＊アテに頼んだニシンの甘露煮が思いのほかボリュウムたっぷりで食べ応えあり。おそばはモチッと食感ある太めな打ち方で、鴨汁も卵入りの具だくさんで煮物のようでもあり繊細なものではないけど、お食事としては食べ応えあってよいのではないでしょうか。

八景シリーズ　No.440～

こちらは新作「動物七福神II〜大黒天〜」です。

5年ぶりに描く「動物七福神」の2ndシリーズになります。今回も背景には縁起の良い、宝尽くしの紋様を描いています。

大黒天は神道の神である大国主と習合した、食物・財福を司る神です。米俵に乗り、打出の小槌を持った姿で表現されます。大国主がスサノオの計略によって焼き殺されそうになった時に鼠が助けたという説話から鼠が大黒天の使いといわれています。

本作は1/8から大阪で開催される個展にて出品予定です。ご興味ある方はお気軽にお問い合わせください。

ご成約の方にイベント中に描いた色紙をプレゼント致します。

This is the second series of the 'Animal Seven Gods of fortune', which is the first to be drawn in five years. This time, too, the background is drawn and scratched with the traditional and auspicious patterns.

Daikokuten is the deity of food and wealth, in union with the Shinto deity Okuninushi. He is represented riding on a rice bale and holding an uchide no kozuchi. The mouse is said to be the servant of Daikokuten, based on a legend that a mouse saved Okuninushi when he was about to be burnt to death by Susanoo's trickery.

This work will be exhibited in Osaka from 8 to 14 Jan in 2025.

i met this artist, hazuki kani (@/frutodelaluna and @/kanilustraciones on instagram), and her range is incredible!! she makes the washi she does her illustration on, that’s where the texture comes from. she also makes origami like jewelry out of paper, as well as paper dolls. she was such a cool person too, she’s japanese but grew up in morocco and chile and her first language is spanish.

大阪梅田のスペイン料理のお店へ。

とにかく、どれもおいしかった！

生ハムのサラダ、穴子のフリット、ラム肉のスパイシーな串焼き、鴨肉のバルサミコソース、パンコントマテ…

そして季節のホタルイカのパエリアは、アルデンテな絶妙な感じと、魚介の出汁がすごくて、最高でした。

リンゴのお酒やしゅわっとしたサングリアも、デザートのバスクチーズケーキもよかったな。

また行きたいお店になりました。

＊もう15〜16年ほど前だと思うのだが季節ものの串で鮎があったことを思い出し、再訪。鮎は夏だからっていつでもあるわけではないらしくって、このときの限定串は女子ウケしそうな創作串。代替品としてイワシでサクッと。ここはソースの缶が客ごとに配膳されて「2度漬けOK」となっているのが特徴。浮遊物などは濾して煮沸してから再利用してるのかな🤔

2025年「乙巳」をテーマにした作品です。「乙」は困 難があっても紆余曲折しながら進む様や、しなやか に伸びる草木を表し、「巳」は蛇のイメージから 「再生と変化」を意味しています。世情の変化に柔軟 に対応し、しなやかに生き抜く蛇の姿と幸運のモチ ーフを組み合わせました。

The image is of my new work, ' Kinoto-Mi' in the year 2025. This work is based on the theme of 'Kinoto-Mi' in the year 2025.The 'Kinoto' represents the way we move forward with twists and turns in the face of difficulties and the flexible growth of plants and trees, while the 'Mi' signifies 'rebirth and change', based on the image of the snake. " The work combines the image of a snake that flexibly responds to changes in the world and survives, and the motif of good luck.

I’m looking forward to seeing you all at the exhibition.

the price of this pasta went up 100 yen since i lived in osaka, but it comes on a real plate instead of a paper bowl now, and there’s prosciutto instead of bacon, so it seems like that 100 yen upgraded it
