dean & deluca pop up math is spending ¥700 on a single slice of cake since at least i didn’t go all the way to tokyo for it

the price of this pasta went up 100 yen since i lived in osaka, but it comes on a real plate instead of a paper bowl now, and there’s prosciutto instead of bacon, so it seems like that 100 yen upgraded it

you know that whole thing about thinking a cookie is chocolate chip but it turns out to actually be oatmeal raisin?

getting an actual chocolate chip cookie but discovering there’s whole almonds you gotta pull out of it is pretty bad too

ok but today was good! the sermon at church discussed the psalm that’s quoted on my current wallpaper and it was a good service overall

after that i finally tried one of the 7-11 smoothies (i live near a 7-11 with a smoothie machine now!) and noticed that a cupcake shop i liked when i lived in tsukuba had a little stand for the day at the shopping center next to it so of course i got a cupcake. they’re made fresh so i’m not sure why they’re still selling easter designs but i’ll take it as recycled for pentecost 🤷🏻‍♀️
