Seungmin reaches out for the book and yanks it from underneath your mattress. He scrambles to his feet and runs to hide in your guys’ shared bathroom. He locks the door behind him and drops to the floor right in front of the door. His breathing quickens as he stares down at the embroidered green cover, gold flecks placed here and there along the edges & inside the indented roses.

With shaky hands he opens to the first page. It seems you'd only gotten the diary recently because you've been a little stressed and needed a way to vent about some thoughts you've been having. A pang of guilt rushes through Seungmin's heart.

The way you write is so endearing to Seungmin. You write as though you were sharing your thoughts with someone, speaking to the diary and not just simply writing in a book. There's cute little doodles along the edges of the pages and what Seungmin assumes to be emoji's written in between your paragraphs. It's cute the way they're all drawn misshapen and some are even colored in with markers.

Seungmin can't help but be endeared, his love for you and your creativity growing even more. Adoration fills his heart while he reads each page. Up until this point you'd only written about Seungmin in passing. From what he can tell, you see him as a very cool, fun & caring friend. Seungmin would be lying if he said he wasn't a bit annoyed at the term “friend” being used to describe him, until he turned onto an entry that seemed to have been written only a few days ago.
