She'd really like to know who's been giving Yaomomo the impression that Jirou has a flourishing & apparently very vibrant love life. The music enthusiast remembers when Momo approached her a few weeks ago asking if she had a crush on Midoriya. Onyx hues blink back slowly towards her taller friend before taking hold of her hand gently, here comes the concern muddled within dark eyes. She's almost speechless for a moment & unsure how to go about answering this.

❝ Yaomomo, you're not believing these rumors, are you? ❞ There's a sigh that follows as she drops the other's hand. ❝ If I ever develop feelings for someone like that, you'll be the first person I tell, okay? I promise. ❞ Now ignore the rosy color spreading across her face.

Had she not forgotten her guitar case, then maybe she wouldn't of stumbled upon another rummaging through things in the music room. More specifically the music room she had just abandoned only minutes ago. She was also fairly certain nobody else was in the room when she did leave. So when did somebody else manage to sneak in? Onyx gaze lingered on a head of messy crimson locks, an unfamiliar appearance to her. 

❝ I take it you're not here for band practice. ❞ A mellow timbre of voice carried through the room to garner attention & make her presence known. Despite how calm she managed to come across in this moment, Jirou couldn't ignore the growing suspicion.

❝ For me? Yaomomo you're so sweet, thank you. ❞ A soft tone as she extended a hand to accept the lovely gift. The widest smile spread across the musician's face as she could hardly contain her own surprise. Luckily for her, Mina & Hagakure mentioned national girlfriends day a few days prior and it gave Jirou a chance to find something perfect for Momo. 

❝ I got you something as well! Here come with me. ❞ Enthusiasm was abundant in her voice as her idle hand reached out to eagerly grasp Momo's hand. The shorter wasted no time in leading the other into the kitchen & asked her to wait a moment while Jirou retrieved a soft pink box from the depths of the dorm's fridge. The flower Momo had given Jirou was exchanged to an earjack to hold. Petite hands held out the box for Momo to have. ❝ Mina pointed out this stellar sweets shop while we were all out. So I thought i'd grab some for you. ❞ If Momo were to look inside the box she'd find a variety of macaroons.

@ofgroundzero​​ sent:  “Sounds like you need your own personal heater.” He replied back, glancing towards her for a brief moment as they walked. “We’re almost there but here.” He slid off his heavy winter jacket, the inside warm from his own body heat. He grabbed it by the hood and placed the hood on top of Jirou’s head, letting the rest of the coat fall against her back. He then put his hand back to his side.  “Just wear that until we get there, it’ll keep you plenty warm or whatever.”

❝ Well some of us don't have warm quirks-- ❞ She was about to quip back at him, but the gesture halted her sass momentarily. When the hood swept her hair across her eyes, her earjacks reached out to brush the straying strands back to look at him. Darkened hues enveloped gratitude for the sudden warmth that now shielded her from the harsh winds. Jirou couldn't fight back the blush to adorn her pale features. Damn it, why's he so cool all the time?

❝ Thank you... wont you get cold walking around out here without it, though? ❞ Concern heavy in her tone as her hands found their way through the jacket's sleeves & quickly zipped it up. Shivering melted into relief with getting comfortable wearing the toasty jacket. Geez... he really is a radiator. The blush spreading across her visage only deepened as she thought more about the gesture, she turned her head towards the trees they were passing by in an attempt to hide. An earjack once again saving the hero-to-be by tugging the hood further onto her head. This was the first time someone's ever let her wear their jacket, usually she might make a joke here. Joking that it'd be sweaty or smell bad just to tease the other, but words wouldn't form & dare she say she'd be a liar because it actually smelled nice. Like Bakugou she could conclude. Alright... stop being a weirdo, Kyouka. Boots picked up their pace to catch back up with Bakugou.

An observant gaze lingered over his appearance, a brow raised in thought. If he had been trying to stay lowkey he had been doing a great job of it. Had it not been for the strands of hair poking out of his beanie suspicions over his identity wouldn’t of arised. Her earjack retracted back as hands found their spot in her jacket’s pockets. Despite being dead he looked good, not that she’d say that outloud. A hum to begin her response, bringing her back to the cafe. 

❝ This is a new spot for me so I can’t say i’ve tried much. But Yaomomo told me their herbal tea blends are stellar. ❞ An earjack pointed at the herbal side of the menu board. Who knew a day out & away from school would turn out so odd. 

❝ If you were wondering, no. Nobody else is here with me. And I don’t have a big mouth about things that aren’t my business, so, we’re cool. If you’re not rushing off though did you want to chat? ❞

❝ You mean besides rock? Hm well... ❞ her lips pursed in thought for a moment, as if she had to really think on it that much. When it came to music she knew exactly what she liked. ❝ Honestly, you name it. Alternative, heavy metal, punk, techno. ❞ To name a few at least. But now her interest was piqued. A smile found its way along her lips, earjacks twirling around for a moment. ❝ What about you, Todoroki? What kind of music do you like? ❞

❝ Kaminari, huh? ❞ Nerves were fast to act out in earjacks extending to the musician's hands. Idly fidgetting with them as she hummed & mulled over what to pick. Kaminari's been here for her through a lot. He's been here by her side through school, hero work, & dorm chaos. So really the choice was obvious.

She couldn't hide the skeptical look on her face when Kaminari offered over his phone upon approach. It wasn't very often that he's done so, but none the less she pressed play & listened closely.

Her head began to rock in tune with the melody of the song, but once the chorus kicked in that's when once suspicions melted away into awe. She loved it!

❝ That chorus was something else! You really thought of me when you listened to this? That's so cool. Thanks for showing me this, is this from a playlist you have? I got some time if you want to listen to a few more songs. ❞

Having to lug around a heavy guitar case down the school hallway was one thing, having to do so while dodging some guys who were being complete idiots running down said hallway was a completely different story. Brows were quick to furrow as the petite student had to shove herself against the wall just to avoid one of the charging boys.

❝ Can you watch whe-- ❞ Before the rocker could even get out a warning, at least some kind of alert that she was just trying to get through, another one of what she could only assume is a Toman punk collided right into her. This sent Jirou to collapse back onto her guitar case. The sound of laughter & quickened pace in their retreat could be heard as her expression quickly grew into outright anger. One hand was quick to ball up into a fist with a low snarl. The next Toman punk to try to rush by is for sure getting it.

The other hand reached out to grab the leg of another boy who was passing by. Deepened amethyst met soft lavender eyes but her gaze hoped to portray more of a threat.  ❝ You guys are a bunch of jerks, you know that? You don’t own the fucking hallways. Why can’t you just watch where you’re going? ❞
