサンドイッチをぎっしり詰めた「パン・シュープリーズ」。「シュープリーズ」はフランス語で「驚き」という意味があるそうで、その名の通りふたを開けたときのインパクトは大！もともとは、パイ生地でシュー生地を包んで焼き上げたものに、たっぷりのクリームを詰めたお菓子のことを指しますが、そのシュープリーズをパンでアレンジする「シュープリーズパン」が流行中。カンパーニュや食パンの中身をくり抜きサンドイッチを作り、それを詰め直したなんともびっくりなアイデアなんです！

減法哲學

我養了七隻貓，希望牠們不會過上需要吃處方飼料的日子，所以我很認真地為牠們準備水源——廁所6盆水、起居空間15盆水。起居空間的水每天更換至少一次，廁所的水每天更換至少兩次以上。我甚至認真觀察牠們喝水的習慣：有的喜歡喝5公升以上的大缸水、有的喜歡淺淺的臉盆水、有的喜歡小杯水；有的喜歡雨水、有的喜歡洗澡水、有的喜歡��淨的白開水⋯⋯（就是對坊間賣的活水器水興趣缺缺）

因為大部分的貓都喜歡在浴室喝水，七隻貓6只水盆的情況令我焦慮（因為只要一隻貓喝過的水，表面就會浮有一層非常輕薄的油污，使其他貓退卻），我總是想著再多一盆水的完備。

有一天，伴侶因為需要刷洗而佔用了一個水盆，卻使浴室所有的水盆都動了起來，更換的頻率增加、移動水盆的疲勞次數卻減少，一舉兩得。

我再次受到震動，再次驚訝於自己是如何緊抓「一定要再增加一個水盆才夠」的想法不放，完全忘了退一步的反向嘗試。

感謝水盆的啟示！感謝伴侶的意外之舉！

在現在社會的教導之下，我們總是以「增加」為解決問題的第一個方法：錢不夠，增加工作量；病不好，增加藥量；經濟不發達，增加建設⋯⋯但令人驚訝的是，有時候「減少」才是最佳解方。

願我能將這樣的感悟時時納進生活，讓全新的經驗和結果豐富凡常的日子。

謝謝生命的細節，讓我窺見了減法的寓意寬廣。
